We felt very comfortable - especially great is the sauna and the opportunity to bathe in the neighboring swimming pond. The great surroundings offer many more possibilities.

The place has a great and idyllic location on the outskirts. You can be in the forest and on hiking trails within minutes. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with a dog.

Falkenberg is a hospitable place with charming surroundings. The apartment is quietly located, lovingly decorated and you are in the forest or at the castle in no time. A small village shop around the corner as well as inns in the village provide for physical well-being. We felt very comfortable with our hosts and were even allowed to try home-brewed beer at the fire pit.

Everything was as advertised, very clean, good location and cheap. Host was also very quick to respond when we had questions. Neighboors were a little loud, but only during the daytime. The door was also a little bit hard to work out, but that was mostly because we were not used to such a door. Overall, a great stay.

Fabian was incredibly helpful and understanding. He provided very clear and concise instructions to get into the apartment. He reached out and assisted me every step of the way.

Christian was very responsive and accommodating with a clean and modern home. The location is close to many nice walking areas and quiet neighborhood. Supermarket is also close by and comvenient.

We were only there one night. But everything went smoothly. Check in flexible. Everything we needed was there. The place was tip top clean. The toilet flush was spinning somehow. But that can happen. When I wrote to the host, I had a response within 10 minutes. Overall a great place to stay.

The accommodation is quietly located and possibly also easily accessible by train. The apartment is simple, but still superbly equipped. Highly recommend for hikes in the Fichtelgebirge.

Spent a total of almost 8 months here and always felt welcome and at home. Both Juliane and her parents were always very friendly and accommodating and were very caring for the best possible stay. The apartment is state-of-the-art, well maintained and furnished with a lot of love for detail, so you don't need anything extra even for a longer stay. I enjoyed my time here and would have preferred to move in permanently if home was not so far away and a job offer available nearby.

The apartment was simply top – very clean, modern and tastefully furnished. Everything was in new condition, you felt right at home. The contact with the host was great – fast, friendly and uncomplicated. Check-in and check-out also worked smoothly. Overall a successful experience – highly recommended!

Small and fine accommodation. Very nice hosts who greet the guest personally and are always available for questions. The place is quietly located in the middle of nature, you can sit outside and eat and enjoy everything. Located directly on a bike and hiking trail, you are immediately in nature.

We felt comfortable from the beginning - the apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Very modern, stylish and the tropical touch reflects the name. A highlight is of course the bathtub with a hot tub function. Our stay was completely successful.

The accommodation is located in the middle of the old town and is highly recommended. Everything is tasteful, carefully and stylishly furnished - just as shown in the pictures. Wonderful apartment in Bad Elster. Perfect location - walking distance to parks and bakery, surrounded by forest with beautiful starry skies at night.
