Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mariposa County

We LOVED this house! It's HUGE!! The hosts are EXTREMELY quick to respond to messages, which was amazing and so helpful! The home was beautiful, felt private, peaceful - no complaints! For future guests to note that we find important: 1.) No tv's in any of the bedrooms - if you're a 'relax in bed to the tv before sleep person' - that it not an option. 2.) TV in the living room is not regular cable tv - you're watching some sort of streaming service ... And the driveway/road leading up to the house was confusing for us at first - it was dark and gps only said turn left but there are two unmarked roads going left directly next to each other, side by side, and we weren't sure which one to take as there was no actual house number marker or road sign indicator. We took a guess to turn up the first driveway/road and it was correct. A small sign at this spot would help future guests :)

This is a spacious and very comfortable home on a huge, private, treed garden sloping down to a river and waterfalls. We had a wonderful time enjoying the huge deck as well as the indoor amenities. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms up to date. Thank-you Mike for your quick response to our requests. We had a wonderful time!

A very comfortable and pleasant place to return to after exploring Yosemite and the surrounding area. It's great being so close to town, yet feeling a little away from it all with a nice view and quiet road. The place was super clean and stocked with all you might need.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and comfortable house in Mariposa. The home was exactly what we needed—clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxing. The host was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to drop off our food and luggage before the official check-in time, which made our arrival much smoother. One especially convenient feature was the in-unit washer and dryer. It was such a relief to be able to do laundry at the end of our trip—we loved not having to bring home a suitcase full of dirty clothes! We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back! The check-in process went very smoothly with clear instructions sent well in advance. The house was big enough for our group to spread out and also had some nice outdoor space. We could walk everywhere we needed to go in Mariposa from the house and it was well-situated for our trips to Yosemite. We also really appreciated some of the extras including beach towels and coffee. Highly recommended!

Very nice place one block from town. Every restaurant we ate in was fantastic. Naoko was super helpful and responsive whenever we had a question. The house has beautiful touches. The only one thing I didn’t realize before arriving… Maybe I just didn’t read through the description fully… Is that there are about 20 stairs descending from the driveway into the house. This was no problem for us, but might be for people who are a lot older. We really enjoyed our time here. The place was delightful to come home too. Air conditioning, comfortable sitting areas. Immaculate. Quiet. We would definitely stay here again

This a peaceful retreat in an incredibly beautiful location. The cabin is located in a small, friendly, quiet and beautiful community. The neighborhood is connected to a nice trail and leads you along a river and waterfalls. The cabin is beautifully understated. Filled with quality pieces but they’re not pretentious so you instantly feel like you’re home and it’s cosy. The patio is a perfect place to have a meal and listen to the river next to the house. I would highly recommend staying in this cabin if you want Yosemite to be accessible but you’re not in the mix. Just keep in mind to get to Yosemite and its shuttle system it’s a bit of a drive BUT the drive is beautiful and it’s worth spending extra time in the car.

We had such a great stay here! The Airbnb was very clean, tidy, cozy and exactly what we had in mind when searching for a luxurious forest cabin. We especially loved the fireplace and the huge terrace. Alexey was a great host - always responded fast, had clear instructions and checked in a few times with us if everything is in order. We would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Yosemite!

It is a quiet and peaceful place. Everything inside was clean. Especially liked the quiet air conditioners with night mode.

Place was perfect. Me and my friends went to Yosemite and stayed in this Airbnb for a night. We cooked breakfast in the morning, everything was in good shape and clean, coffee and cocoa available, really comfortable beds. Everything was perfect with the apartment we rented. Mariposa is quite a drive from Yosemite entrance, be sure to plan accordingly. Thank you so much for your hospitality, Irene. I loved it

It was a wonderful experience! This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in through Airbnb. The host prepared so many thoughtful amenities, and there were so many heartwarming touches throughout the trip. Especially, the homemade cookies were amazing ! so delicious and full of love! I truly appreciated the care and attention to detail. it made the stay even more special!

Beautiful view and within 30 minutes of Yosemite

Beautiful place in a beautiful little town! Road noise wasn't too bad and they had everything we needed to rest after a long day at Yosemite. A few places we enjoyed in the town: Ice cream - Reimer's Candy & Ice Cream Wine - Idle Hour Winery & Kitchen Coffee - Clouds Rest Food (& great drinks) - Plazuelas Mexican Restaurant

It was a nice place and such a wonderful atmosphere. The home is so nice and just very homey. Easy check in, has all the utensils you’ll need, and easy to get to Yosemite! The Smokehouse Grille next door is so nice! It was easy to communicate with Terri!

Great location for those visiting Yosemite. My friends and I had an amazing time at Terri's place. We had a great time using the hot tub in the nighttime. Enough space in the kitchen for 3 people to be cooking at the same time. Would stay again!

This was a wonderful perfume stay for me and my sons as we visited Yosemite everyday. we were able to come back to the condo relax and athe washer/dryer was so convenient

Excellent location deep inside Yosemite NP. No need for National Park reservations, just had to show Airbnb confirmation. Spent 2 nights with no need to leave the park and line up again the next day, if you have reservations. Worked perfectly with our National Park senior citizen pass. Cheaper than lodging outside Yosemite. Sleeps 6 comfortably with kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. Good communicator. Highly recommended.

Nice area in Yosemite. Close to the valley and a lot of the main attractions in the park. Unit was clean and had all things listed. Kitchen area very convenient for a stay at Yosemite.

It was great to be stay inside Yosemite. The access to Glacier Point was better than staying at Yosemite Valley. It was good to get perishable food in the valley than come back and cook meals instead of buying meals in the valley. We would be very happy to stay there again if we come back for a visit to YNP.

Staying at Grace’s place inside of the park was so worth it! Saved a ton of time and it had just what we needed. Well equipped with coffee, bathroom supplies, snacks! We appreciated the space to relax after a long day. We saw deer out our balcony and a bear on the road on the way in. Location inside the park is prime!

Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .
