Very nice house, corresponding to our expectations. Quiet, bright, well-equipped. The 2 night corners are well insulated and the bathrooms are very functional. We were able to enjoy the pool with our little girls. It is suitable for all ages. The garden area is well exposed with a country view. In summary, we recommend this rental. Thank you Delphine!

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. Great stay in this beautiful house! Well located, everything is in compliance, nothing to report! Only downside: the top bunk beds creak a lot when you move at night.

A perfect stay! The accommodation was impeccable, with impeccable hygiene. Everything is designed for comfort: a lot of quality equipment, neat and tasteful decoration that creates a warm atmosphere. The exterior is simply beautiful, with a very well maintained pool, ideal for relaxing. The welcome manual is clear, complete and very useful. An address to recommend with our eyes closed, we will be happy to come back.

Very pleasant stay. We spent two days between the Carrelets beach and La Rochelle. A good breath of fresh air that clears the head and does good. As for Matthieu's fishermen's house, a place full of charm, just as I like them. I would highly recommend it

We highly recommend the place! The apartment is stylish and furnished with great attention to detail, spotlessly clean and excellently equipped. The spacious outdoor area with a beautiful garden and a wonderful pool invites you to relax and offers a fantastic atmosphere. Hostess Céline is very warm and attentive – you feel welcome from the first moment.

We had a great time at Émilie's place. The arrival was very simple with fluid and attentive communication beforehand and very clear indications. Upon arrival, the accommodation was impeccable and the whole thing matched the listing perfectly (description/photos). The house is charming, tastefully decorated, very well maintained: you feel good there right away, like at home! The location is ideal: about 10 km from La Rochelle, 15/20 minutes from the island of Ré, and less than 1 hour from La Faute-sur-Mer. A perfect base for discovering the region. During our stay, an EDF power cut affected the town. Émilie was very responsive, always available, with very cordial and caring exchanges. Émilie also shared some good local addresses, which was very much appreciated. In short, high-quality accommodation, a remarkable host, and an address to keep preciously and recommend without hesitation!

Clean accommodation, beds made and towels available. Perfect for 4 people. The jacuzzi was hot when we arrived. Clear instructions. We reached La Rochelle by bike in 35 minutes. Perfect.
