I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

This space is an appartment, not a house. There are other tenants in the building. It was perfect for what we needed. There is a great view of the bay. The parking is difficult if you have a vehicle, but i imagine this is the case wherever you are in the city. The hosts are lovely and incredibly helpful. The location of the apartment seemed safe and we didn't have any issues.

We loved the location because the house was very cool, had a fantastic view and the grounds were great. We liked walking our dog in the neighborhood. We live in Southern California in a similar neighborhood but some might find the drive to the house a little challenging but well worth it when you get there! We hope to stay again next time we visit our daughter.

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. I would definatly stay here again for my next visit to Benicia.

We stayed in the upstairs unit which was bright & comfortably furnished. There is a cute outdoor space behind the house which is shared by guests in both units.

Awesome space in a very versatile area. Wish I could have stayed longer because it was a great base for all the things I was looking to do in the area. Will stay again.

While Mike was away on a trip, Lori went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—and more. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in creating a comfortable, personalized experience. She checked in with us just enough to make sure we were all set and shared amazing local tips that really made our trip extra special. We went to Napa for a group ladies trip and Mark’s place was perfect. The location and decor was exactly as described and pictured. It was so beautiful and I also loved how private it was. It was clean, spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked with the utensils and everything you need to cook if you want to. If you don’t want to cook, then it is only 10 min from downtown Napa with plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was nice to come back from wine drinking for the day and relax in the hot tub and pool, and we enjoyed the outdoor gas fireplace at night. Julie, the contact while there, was very accommodating with any questions we had. And Mark gave us great recommendations for restaurants and also a private driver, Paul Bailey, that took us to three incredible, boutique wineries. This place is perfect for a large group and we made a lot of good memories while there.

Our family had the most incredible weekend at Gina's beautiful home! First of all, a HEATED POOL makes all the difference, huge plus! We loved spending time in the backyard with so many beautiful outdoor areas to hangout with family, including your own private dock with a kayak! We were a little bummed the outdoor firepit wasn't working because we loved being outside so much but maybe next time. We hope to come back soon! We loved the big wooden table and big cozy couch for all 8 of us to enjoy time eating meals and playing games together! It was super convenient to have the grocery store just 6 minutes down the road as well. She was also extremely accommodating which made the stay even better!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

Our stay worked great for the 3 days of golfing. We were able to use the hot tub in the evening and the place had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was well equipped and clean when we arrived. The house had lots of space to kick out and relax. It is defiantly a feel at home place and things are well kept. Nicole was always quick to respond to any question we had. Great host!

Casita in the trees is such a beautiful property, with amazing views. We enjoyed the pool and walks around the neighborhood. Melodie was quick at responding and super helpful with our questions. The pool was amazing and warm! We brought our dog and the dog kit was a perfect addition and made our dog feel welcomed! I highly recommend booking this listing and we’d be back soon!

The hotel is very clean and looks exactly like the picture and the beddings are very comfortable. The surroundings are very safe.

This was our second time staying with Margaret for a weekend in Petaluma as we had such a good experience the first time. This time was no exception. We had a fantastic stay. It’s central to everything, in a beautiful location, has everything we need. Dog friendly.

Nice clean spot with everything you need to have a great trip. Great location and easy access to a 7-11 convenience store. Only thing they need are better pillows on the bed! The bed itself is super comfortable tho.

This is our 3rd year staying at one of the hosts locations and it once again did not disappoint. The downstairs unit is super cute and was super homey. Raina is always super flexible with check in when she is able to and makes the stay even better. It’s close to Napa which was perfect for why we were here. Once again loved staying here.

If you are looking to get ‘off the grid’ this is the place! Very quiet and peaceful… and the place is very very cool. Great outdoor space!

As a Martinez local who needed to stay here during home renovations, this place was everything I wanted. It's well located in the town and tucked into a lovely private cul-de-sac. The home is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. Rachel is incredibly helpful without every being intrusive. I also love knowing I'm renting from a local, rather than a property management group. The house itself is squeaky clean and the kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment. The yard is relaxing and perfect for my dogs. Truly the ONLY complaint I could possibly think of is that the downstairs shower only seems to get regular boiling hot, not utterly scalding the way I love. If you're thinking about it, this is the place to stay.

Very cozy home! Loved the air conditioner, because it was very hot when we arrived and it worked fast! Parking was no issue. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The distance to get to Napa was 30ish minutes. Overall great experience! Thank you Stephanie!

Hi Jamie! I enjoyed my stay at your place. I felt very safe, it was quiet, felt secluded and was very clean. The only thing that I felt was missing was Kleenex! Also, I wished the outdoor patio furniture had been cleaned off of the leaves. OTW, great place. I would come back.

Wilbert's guest house is super nice. It was larger than I thought. I usually think of a guest house as a studio, this is more like a one bedroom house with separate bedroom, bath, kitchen and living space. For me, I was so happy that it is all electric, meaning there is no cancer causing, brain cell killing, gas stove (google it!). And what's more, it's powered by the sun thanks to the solar panels. This unit was super clean! The bed is comfy, the kitchen well adorned. There's is a washer and dryer, though we did not use it. Fenced yard for our dog. Parking is in the driveway and well lit.
