The other side is named "The Farmhouse". Both sides can be rented for larger groups. We ask that all guests be considerate of other guests.

It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

The King bed is a memory foam mattress with down comforter and pillows. Comfort and style are the focus in this rustic barn cabin.

Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
