A pleasant stay with a pleasant view from the terrace of the sun rising from the sea and the greenhouses on the opposite side that pays largely for the third floor without an elevator. Mariangela was courteous and hospitable, providing us with all the useful information to our particular interest regarding the history of Byzantine Calabria.

Apartment with a beautiful view of Tropea , Stromboli and the beautiful sea. Highly recommended for those like us looking for tranquility and landscape. A villa with great attention to detail. Very nice pool. Marcello is a helpful and kind person. The apartment is very simple. I recommend bringing dish soap, toilet paper, and water.

Steps from the enchanted Michelino beach! A great, affordable place with a cafe / pizzeria where the staff treats you like a friend. MariTer is a warm host and we had such a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We had a great time. The apartment is very well equipped. Mario and Natalia welcomed us very warmly. There was extra cake and limoncello, both very delicious. Also, the fridge was filled with milk and juice, coffee capsules, water and tea as well as jam, everything was available. The beach is great. We didn't do much else. Snorkeling there was awesome.

Accommodation in the heart of Pizzo, renovated and clean. Equipped kitchen and essential the presence of the air conditioner given the hot days. Francesco is a kind and helpful host, helped by the omnipresent Mrs. Viola, equally kind and friendly. Absolutely positive experience.

very comfortable apartment, spacious, with a veranda where you can eat and a sunny courtyard where you can hang out and with an outdoor shower (hot and closed, very useful when returning from the beach). Private parking space in front of the courtyard. Sea view!

Francesco was a super host, very accommodating and helpful. The place was perfect for our stay, very central to shop, restaurants and near the stairs to the beach. Great spot!

Everything is in place for an excellent stay with family or friends: -The villa is very spacious, comfortable, clean and well-equipped. - The garden is beautiful and very well maintained. - The private pool, the jacuzzi, the panoramic view of the mountainous countryside and the medieval castle of Squillace offer a cozy and relaxing setting. -The coast and the beaches around are very beautiful, the typical restaurants. There is no direct access to the sea but within walking distance there are the most beautiful beaches on the Costa degli Dei. p.s. remember to bring or buy everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom (salt, oil, detergent, foam bath, etc., etc., which are not available), which are not available).

Monia was an attentive and helpful host. The stay was clean and well presented, and in the perfect location to explore the historic old town and beautiful beaches!

Adriano was realy helpful, he drove us to the train so we did not have to carry our bags. The appartment is located in the center, close to everything. And the view from the appartments is absolut wonderful.

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the accommodation has everything you need for a good rest, very well located to get to both the beach and the historic center. The welcome with homemade sweets made by the hostess was a nice touch. Thank you for everything!!

Very homely, like walking into someone’s home! Lots of added extras. Lovely clean linen and towels…. Amazing balcony to spend lazy days and watch the sunset over the mountains…. Close proximity to town.

Luca is an excellent host, friendly and always ready to help! from the beginning he gave us a guide to all the sights. The apartment is as in the photos, it is fresh and when it is too hot it has portable air conditioning (it works well) it has a huge terrace! It has everything you need! Ricadi Station is 20 min on foot. Groticelli beach 5 min, Tropea 15 min (all by car) Everything was very beautiful, the beaches in general are wonderful and we will certainly repeat. Thanks Luca :)

We were fully satisfied with the stay . A nice quiet and quiet apartment in the greenery, satisfied requests regarding the borrowing of kitchen utensils that the host kindly gave us, the convenience of the location to reach Tropea and surroundings (of course with the car, since the house overlooks the state road). Friendly, friendly and always available and available host. Highly recommended

Absolutely recommend this lovely, spacious and spotless apartment! Would have gladly stayed for longer. Excellent value for money. The location was optimal - a five minute walk to the historic center, but away from the crowds and noise. All you really hear is birdsong and the occasional chatter from the neighbors. There are many grocery stores nearby, and a great pasticceria around the corner with the most delicious croissants. I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. The apartment remained pretty cool even on warm days. The AC unit is in the bedroom and worked great. From the bathroom window you'll see a sliver of the sea. And the cutest neighborhood cats! The bed does need to be changed as it caves in, however I slept quite well once I changed the high profile pillow to a lower one from the closet. This is the only downside to the apartment. I had the opportunity to meet and have a nice chat with Giovanni, who was the most courteous and lovely person. Grazie di cuore!

The view from the balcony was wonderful! The pictures of this apartment don’t do it justice. The balcony was big enough for two to enjoy coffee or wine. Really felt like a local but had enough restaurants around. Everything was walkable up and down hill. The apartment was not so big, but very comfortable for two. Can’t say much about how the kitchen worked, because who wants to cook when so much Italian food is at your doorstep? However, we were there the day many things closed down at the beginning of November. Still, we found good places to eat. Would recommend this apartment.

We had a really lovely stay at Franco's place! The place was clean, beautiful and had everything one might need. Would have loved to stay there for even longer than a few days. Most of the praise needs to be directed at Franco himself though, he was extremely kind and helpful. He even gave us some delicious grapes from his own garden and gave us rides from Lamezia Terme and back. The garden itself offered many places to relax, either just for sitting down or even lying down in a hammock. The sandy beach is only a 10-15 minute walk away. All in all, would highly recommend!
