Family-friendly holiday rentals in Maruggio

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We truly enjoyed our stay - the trulli was beautiful and especially the pool was amazing, perfect to swim laps in. Andrea and Agata were super hosts, going above and beyond to help us with some challenges with our rental car etc. We'd be happy to go back one day!

We arrived late in the evening because of a delay in our flight. Cosimo's parents nevertheless welcomed us very, very warmly, took a lot of time to show us everything and even got us a pizza. The house is perfect, nice and quiet, offers plenty of space to relax. All the basic equipment you need was there. The house is beautiful, modern and practically furnished and equipped with many small thoughtful details. The outdoor area is very spacious and offers plenty of shade. It's only a few meters to the beach, and during the week there were no people there. We had a perfect week.

A beautiful and tranquil setting. We took walks along the country road surrounded by olive trees and wild flowers. The garden and pool are beautiful and we spent lots of time there. We also explored Spongano and our beloved town of Specchia. Salento is magical and so is Villa Ada.

Marilena's trullo was spectacular! and the pool area was such an added bonus after a hot day! The breakfast option was great, lots of choice and Marilena asking if we wanted to change anything. She also had great recommendations for dinner and options for a wet day excursion. We managed to check-in early and enjoy more time in Alberobello. The trullo and surroundings were so clean and well maintained that we just wished that we had more than three nights before returning home. A great host and a fabulous stay, can't recommend it enough.

We were guests with my wife in this wonderful property the third week of June 2025. The site is easily accessible by car. Ideal property for finding yourself in a central location for those who, for the purpose of their stay, intend to visit within a reasonable radius. Reaching Alborobello, Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Ostuni, and Cisternino takes between 20 and 45 minutes. Personally, we went much further, reaching Gallipoli, Otranto, and Leuca. the B&B Dependance is great for a couple with 2 children. A plus not to be underestimated is the availability of the jacuzzi to relax in. Ms. Maria, the owner, has always been available and present with advice on restaurants to propose and cities to visit. A few minutes away, you can take advantage of a market that offers typical takeaway dishes. What can we say? We highly recommend it. A personal thank you to Maria

I would give this place and host 6 stars if I could! It’s a HUGE apartment that’s part of a palazzo built in the 1400s. Luigia is the most charming, warm, friendly and helpful host ever! She makes you feel at home and does so many thoughtful things like stocking the fridge with food and beverage items, walking you through the place with the right level of detail and even made my restaurant reservations for me like a concierge. The location is 2 mini blocks off the main square yet tranquil as can be. And the bed is the most comfortable of my 5 weeks in Italy thus far! I love Lecce, this place and this host! Can’t wait to return.

We stayed at the Trulli Colarossa property for 6 days during our honeymoon in Apulia. This place is really like a little piece of paradise. The private pool and wonderfully kept garden are a great place to relax, enjoy slow days and observe nature. Within a 30 min. to 1 hour drive you can very easily reach many wonderful towns in the area like Matera, Monopoli, Castellana Grotte and beaches, for short day trips. Additionally, fantastic breakfast with local products was prepared by our host’s mom and delivered to our room everyday. Our host, Donato, was extremely friendly and very proactively gave us fantastic recommendations for the area - from food to places worth visiting. We look forward to coming back!

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Spectacular beachfront, a stone's throw from the beach, easy to reach, perfect for those with Children, or relaxing on the beach, I don't even need the car anymore...I should have stayed all summer!!!

The place we stayed was very nice and clean. The interior was very well decorated. You can walk everywhere. But more importantly, Davide was a very good host.

Giorgio was a great host, gave us plenty of great recommendations and even provided some food for a light breakfast at the trulli

I stayed here with my husband, our babysitter, and two small children ages four and two. We were very comfortable. Everything that we needed was there. It is very central to many areas and very beautiful. I would stay here again if we came back. I highly recommend.

If there were 10 stars, I would have given them all. We organized a bachelorette party at the Trullo Armonia and Maria Giulia helped make everything perfect. The romantic atmosphere of the trullo was certainly the star of the show, but without Maria Giulia's organization and care, it wouldn't have been the same. Many activities can be organized in the structure, we participated in a ceramics course and then we prepared orecchiette with Giovanna, who transmits all the love for Puglia. All above expectations. he was incredible kind and friendly person always warm and welcoming and ready to help with anything we needed. it really made a difference added a personal touch to our experience. the accommodation was spotless tastefully decorated and located in a peaceful country side setting in pulia. we especially love the amazing pool it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. everything was exactly as we hope if not better. we fell completely at ease and would absolutely love to return. highly recommend.

We had a wonderful holiday at Villa Grandi Fiori. The location is ideal: a stone's throw from the charming village of Oria, in the heart of Puglia, a perfect starting point for exploring the region. The villa is really superb: spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook with pleasure during our stay. Several terraces surround the house, perfect for enjoying the sun or shade at any time of the day. The garden, entirely surrounded by hedges, offered us total privacy and absolute tranquility – a true haven of peace. Thank you to Ingrid and Piet for your warm welcome. This is a true gem in a peaceful surrounding few minutes from the sea. You’ll sleep in a beautiful ‘trullo’ tastefully decorated, with all modern comforts.There is an impressive 25 metres pool and comfy sun loungers where you’ll be able to soak in the Sun and immerse yourself in nature. They are a couple of towns nearby for the restaurants and bars and a little further north, there is an exceptional Lido with a gorgeous beach and a restaurant worth eating at, called Lido Posto 9, not too far on the coast from Maruggio. Luana (Lulu) the host is exceptional, she is friendly and caring. She will make you feel right at home and will ensure that you have everything you need. 10 stars! 🌟 I couldn’t recommend this property highly enough and will surely be back Thank you again Lulu for this amazing experience ❤️

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

Cinzia and Domenico are great hosts. They took great care of us and we received a lot of useful information about the area and the tourist destinations. The trullo and the associated garden with pool are super nice and we felt right at home from the beginning. We are very grateful to have met them and will be happy to come back :-)

Beautiful historic property which was easily accessible to the tourist towns such as Ostuni, Alberobello etc. Pierfrancesco was a generous host and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend and stay again
