Holiday rentals with a patio in Maryland Beach

Jarett was great. Only issue was a local power outage situation that cause the fire alarm to trip/malfunction. And it just would not stop the loud beeping, and alarm kept us up till 5:00AM. It was too late at night and we finally just disconnected the device, wrapped it in a blanket and stuffed it in the cabinet. This was the episode that essentially messed up our first 30 hrs in a 72 hr stay. Jarett was very understanding and responsive. Also, I saw sand in the apartment....or just plain dust from prior stays. Again....cannot blame Jarett here. The apartment is very well designed, good location.....cannot complain. Would love to stay again. AirBnB compensated us for 30% of Day 1 stay but that seemed a bit inadequate given the agony we went through. But I guess we blame bad luck.

This place was great! Super clean, great view, nice pool and parking included. The beach is walkable and only a short drive to downtown. The house is very nice, my wife was obsessed with the decor and now wants to redo our entire home, ha. The beds are very comfortable and the house came with everything you could need while staying. It’s also quiet, I never heard the neighbors or anything outside. I would absolutely stay again and definitely recommend!

This was our second summer vacation staying at Crystal’s beach condo and it just feels like home. It is always really clean with plenty of fresh linens and towels. We love how close it is to the beach and local restaurants. Crystal is a wonderful host, and is respectful and responsive during our conversations. We always enjoy our stay and hope to return again soon.

This was our second summer in a row staying at this lovely Airbnb! Cannot recommend it enough. Great space, has everything you need for a beach vacation…including the perfect location! Walkable to the boardwalk and right next to a great bike path for walking/running/biking around.

As my review indicates, they were very responsive. Any issues I had were minimal, but I still mentioned them upon checkout, and the response was very kind and you can tell he wants guests to be comfortable and have everything that they need and the space be clean. Everything is decorated wonderfully. I would definitely stay again in this or one of his other properties

First of all, the inside of the condo was clean, comfortable and plenty of room for our family of six. The kitchen was fully equipped allowing us to cook our dinner meals. When we arrived, the first couple of days were cloudy and a little chilly. But there were plenty of things to do indoors like pool tables, ping-pong and arcade games. The best part of our stay was the view from our balcony. The view of the ocean from our bedroom was amazing! On a clear morning you are greeted by the morning sun while sipping your cup of coffee. What's even more amazing was the front entrance of the condo overlooks the bay. And in the evening, you can see the sun setting. We would definitely love to come back for another stay.

We had a great stay at Ira’s place! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with a large balcony and amazing ocean views. The space was perfect for our family, with plenty of room and the bonus of two bathrooms. Ira was friendly and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely love to stay again!

Everything was perfect from start to finish, The place was VERY clean and welcoming the parking was perfect. We were close to any and everything and she was very responsive. 10/10 and when I come back I’m definitely staying again.

Kelly place was exactly as described. Great place to stay especially with kids. She had toys and games for the kids. Tennis court and playground behind the house. Great location. She was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!

This was our first experience using airbnb. Everything was exactly as stated. Great location to Fenwick and Ocean city. Boat dock was great and the nearby boat ramp made it so easy. We will be back

Our second awesome stay at Dana’s house. Spotless home, the best yard with deck, quiet location, and great hosts. I especially want to thank Joseph with my text at 5 am as I was not working the mini splits correctly. His immediate response was awesome. Thanks again! Tom and MJ

Beautiful home! Pre stocked with toys made sure our kids were always happy! Pool out front was big, clean, warm and ultra convenient. Everything about the house was beautiful and nice. Very fast internet for OC and the garage was spacious. Beds in rooms were super comfy and laid out perfect. The HVAC system was also perfect, and did a great job of keeping everything comfy with no humidity. All in all, this place is great, and I will book in the future outside of peak season. Only average things were the jacked up rates during peak season in OC, and the bus stop being in close proximity to the building. However, the bus station is also a positive and is great if you don’t want to drive. I was somewhat shocked when we had to reschedule last year due to my wife having bulging and herniated C7 and C8 discs. The off season price was perfect! But the in/peak season price was almost triple the cost!!! I was just glad Krysten was accommodating and let us reschedule without loosing money.

Serena was great to deal with and communicated effectively with us. Unfortunately, the weekend was rainy weather, but the neighborhood amenities were able to keep our young children entertained. The neighborhood is very friendly and all the neighbors were pleasant. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very well maintained property. Clean, easy to find, spacious interior and beautiful views. Very responsive and engaging host, ensuring that our family had the best time possible.

Our family of 5 loved our time in the Rehoboth Beach area. Danielle was a responsive, friendly host and her home was a lovely respite from the bustling beach and boardwalk. We loved gathering in the open kitchen/dining & living room for family meals, movies, and games. The backyard and pool area is so peaceful & inviting, they clearly put a lot of thought and care into the outdoors and the whole home. We stay in a lot of airbnbs and this was one of our favorites. It’s well-situated just about a 7 minute drive to Rehoboth and a 15 minute drive to Lewes. Some recommendations we could offer include: making dish towels available in the kitchen (to avoid using too many paper towels), adding carpet treads to the stairs (the hardwood is beautiful but slippery), and refreshing the mattress in the second king bedroom (we found it overly soft). That said we loved our time and would happily stay again!

My family and I had an amazing time at the Coastal Cottage! Between the awesome sound system and the heated pool, we almost didn’t want to leave the house to check out the local bars and restaurants! Steve is an incredible host. Super friendly and made the whole check in and check out process very easy. The only thing I wish were different is that we booked a couple more days! I highly recommend this place and know for certain that we will be looking at the available dates for our future trips back to Bethany Beach!

Julie's condo is very cozy and welcoming. It's a wonderful place for a weekend or a longer vacation. Julie was very responsive and proactive anytime my wife and I had any questions. Plenty of recommendations were provided to us so we could better plan our time in Ocean. Thank you so much, Julie! We'll be back again!

This was the perfect place for a short beach trip. Easy access to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Everything was clean and comfortable and everything from check-in to check-out was stress free.

Just a great stay. This little gem has everything you need for a short or long trip. We were there only 2 nights but had everything you’d need for a longer stay. The apt was incredibly clean and fully stocked. The location was walkable to whatever you needed. Also close to the cruiser stop and of course the beach. The host was very communicative and quick to respond. Would highly recommend this stay when it’s available. Looking forward to booking again the next time we’re in OC!

Great place to stay! The unit was just as described, super cozy, and one of the cleanest places I’ve stayed. The handwritten note and chocolates were a sweet touch and the host even offered early check-in without us asking. The beach was only steps away and lots of restaurants and shopping were nearby. We were only in town to enjoy one night, but I’d definitely book again for a longer trip.

The location was great. A short, easy walk to the beach. Outdoor space was private and perfect for an evening drink. Inside was super clean and comfortable! Looked just like the photos. We enjoyed all the little extras, from toiletries to coffee to Fisher’s popcorn that was provided for us! We loved this place and will definitely be back next time we’re in Ocean City.
