Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights, unfortunately we went back to work right away. But it is a really comfortable accommodation both for the location in the center, for the cleanliness and for the friendliness of Patrick. Everything is very nice

Valerio gave me very clear directions... as soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the lady who helps him, who came to clean halfway through the stay... everything was very clean and new... House with a wonderful garden, nestled in the hills of Romagna. It turned out to be the perfect accommodation for us and our dog, who were looking for a quiet place, but a few minutes' drive from the city. The garden (completely fenced) always has large shaded areas during the day. The house has everything you need for both short and long stays: kitchen with plenty of dishes, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and good wifi connection. Mauro is a very active host: we had a small setback during check-in and he resolved it immediately. The ideal solution for those looking for a few days of absolute peace!

Apartment a stone's throw from the Lido, clean and well maintained, my family and I had a great time. Francesco has always been very helpful. Congratulations on the accommodation and the professionalism shown. We had a nice holiday.

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Stayed for a few days as i was visiting the race circuit at Imola. Perfect for that, about 25 min drive direct to the Aqua Minerali entrance. Set up on a hillside , very peaceful and beautiful. Hosts were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t eat at any restaurants as i ate at the circuit and cooked at the house. There is a small supermarket in the town 10 mins away for all your supplies. Lovely to eat outside amongst the trees. Highly recommend if you visiting this beautiful part of Italy.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Edoardo's house was the perfect place for our family of 8 (kids 5, 7, 8, 13, 15) with plenty of comfortable space and beautiful views. The kids loved the pool, seeing the animals, collecting eggs each day, and playing tennis. The adults loved sunsets on the patio, eating at the restaurant, and the wine tasting with local charcuterie. What really made the experience magical was Olimpia and Federico. Their hospitality made you feel like you are family. They are such kind and caring people and made sure our visit was memorable. The kids already want to return. We will be back to see you again! Tips: Eat at the restaurant, book a wine tasting with Federico, visit the Pomino winery up the road, and get Olimpia to tell you the history of the property and the region.

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks so much for hosting us!

Brand new house, offers every kind of comfort and service! 2 minutes by car from the sea, really a beautiful house in a very quiet area. Alex met us with the check-in time as we had a small child and needed to enter the accommodation first, not everyone does that! If I could, I'd give it 10 stars! Thanks again!

Great accommodation! The sea can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and cafes and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity. Everything is very clean with a very well-equipped kitchen. Rita was easy to reach and very friendly :) Thank you

Thank you very much for 6 wonderful days of vacation in this beautiful town. The apartment met all our expectations. Alice prepared everything we needed. A new apartment with great amenities such as an elevator and a washing machine. I definitely recommend it.

it was great staying at Paola's house, the photos don't do it justice! Spacious and extremely clean, it was ideal for my family. Paola is an excellent host, caring but never intrusive. She made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommended!!

Nice modern apartment with comfortable beds; lovely beach views. We needed to make some use of the air conditioning as the weather was so hot during our stay.

We absolutely loved staying at Eliana's place, and our dog loved it even more! The house is spacious and decorated in a very homely style. The fenced garden is beautiful — our puppy loved roaming around and playing in the grass. If we come to the Bologna/Castel Guelfo area again, we will definitely stay with Eliana!
