We had a great stay at Anne's place, which had everything we needed to be comfortable. We particularly liked the quiet place and close to the sea for a nice walk. The pluses: very comfortable bedding, a terrace in the sun at the end of the day, a quiet garden area with sun in the morning and a very nice competition shower! We thank Anne for her advice on restaurants and for her warm welcome. We won't hesitate to return!

We had a great time at Émilie's place. The arrival was very simple with fluid and attentive communication beforehand and very clear indications. Upon arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and the whole thing matched the listing perfectly (description/photos). The house is charming, tastefully decorated, very well maintained: you feel good there right away, like at home! The location is ideal: about 10 km from La Rochelle, 15/20 minutes from the island of Ré, and less than 1 hour from La Faute-sur-Mer. A perfect base for discovering the region. During our stay, an EDF power cut affected the town. Émilie was very responsive, always available, with very cordial and caring exchanges. Émilie also shared some good local addresses, which was very much appreciated. In short, high-quality accommodation, a remarkable host, and an address to keep preciously and recommend without hesitation!

A very nice apartment with a view of the harbor entrance - located between the Ketten and Laternenturm. The accommodation is located in a beautiful old house made of white limestone. The apartment was well ventilated by many skylights and the slopes make the apartment very charming. There are a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, a beach is 5 minutes away and the city center of La Rochelle is also a few minutes away. We arrived by train and did a lot on foot or by rental bike. The accommodation is also within walking distance of the train station.

Very nice apartment, comfortable, well arranged and equipped. Well located, it is close to everything but in a quiet place. Barbara is a very welcoming, available and caring person. If we were to return to La Rochelle, we would not fail to rent this apartment again!

Kind and helpful host. He adapted to our arrival and departure schedules, which helped us a lot. The apartment is very nice. Nice decoration and location close to the city center.

A very central and comfortable apartment on the first floor. The location at the market and close to good coffee shops and restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is well equipped, a nice shower and use of a plug in fan for hot evenings. The second bedroom is smaller but we didn’t use this. Baby facilities of a cot, changing table etc also very useful. Thank you Clotilde!

We had a great stay at Teddy's place. The apartment was spacious, equipped and nicely decorated. Close to all amenities. Teddy is very friendly, and gave us recommendations on the activities available in La Rochelle and its surroundings! The jacuzzi and terrace are a real plus!! I recommend it 100%. We'll be back!

Pleasant accommodation overlooking the lake and sea, really peaceful and quiet. Parking space, clean accommodation and all the minimum necessary. The beach is within walking distance in less than 15 minutes. And Pauline is very responsive by message. I recommend it. Thanks 😊

Maryse is a very nice and available host and moreover she is very accommodating for check-in and checkout when possible! The apartment is in a great location we rented for our 3-day weekend and we did everything on foot! The parking space is a big plus we highly recommend Maryse and her property! You can go there without so much as a second thought, you won't be disappointed! Very looking forward to returning to La Rochelle in this beautiful and tastefully decorated and so well located in La Rochelle!

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city center. Well-equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!

Mathieu welcomed us in person. He was very friendly and his explanations were very clear. The accommodation is very pleasant and especially extremely well located, in the heart of La Rochelle, in the pedestrian streets. In short, everything was perfect.
