Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

Altea’s apartment is perfectly located close to both the main strip in the historic centre and the beachfront. The apartment itself is very quaint and the design mirrors the beachside lifestyle. The walls absorb heat particularly well and the apartment is fixed with a strong air conditioner, so it would make for a great summer stay. Altea is a very friendly and responsive host who was very accommodating with check in. There is minimal reception in the apartment and the wifi can be a little patchy so do keep this in mind, but you should feel confident that you will have a proper Tropean experience at Altea’s lovely apartment!

My days in Vibo Valentia will forever be kept in my heart. A unique place with a beautiful and quiet environment at the same time, in any case, you have all the necessary amenities nearby and within walking distance. Leaving aside the emotional factor that this city has for me, I can safely say that this accommodation was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Spacious, well located, good location, well equipped, good bathroom, but above all, I have never seen such a level of attention. They provided us with bottles of water, some sweets and small details that show at first glance how valuable the place is and also, the high quality of the people who live there. Thank you very much for everything.

This is an absolute gem of an air BnB. We stayed for a long weekend and the town is amazing. The flat is located in a small quaint square above a beautiful restaurant and it is literally in the middle of the town whilst being private. Tropea is a beautiful old town with delicious food, friendly locals and a stunning beach. Aurora and Guiseppe were very helpful and accommodating and we used google translate to bridge the language gap. I would recommend this to anyone who loves a quiet stunning beach holiday with amazing food. Thank you so much Aurora and Guiseppe!!

Davide & Laura’s apartment was just like staying in an authentic Italian home. It had everything you could need & the huge balcony was a bonus. They communicated well before check in, Francesco met us & was delightful explaining everything to us. The complex was peaceful & a short walk to the incredible main beach, which we went to every day. We then accessed the old town for some amazing meals. Tropea was full of life, picturesque & very unique. We loved our stay, thoroughly recommend staying here.

The flat is lovely and has everything one might need. It is just a short walk away from the beach/sea, center of town and supermarket. Francesco was a lovely host, very accommodating and gave us great recommendations- would highly recommend il convivio! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect and very dedicated support from the hostess: Always available, friendly and warm, it doesn't get any better. The apartment is clean and bright, with a dream view of the coast and the sea, just great. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can expect in a vacation apartment and what is necessary for the preparation of usual delicacies such as risotto, spaghetti with salads, etc. There is no oven, but good cookware with a 2-burner induction hob - completely sufficient. There are restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby, and you could also walk to the beach. There are several beaches nearby, all of which are ideal for swimming. Bottom line: We can recommend this accommodation without restriction!!! Thank you again, dear Maria Teresa.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very compact and well situated. Reaching the beach takes about 10-15 minutes, but expect to climb a lot of stairs on your way back.

Vincenzo was super nice, picked us up from the train station and took us there on departure. He explained the area very well on the way to the apartment, so we quickly found our way around. The apartment is well equipped. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning on the balcony with sea view.

Great location in walking distance to the train and the sights. The apartment had what we needed. The washer was very useful especially on a beach vacation. This was the most beautiful city we visited. Our host was readily available to answer questions / assist us with issues. Note the city shuts the water off for residents at 5pm so it’s best to do laundry and shower before then. We did not have any issues with that but be aware- we still showered after (using tank water) we just made those quick showers. Great stay!

The apartment corresponds exactly to Alessandro's descriptions, it is in a quiet area just outside the city. There is no sidewalk for about 500 meters for those who want to walk but a 2-minute drive away there is a large free parking lot at the supermarket so you can leave your car and continue on foot to the historic center. Alessandro is always courteous and helpful. I hope to go back.

Everything is perfect! The apartment is very nice and matches the photos! The location is great: very close to Zambrone beach and 10 minutes from Tropea! Teresa, whoever checked in to the house was very nice, provided us with all the necessary training from the house, to the best beaches and to the restaurants! If I had to go back there, I wouldn't exist to return to this apartment ☺️

A beautiful beachfront apartment, well equipped, with parking in a fenced area. At the beginning of May, I was temporarily alone on the beach, the best view of Pizzo and, with good visibility, you could see the outline of the volcanic island of Stromboli. Pizzo is a wonderful mountainside town, many winding alleys and at least seven ice cafes that claim to have invented the world-famous Tartuffo ice cream. (My tip: Gelateria Morino in the main square, I liked the "Vulcanetto" the best)

The apartment was perfectly located in Tropea old town . The common /shared terrace was absolutely beautiful. Michele and Cristina were lovely hosts and always available to help if we needed anything or had any questions . We will definitely be back !

We stayed in Helen's apartment for 10 days. Wonderful view! Spacious and livable apartment for 4 people. A well-maintained garden and enchanting pool. A place of great relaxation for our holidays.

Teresa accommodated our last minute request to stay. She was very responsive. She met us and showed us around. Gave excellent recommendations. Her place was very clean and fresh feeling. We would definitely return if we visit that part if Italy again. Perfect location between many great areas.

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Stayed for 2 nights with another couple. Super close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants! Beautiful view of the sea, beaches and castle. And of course, this place is so Cool inside! Only thing I would say was I wish the keys were labeled so we could know which one was which for each of the 3 doors to get inside and outside. It was a bit loud from people down below on the street in the middle of the nights, so keep windows shut. But overall great stay! Would stay again.

The apartment is perfect, with an outdoor pool. Great for family vacations and not.

Very beautiful place, I would definitely go back, my wife and kids loved it. Everyone is super friendly. Tip: Stair master to prepare for the hike down the 200 plus steps to get to the beautiful beach and back up when you’re done (which we did and made a huge difference).

A wonderful place...we highly recommend it!

Very relaxing place, in a beautiful setting, with a great pool and restaurant. After a week of travelling around by train, it was good to have a base for a week of relaxation. The restaurant was great, with traditional food, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. We didn't bother trying anywhere else. There are some great viewpoints within easy walking distance, and the nearest station is walkable, as is the beach (but a steep climb back). Useful small supermarket a few minutes away.
