My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Struttura davvero molto curata nei dettagli! Oltre alla pulizia completa. Le indicazioni sono state chiare e la posizione è buona per spostarsi in auto tra la Liguria e la Toscana. Parcheggio su strada davanti al cancello di entrata, zona tranquilla con il fascino del fiume. La descrizione della struttura è precisa al reale quindi l'unica accortezza che indicherei è che può non essere troppo adatta a chi ma problemi a fare le scale essendo disposta su tre livelli.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das Grundstück ist sehr privat und etwas abgelegen. Die Einfahrt ist etwas steinig. Wir fahren einen Peugot 308 und es ging gut. Sofern das Auto tiefer gelegt ist, könnte es etwas knapp werden. Man ist innerhalb von 30min in Pisa und in etwa 1h15 in Florenz (je nach Verkehr). Der Pool ist nicht beheizt. Wir waren Mitte September und es war etwas kalt, aber wir waren trotzdem im Wasser. Im Sommer bei heissen Temperaturen bestimmt super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren mit 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kinder konnten draußen spielen und nach den Tieren sehen. Piera und Lorenzo waren sehr nett und bei Fragen sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Katzen waren sehr zutraulich, was besonders die Große gefreut hat.

After long days of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing retreat. The panoramic view over the valley is truly breathtaking. Host: Lorenzo is an outstanding host — friendly, responsive, and fluent in English. He was proactive and helpful throughout our stay. The house includes a detailed guidebook he created with handpicked recommendations for local shops, markets, restaurants, farms, and sights. It made planning our days effortless. Bottom line: If this listing is available — don’t hesitate. Book it. 10/10 would recommend!

We had an amazing time at the house. The location is truly unique. We didn’t even want to go out for a day or in the evenings, you could spend you days peacefully in the hamlet, swimming, reading or chilling out! The beds were large and comfortable, there are plenty of storage space. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a lively supermarket and a deli in the town, so you can easily make fresh delicious food and just chill and enjoy the views at the house. I’d recommend a trip to the marble mines of Carrara, and to the river pools, besides of course Pisa and Lucca. It’s a unique place and I cannot recommend it highly enough!

La casina del Noce e il suo meraviglioso giardino sono un perla della Versilia. La casa è piccola ma accogliente, il giardino gigante, tenuto benissimo e la piscina la soluzione ideale per rinfrescarsi e soprattutto se so hanno bambini come noi. Massimo e Ilaria sono stati sempre disponibili, gentili e molto simpatici nelle chiacchierate che abbiamo avuto modo di fare! La casa è vicino al mare della Versilia che offre di tutto, per famiglie e non. Speriamo di tornare presto a fine estate per goderci un'altra settimana di tranquillità e natura!

We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.

Uno splendido appartamento in uno splendido borgo circondato da uno splendido paesaggio… Fibbiano è stato il posto perfetto per una vacanza rilassante immersi nella natura e allo stesso tempo interessante visto che è a due passi da Lucca, Forte, Pietrasanta, Camaiore e Viareggio… Stefania è un host gentile e premuroso e il suo appartamento è veramente un n gioiello! Consigliatissimo!!!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à 6 avec 2 ados et 2 enfants. Lerici qui est à 2 km est un bon point de départ pour visiter les 5 Terres en bateau. Lerici et Tellaro sont également très agréables à visiter. Le logement est calme et confortable. Les différentes terrasses sont agréables.

Federico ist der perfekte Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit, hat viele Informationen für die Umgebung und freut sich über seine Gäste, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Das Haus ist minimalistisch modern, sauber, ohne viel Schnickschnack, bittet viel Platz und Stauraum und ist angenehm kühl bei der Hitze. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Regenschauerdusche hat den perfekten Wasserdruck. Der Aussenbereich ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben die Lage geliebt in der italienischen Nachbarschaft, alles was man braucht ist zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso der Bahnhof um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir sind mit Hund angereist und haben es geschätzt, dass der endlose Wald in kurzer Distanz zum Haus für Spaziergänge perfekt war oder eben auch bis direkt an den Strand führt. Wir hatten super schöne Ferien und würden jederzeit wieder bei Federico buchen.

Everything was as expected and better. Lovely home with air conditioning downstairs and in both upstairs bedrooms. Beautiful garden in the back and shared swimming pool very close by.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, perfekt um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Die Wohnung ist voll aufgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Das Internet ist nicht in allen Bereichen der Unterkunft stabil, daher wahrscheinlich nicht für mobil Arbeitende geeignet. Emanuelas Hund und Katze sind niedliche Besucher, über die wir uns immer sehr gefreut haben :)

Alloggio stupendo e posizione ottima! Vicino sia agli stabilimenti balneari che alla spiaggia pubblica! Alloggio perfetto per visitare Viareggio! Ve lo consiglio!

Lovely location and very lovely house. Very well renovated. Really felt like a home. Nice little balcony with a great view. You do need a car though. Nice villages nearby. An authentic experience. High up and amongst locals. Great little restaurant in the village (10 mins walk). Perfect base for places like Lucca, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Florence, Siena. etc. Viareggio has a train station with access to most places. Bruno was excellent and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Camaiore! The house is spacious, with a large terrace and a huge garden – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan experience. The pizza oven in the garden was a fantastic touch, and we loved making our own pizzas! Paola, the host, was incredible, always responsive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. The private parking was a great convenience. We stayed for 8 nights and it truly was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

Eine buchstäblich überragende Lage. Wir sind jeden zweiten Tag auf der Anlage geblieben, haben gechillt und die Aussicht über die Bucht genossen. Auch den Pool und den Tennisplatz haben wir gerne genutzt. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist kurvig und steil und kann anspruchsvoll sein, wenn das Auto ein Schaltgetriebe und keinen Berganfahrassistenten hat. Mit Automatik war es kein Problem. Da die Anlage nur über ein verschlossenes Tor zu erreichen ist, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

A very beautiful house on top of a hill. Garden was full of olive trees and we were blessed in the eve with the magical fireflies. We were 3 friends and we each had our rooms which were very big and 2 bathrooms. Everything was super clean. In the morning we had breakfast on the terrace. Marco was also very friendly and his English was top ! Easy to communicate!

L’alloggio di Alessandro è ottimo per chi vuole staccare dal caos della città, si trova in una posizione tranquilla ed immersa nel verde ma comunque vicina ad un sacco di zone di interesse come Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) e così via… è un posto molto strategico, sopratutto se si hanno animali domestici con sè. La nostra bassottina - Focaccia - ha potuto scorrazzare liberamente nell’immenso giardino che si trova davanti all’alloggio - luogo in cui io ed il mio compagno abbiamo deciso ogni sera di far cena godendoci lo splendido tramonto 🌇 L’alloggio è bello, nuovo e dotato di una cucina davvero super rifornita (abbiamo anche potuto far la pizza!). La presenza di un condizionatore inoltre ci ha fatto molto piacere. Sicuramente ci torneremo, lo consigliamo fortemente 🫶🏼 NB Alessandro è stato sempre super disponibile nel rispondere ad ogni mia domanda e nel darmi preziosissimi consigli su cosa vedere/dove mangiare etc. Grazie Alessandro per l’infinita pazienza ?

È stata una stupenda esperienza. Paola è un host eccezionale, sempre pronta a dare ottimi consigli e molto disponibile. L'appartamento è molto confortevole, pulito, ampio e comodo per il mare e per visitare Lucca. Torneremo sicuramente. Grazie per l'ospitalità. È stato tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni presso questa struttura. Host molto gentili e disponibili, ci hanno anche dato dei consigli su cosa visitare in zona! Alloggio pulito e come da descrizione…consigliatissimo!

Lorena est très disponible. La maison est très sympa, les petits déjeuners sur la terrasse au soleil étaient très agréables. Un grand sentiment de liberté notamment pour les enfants qui peuvent se balader dans le "village" qui est 100% piéton. A noter que l'accès à la maison se fait à pied (à moins de 5 min du parking). On recommande pour se ressourcer!

Il soggiorno a casa di Monica è stato splendido: la casa e i panorami erano stupendi. Monica ed Elena sono state molto disponibili e gentili. Altamente consigliato soggiornare qui!
