A dream stay in Pesaro! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house, nestled in a bucolic setting, offers a true haven of peace, surrounded by greenery, a flower garden, an orchard and even a few free-range chickens. The calm that reigns there is refreshing. The studio was impeccable, clean and functional, and the sofa bed particularly comfortable. But what we remember most is Sylvia's extraordinary kindness, who welcomed us with rare generosity. She made our arrival and stay as simple as it was pleasant. We also had the chance to meet Giacomo and his father, two deeply adorable people, with whom we had very warm exchanges. Thank you again for this unforgettable stay. We will keep a fond memory of this interlude in Pesaro... and of all of you!

Susanna's apartment was exactly how it was in the photographs and the description. She met us at the time we agreed to let us in, and as there were no issues, we didn't need to speak again. The apartment was a few steps away from the main front street which was great.

Absolutely recommended - perfect vacation! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including WiFi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. AMAZING apartment! Very clean, tidy and with everything you need to spend a stay in Rimini. Linda's house is an 8-minute walk from the most beautiful and well-known clubs near the sea and the nightlife of Rimini. Linda is a very kind and very specific host. We'll be back!

Ester's apartment is large, clean, modern and well-equipped. It opens onto a large terrace where it is pleasant to sit. The neighborhood is quiet. The beach is located a hundred meters away by a quiet path. There are shops and restaurants nearby. The rental has private parking. The exchanges with Ester, her father (who welcomed us) and her daughter Linda were always very responsive and friendly. We totally recommend Ester's apartment.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated surplus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

La Casetta Rossa offers a strategic location for access to the bike path along the Po. It is ideal for those who want to visit the mouth of the Po but at the same time relax. In fact, it is surrounded by greenery and very quiet. The king-size beds are very comfortable. Very large rooms.

"a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. The location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and the surrounding area in twenty minutes. the apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. Elisa's apartment was very cosy and we loved the mid century theme. Elisa was very responsive to messages and was lovely when we met her briefly Very quiet neighbourhood and only 10 minutes walk from the centre and 20 minutes from the station. Supermarket and laudrette 5 mins away. We enjoyed our stay in Ravenna.

Lucia and Denis were very friendly, courteous and willingly answered all our questions patiently from the first contact. Upon our arrival, in your house near Cesena, we were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She explained everything to us in detail and even provided a bottle of water in the refrigerator as a welcome. A few croissants for morning coffee were also prepared for us. The house itself convinces with its outstanding space, its very well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bright bathroom, the two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) one even with a walk-in closet and the very large terrace around the entire house. For a family of 4 people, it is completely sufficient. Lucia and Denis then introduced themselves in person in the evening. Both are really very warm, courteous, friendly and were always ready to help. For US, it is clear, WE will come back!

I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!
