Holiday rentals with breakfast in Mariposa County

Out of all of the Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in, KYLE’s Airbnb experience was the BEST. This place is a hidden gem. This place is very cozy and quiet! Close to restaurants, gym, and Yosemite national park! The kitties in the home very adorable and super sweet! Kyle was consistent with communication and alwaysssss accommodated. Just amazing, you won’t regret your stay! Will head back again soon! 💕

Margaret and Charlie’s place is perfect for a Yosemite visit. The space is lovely, near Mariposa / the park, and everything just works smoothly. They are kind and helpful as well!

DON'T MISS THIS GEM! If you are going to be in the Yosemite/Oakhurst area, please consider staying at this property. Conan is a "superhost" for good reason. He couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. It was like having our own personal travel guide. He was so helpful with making our Yosemite experience great. You do stay in his home, which may make some people uncomfortable. Let me reassure you, Conan gives you complete privacy. You have your own bedroom and bathroom upstairs, which is completely stocked with anything you may need...refrigerator; water, drinks, snacks, coffee, tea, robes, jackets, walking sticks, emergency kits, etc. I was even able to do a load of wash while I was there! His house is up on a hill and had a beautiful sunset view. Not only does he provide everything you need, he makes a delicious breakfast each morning. It was the best Airbnb experience we ever had.

As I get to the gate here comes Sunny Rae with the biggest smile so happy to see me . We drive up to the most beautiful house the air is amazing I felt like it was the first time I could take a really deep breathe and relax The room was amazing and I was able to have a wonderful friend over for dinner and to spend the night . Sunny is the most gracious host i have ever met I finally feel relaxed . I havent been in the pool but the horses are so beautiful they are giants , much bigger than i remembered as a kid We got to go out and feed the horses they were really happy to see us. Excellent place to stay great food hot showers and the sunsets incredible I would love to come back. Sunny had several guests including a Ballerina from New York and another from Colorado staying here. Morning Star Vista is a perfect place to stay at while visiting Yosemite! Margaret and Charlie are amazing hosts and helped us a lot with their recommendations for the park. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to return!

We absolutely loved Teresa’s place. Rick and Teresa made us feel at home. The bathroom and the room was both tidy, clean and comfortable. We had really great sleeps here. :) we left the house early each morning and she prepared us breakfast box to go. Even before arrival Teresa sent us every info about the trails in Yosemite and any questions we had she answered in no time. Would return again!

Very comfortable and roomy. Great place to stay. Communication with Nataliya was easy and quick. Groveland is a lovely little town.

I had a great stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Brenda and Ron were incredibly kind and welcoming—despite my delayed arrival, they stayed up late to show me around and make sure I was settled in. Their hospitality really made a difference. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We had such a great stay here! The Airbnb was very clean, tidy, cozy and exactly what we had in mind when searching for a luxurious forest cabin. We especially loved the fireplace and the huge terrace. Alexey was a great host - always responded fast, had clear instructions and checked in a few times with us if everything is in order. We would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Yosemite!

This is our third stay at this property and we continue to love it. It is so comfortable and convenient to stay inside the park. The bed is very comfortable and the place has all of the amenities to cook and relax after a long day on the mountain. You save so much time, and energy being able to leave the valley and be ‘home’ in 30 minutes. Most gateway towns are 90 minutes at minimum. Highly recommend this place and we will be back next year.

Alexey was an amazing host! Very responsive and provided all the information necessary for a smooth check-in! There were snacks and wine when we came in and were even offered for restock! This is a beautiful little spot in the most magical place! Highly recommend! 10/10 experience!

All I can say is WOW. This place is amazing. You won’t regret staying here. Beautiful surroundings, secluded, cozy, warm and inviting apartment that just makes you feel at home, maybe even better than home. It has everything you need, so don’t worry. It’s very close to the valley too. I enjoyed every minute of it. Alexey is an amazing host that gives you great instructions, takes care of you personally and makes you feel at home. Yosemite is magical already, and having a great place to stay just makes the whole experience perfect!! Don’t settle for a run down hotel in the valley, stay here! We sure will be staying here again! Susan and her boyfriend were amazing hosts. Very welcoming and accommodating. They helped with directions to Yosemite which was very very helpful. Made me feel right at home and very safe. Invited me to eat with friends, made me breakfast and packed me travel snacks. I left wishing I had more time there and as though I had made a new friend.

One of the best places in our trip in California. The house is so wonderful, integrated to the nature. Away from noise and agitation. Spacious room, beautiful landscape. We cooked every evening and the hosts were happy to help. The swimming pool and spa at sunset and under the stars were amazing. The pets were so friendly. I spent so time with a cat on my knees. Last but not least: the hosts. Mary Ann and Robert are full of kindness. Their warm welcome, the helpful tips, their need to share made us feel at home. We are so thankful. I did not mention the breakfast. After a quiet night, Rob serves you a so delicious breakfast so you're ready to hike in Yosemite the hole day. I definitely recommend 👌

We only had one night at Bette’s cozy cabin in Fish Camp, but it was everything we hoped for and more. The space was clean, beautifully kept, and had such a peaceful charm—it felt like stepping into a hidden retreat in the woods. Every detail was thoughtfully done, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. We truly wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Bette, for sharing your beautiful place with us. Katharine and her husband gave us a very warm welcome, everything was very clean and well organized! She also gave us a great local wine as a welcome gift.

Anne was the best host! Responding timely and going above and beyond for our stay. The place is beautiful, clean and so peaceful. Worth the 30-45 minute drive into the park. We also appreciated the breakfast food/fruit included. Truly amazing property!

Beautiful room and property. Water pressure in the shower was really nice as was the packed breakfast before heading out early to Yosemite. If you want to cook - be sure to note you can use the outside barbecue but not the kitchen.

Sunny was so warm and welcoming and so were her pets! She was very communicative and just a phone call away. This was the perfect respite I needed from life in the Bay Area. This location is quite remote and in the country but close enough to a very cute downtown with lots of shops and friendly people.
