Jane and Gampiero were incredible from start to finish. Always responsive, helpful tips, friendly. Fantastic drinks welcome was wonderful. The location is exactly what I wanted and the house perfect. 25 minutes on the train to Florence was again, what I wanted. Thanks guys. I will be back.

The accommodation offers excellent value for money. We were there with our 3-month-old son, and he also loved it. The secure parking for the car is also a plus. A little oasis of relaxation.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

Robert met us at check-in and explained everything we needed to know about the apartment and Ravenna. We had five days there and the apartment proved to be very well placed in relation to the train station, supermarket and old town. It is quiet at night and very well appointed with all the amenities you could need. Robert checked how we were going after a couple of days and offered any help we might need. We were very happy with the apartment and Robert is a great host. Ross and Anna.

Accommodation faithful to the photos: very clean, well-equipped, 50 m from a private beach. The only thing missing is a table and two chairs on the terrace. We would recommend this listing.

This place is very comfortable and beautiful. you can feel the atmosphere of Italian historical life there. It's a great location for trips to surrounding towns. Franco was incredibly nice and open to our needs.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic, Simona is an exceptional host! She was very welcoming and made us feel at home, too bad we only stayed for a weekend! The apartment is perfect, it is equipped with all comforts and is a few steps from the beach. A note of merit also goes to the wonderful dog Diana, always ready to welcome us on our return!!

My amazing choice in Rimini!!! Fantastic cute cozy apartment near the sea!!! Very modern, nice decoration, very clean!!! Big window with the view to the park:) I feel that owners love this house:)) everything near shops, restaurants, from train station around 15 min walking:)) I want come back!!! Only one thing what I really missed is mirror:( in the bathroom is very small:(

Accommodation in a pedestrian area, however, thanks to the directions of the host Elisa, we unloaded our luggage right behind the house and luckily there was a free parking space where I left the car for the entire stay, but otherwise there is a large parking lot not far away. The apartment is practically on the beach, just across the street and right by the lifeguard (Mario baths) we also enjoyed it here. So for me, a more than positive experience. Thank you Elisa!

Claudia and her husband are very hospitable and nice people. Always helpful, respond quickly to concerns. The apartment is very clean, spacious and well maintained for Italian standards. Well equipped, all appliances work. Bed linen and towels are also provided. The only "but"... the apartment is located on a very lively street, cafes, bars and restaurants. In the evening it is noisy. And at 6 AM every day garbage containers are emptied, which is also very noisy. Anyone sleeping with public windows has to accept it. Otherwise, everything was very pleasing.

Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

Perfect location, great for being very close to the sea but tall as a floor to not feel the cain of the street. I'll definitely be toned.

It was a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi in the garden is a welcome cuddle. Being the eighth month of pregnancy, not every day we went to the beach, which is only a 10-minute walk away. Being in the middle of nature was relaxing. The room is comfortable, with everything you need. We'll be back again. Lorena has always responded quickly and has always been kind.
