Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mars Hill

Truly a luxurious stay! And only 30 minutes from Asheville. The decor, comfy furniture and master suite, hot tub with a beautiful view, and dual head shower room were completely perfect. Even better than the photos. The tub doesn't work but they are still renovating so I'm sure it's on their list. Kyah was a wonderful host and provided lots of clear helpful information. I hope to return soon!

This was our fifth stay at this Airbnb! We love it here and feel like it is our home away from home. It’s close to everything we want to do and the views are beautiful. Daniel is always promptly responsive and was even kind enough to mail home my pillow that I left behind. Highly recommend!

Tonya's place is urban chic in southern Appalachian forest.. really convenient to the amenities of Weaverville and Asheville as well as nature and the wilderness. and a nice backyard gazebo for an evening glass of wine. It was larger and better appointed than I expected..I highly recommend it!!

Very beautiful rental! It totally met all of our needs of 8. The views and sunsets were amazing from the deck. We will definitely book this again if we are in the area. The location was perfect for us, 20 min from Asheville, 20 min from wedding venue In Benardsville, the Hawk and Hawthorne. Sincerely, the Hatterer's, Urich's, Yannella's and Hawthorns's

This place was an absolute gem. It was really, REALLY clean. I think the hosts emphasize how much they clean, and it really shows. It was conveniently located to Asheville. Definitely recommend staying here!!!

We had a great stay in Burnsville! This was a perfect place to call home for the weekend. We enjoyed our time relaxing on the deck and in the hot tub. Very walkable to restaurants, places to grab a drink, the farmers market, and downtown. Tucked away on a quiet street. Everyone was incredibly friendly - we’d definitely return.

I already miss The High House! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The porch quickly became my favorite spot—I could have spent all day soaking in those breathtaking views. We were lucky enough to visit during firefly season, and watching the fireflies put on their magical show was truly unforgettable. Our evenings around the campfire, making s’mores, were such a treat. My 9-year-old boys loved exploring the property, making new friends with the host’s sweet and welcoming children, and discovering tortoises, baby kittens, and playful sheep along the way. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our adventures—whitewater rafting, zip lining, gem mining, and chasing waterfalls. One of the highlights was ordering baked goods and a dinner from our wonderful host, Sharon. It was hands down the best meal we had during our trip! Our stay was pure magic, and I can’t recommend The High House enough! Thanks for the memories!

Paul’s place was the perfect base for some hiking in the area. Paul was a great host. We had everything we needed especially a quiet spot to unwind and rest.

This is my second stay here, which I rebooked on the spot during my 1-night stay last year. I stayed 5 nights this time to attend a dance weekend at nearby Warren Wilson College, a mere 7-minute drive. The space was very clean and well equipped abd felt very private, despite actually being attached to the main house. The hosts were attentive and responsive to my needs and were friendly, helpful, abd informative when we happened to run into each other outside. Wildlife was abundant, and I really enjoyed watching whatever might happen along from my own front porch. Fireflies at night, birds galore, roosters crowing nearby, chipmunks, butterflies, and yes! I actually saw 2 bears one day, each at a separate time, wandering on different sides of the yard. One of hosts alerted me the day before that there were 2 in the yard, but I missed seeing that (he did send me photos), and the day I saw the bears, I sent him video and he sent me a photo of a coyote that had been out there earlier.

Sweet upstairs unit surrounded by lovely greenery. Easy check in experience with easy going hosts that like to accommodate. Close to downtown Weaverville but down a lovely dead end road with very little traffic and pastoral views.

We stayed at Lynn’s place for a few days while visiting family nearby. We appreciated the clear instructions and easy check-in. The Airbnb was very clean and comfortable- we were able to find everything we needed with ease. There are a lot of thoughtful touches that make this place special (we loved the towel warmer in the bathroom). Lynn was very friendly and accommodating and provided a comfy high chair for our 10 month old baby. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Asheville, and we're very comfortable in this peaceful setting. Kelle and Max have created a beautiful space to stay. It's very clean, well equipped, and all directions and instructions clear and helpful. Kelle is a famous communicator, and quick to respond. We were so lucky to find this place about 2 miles from my Son’s house. After a short ride on some windy, hilly roads (not bad at all) we arrived in a lovely neighborhood. As hosts they were friendly and helpful and more than generous. They supplied breakfast foods, water bottles, and other food stuffs that were more than welcome after a long drive. The Airbnb was spotless and welcoming, bed (master, we didn’t use the other bedroom) was extremely comfortable. Of course the hot tub was a huge bonus that was also a welcomed perk. Barbara and Steve were there when we arrived and were More than gracious. From start to finish our visit was perfect. We felt right at home and access to downtown Weaverville and Asheville was a breeze. We will definitely return.

Our family is always grateful to stay at Mary Ann's beautiful property! We've stayed here multiple times now and hope to continue to do so whenever our travels take us through the Asheville area. This property is truly a gem - peaceful, beautiful mountain view, a tree swing, lots of greenspace for the kiddos to run around outside after long car rides, comfortable big beds, a lovely bathroom, cozy living room and lots of much appreciated extras in the kitchen like KCups and creamers, pop tarts, waffles, water and juice. And if you ever need anything, Mary Ann is super responsive. It truly feels like a respite for us along long family trips, like getting to stop at a home away from home. We love this special place! First time visit to Asheville and we couldn’t have asked for, and received, a more perfect place to see it all. Once we parked our car we never saw it again, other than a day visit to the Biltmore estate. Otherwise our entire 4 night stay in this property allowed us to experience Asheville on foot, right outside our door. Highly recommend this place!!

Cute place! Loved the coffee/tea bar in the kitchen! The mattress was very comfortable & the bed linens were high quality. The updated features (matte black faucets, ceiling fans in both bedrooms, sound machines) coupled with the great communication, confirm that this host understands, and strives to achieve, genuine hospitality !! Water pressure in the (not en-suite) shower was weak🥲. You can hear people in the upstairs unit walking around… if you’re sensitive to noise like that, just be aware … Overall… this unit is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in with AIRBNB and we hope to come back again soon!

Tamra was super friendly. All was as described. Area is beautiful. Hot tub, quick walk to Lookout Mountain hiking trails, and short drive to cute Black Mountain town were a big plus!

Lisa went out of her way to make her condo a great 'home away from home' experience. She was very personable and it was obvious that she loved being a great host, after all, she is great at it! We don't travel a lot, so it was very important to us that this was going to be a memorable experience. It was that, and more. I won't hesitate to make a return visit.
