This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

Rita and Riccardo were amazing hosts. So friendly and helpful. Our arrival was late and they even offered to get us things for breakfast the next morning. They were very friendly and offered local recommendations. Their house was dreamy and we look forward to staying with them again in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this house and these people for your vacation plans.

Wir haben uns bei Paolo absolut wohl gefühlt. Den Blick von der Dachterrasse mit dem Ausblick auf das Meer, die Stadt aber auch in die Berge kann man sich nicht satt sehen. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, ist aber dafür recht ruhig gelegen, man fühlt sich aber nicht abgeschieden, da Paolo direkt nebenan wohnt und es noch andere Häuser in der Umgebung gibt. Sowohl die Wohnung, als auch der Außenbereich, sowie der Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist auch optimal, man braucht so ca. 20min. nach Cagliari und ist auch nicht weit entfernt von den wunderschönen Stränden mit azurblauem Wasser. Zu erreichen war Paolo jederzeit und die Antwort kam auch jedes mal superschnell. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

La casa è curatissima e chi ci ha accolto è stato fantastico sin dal primo contatto, fino al momento del check-out. Disponibilità, cortesia, cordialità. Per chi passa per Tuili (magari per un matrimonio nella vicina e prestigiosa location di Villa Asquer - 5 minuti a piedi - o per un weekend di tranquillità) consiglio vivamente di pernottare qui: la piscina è pulitissima, fantastica davvero. E tutta la struttura è ben arredata, curata, pulita e accogliente. Oltre che spaziosa (essendo due ampi piani). Consiglio solo una maggiore tempestività nelle comunicazioni via AirBnb, o, in alternativa, visto che la proprietaria non vive in loco, di lasciare un numero telefonico di un referente reperibile, per avere una maggiore velocità nelle comunicazioni (spesso fondamentale per l'organizzazione dei tempi e degli spostamenti in vista dei matrimoni, appunto, che spesso si tengono in paese). Torneremo sicuramente!

100% recomendable, la casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada, teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Las zonas exteriores son maravillosas y disfrutamos mucho de la pisicina y la barbacoa Davide estuvo siempre atento a todo lo que necesitábamos y fue muy amable. Nos recomendó actividades por la zona y sitios donde comer y cenar Repetiría sin dudar

Wir haben einen wunderschönen und sehr entspannenden Aufenthalt verbracht. Sowohl das Haus wie der Standort Torre delle Stelle eignen sich dazu sehr. Torre delle Stelle als Standort gute Wahl auch ggü anderen umliegenden Dörfern aufgrund Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Fischhändler ist mega und ist auch bei Restaurants aus der Umgebung beliebt und es lohnt sich da früh hinzugehen. Die Sicht aus dieser Immobilie über das Meer sind einmalig und überwältigend. Einen Sonnenuntergang mit Abendröte haben wir auch erlebt. Das Haus ist gut eingerichtet, aber schon etwas älter. Grill und Swimming Pool sind wie in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Auf der Veranda kann man gut verweilen. Gastgeberin ist sehr sympatisch und reagierte innert Minuten auf Bedürfnisse. dh insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Il soggiorno da Valentina è stato splendido, abbiamo avuto un ottima esperienza, ci ha fatto trovate i fichi freschi di una pianta nel loro giardino. L’appartamento è piccolo ma ben studiato, il giardino esterno è un oasi di pace. Ottimo anche come posizione per visitare le diverse spiagge nei dintorni.

Casa Leccio est un vrai petit coin de paradis! L’appartement est propre, spacieux, décoré avec soin, avec tout le confort nécessaire (machine à café, machine à laver, sèche cheveux…). Mais le vrai plus c’est le jardin avec les hamacs et le chant des oiseaux :-) Nous avons passé 10 jours superbes chez Isa, à Solanas. Nous sommes tombé amoureux de la Sardaigne: sa nature, sa cuisine, ses paysages, ses gens… Nous espérons revenir bientôt!

Wir waren 5 Tage in Simones Unterkunft und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Es war genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben. Unterdessen gibt es neue Böden und eine zusätzliche Holzterrasse die auf den Fotos noch nicht zu sehen sind. Lasst euch überraschen. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech und es war z.T. recht kalt. Zum Glück konnte man mit den Klimageräten heizen ;) auch haben wir den Kamin genutz und es im Wohnzimmer Kuschlig warm zu haben. Trotz des Regens kann man dank der überdachten Terrasse draussen sitzen und die Ruhe geniessen. Ich fand es echt toll:) Simone war ein sehr netter und zuverlässiger Gastgeber. Er ist immer erreichbar und gab und viele Tipps. Leider hatte aber nicht jedes Restaurant offen. Trotzdem kann man in Pula gut Essen. Ich habe ihn gefagt wo man Flamignos gut sehen kann und wir hatten Glück mit seinem Tipp es war wunderbar. Su Gideu Beach, das müsst ihr sehen. wenn ihr Glück habt sind Flamignos dort. We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Sehr sehr schöne, ruhig gelegene Unterkunft! Der Garten war ein Traum und die Räume geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Begrüssung durch Barbara mit Apéro und Kuchen war sehr herzlich! Der Ort ist gut gelegen für diverse Ausflüge und in Kürze ist man am Strand! Absolut zum weiterempfehlen!

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

From check in to check out Silvia was an incredible host! She was so helpful and kind and gave us a lot of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to dine at. Our stay was perfect - we were close to the beach and other walkable activities, the house was impeccably clean, relaxing, and spacious. We are so thankful to have stayed here, it was exactly what we were looking for at the end of our trip - a place to relax and feel right at home while we soaked up the sun and took in the beautiful surroundings! I highly recommend staying at Silvia's place! If we are lucky enough to return to Sardinia in the future, we hope we are able to stay here again! Grazie mille, Silvia! :)

We had a perfect stay at Villaggio Turas - the apartment was spotless, bright and as described with spectacular views overlooking the coastline and surrounded by leafy green trees and flowers. Fantastic street fish bar in Porto Alabe and gorgeous beach a short drive from the apartment. Sebastiano was so helpful and friendly - showing us round and giving us plenty of local recommendations. A perfect birthday and a gorgeous two days, our only regret was not staying longer!

Bau House was a sanctuary for our family hosting a family of 4 and 2 grandparents. We had plenty of communal space and the bedrooms were well equipped with each having its own bathroom! Daniele has thought of every detail and the house is just stunning aesthetically with his wonderful art and masterpieces. There is nothing the house does not have and even chairs and parasols for the beach. The beach is crystal clear and calm- perfect for families and a 2 minute walk. There is a great bar 10 mins walk along the sand called Kyma which has wonderful coffees, tranquil atmosphere and food! Daniele’s garden is a haven and his meticulous botanical skills create such a zen feeling- the outdoor shower is great addition to wash off the sandy kids before entering the house! We were so happy with our stay and will return again! Thank you Daniele! It was such a pleasure to meet you!

Das Haus ist wunderbar, recht neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet und entspricht absolut den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Was uns aber vor allem begeistert hat, war die fantastische Lage, mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer vom Schlafzimmer und den beiden Terrassen aus. Der Ort Santa Maria Del Mare gibt nicht viel her, aber das wussten wir und sind an die Strände und zum Essen mit den Bikes oder dem Auto gefahren. Anna hat uns wunderbar mit Informationen versorgt - danke:-)

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

We had a great stay here, even though we stayed a little shorter than planned the hosts were very understanding and friendly! The house was just as expected with everything we needed. Bonus points for the washing machine, so great to be able to do your own laundry! Everything was clean and we were very satisfied overall!

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

We had the most amazing stay at Piera's home. She had a delicious tray of local Sardinian bakery items, fruit bowl, wine for our arrival. The view of the Mediterranean sea and coast is breathtaking. Piera has many beautiful flowers, plants, and trees. Her home is very special, lots of space with very nice bedrooms and bathrooms, towels, bathrobes, washer, A/C, wifi, dishwasher, and kitchen. Walking through the garden to the beach is also special. We explored the area, hot springs in the Tirso River at Fordongianus, outstanding trip to the waterfalls at Cascata di Sos Molinos, ancient archeological site at the Sacred Well of Santa Cristina, hike to S'Archittu, dinner at PachaMomma, kayaking, listening to the bells on the sheep while they graze on a mountainside near Santu Lussurgiu, exploring the villages. Piera, Mario and family are wonderful people who ensured we had everything and more for our stay. Thank you so very much for hosting us and making us feel like family, Piera!

Wir haben im Juni 2025 eine Woche bei Vittorio und Daniela in St. Antioco verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Neben der persönlichen sehr freundlichen Begrüßung durch die beiden und einer umfassenden Vorstellung des Hauses, standen bereits Wein, ein phantastisches „Tomatenbrot“ und ein persönliches „Welcome“ für uns bereit. Von Anfang an hatten wir Unterstützung und Tipps für die Umgebung, Ausflüge, Restaurants,… Das Haus ist mit unglaublich viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, gleichzeitig haben die beiden an alle praktischen Dinge gedacht, die den Aufenthalt angenehm machen. Selbst eine Kühltasche für das Picknick unterwegs ist vorhanden 🙂 Wir haben Daniela und Vittorio als sehr herzliche Menschen kennengelernt und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. Vielen Dank! Grazie!
