Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

Gloria and Daniele were excellent hosts. They even offered us a ride back to their location as Daniele was in La Spezia when we arrived. They provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner and transportation. Wish we had stayed longer.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Alles lief reibungslos, gerne wieder!

Io, mio marito e mia figlia ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'alloggio esattamente come da descrizione, la terrazza è sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello. Carina e comoda la spiaggia libera a 5 minuti dall'appartamento. Molto utili I consigli dell'host per cosa visitare e dove poter mangiare. È stata disponibile e molto precisa in tutte le indicazioni che ci ha dato. La casa era ben fornita di tante piccole attenzioni per gli ospiti (es. : ombrellone, sedia spiaggia, giochi x bambini, lavastoviglie e lavatrice...) se faremo un altra vacanza qui torneremo sicuramente in questo appartamento.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, kinderfreundlich. Wohnung liegt super, der Strand ist zu Fuß in einer Minute zu erreichen. Direkt nebenan ist ein Supermarkt, was den Einkauf deutlich erleichtert. Die Wohnung war sauber und super ausgestattet.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette villa très bien agencée, propre et arborée. L'endroit est parfait et notre intimité a été respecté.

Es war wunderschön mitten in Tellaro zu wohnen und auf der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Blick zu frühstücken! Das Häuschen ist sehr gekonnt renoviert und liebevoll mit ausgewählten Stücken möbliert. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten und wir wurden sehr nett von Lola empfangen. Es gibt im Haus einige Treppen, die man erklimmen muß, um dann schließlich auf der Dachterrasse zu landen, das sollte einem bewußt sein. Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit, in der wir wandern waren (direkt vom Haus aus), Cinque Terre besucht haben, immer wieder baden waren und natürlich die Restarants vor Ort ausprobiert haben. Es war alles perfekt, vielen Dank!

Wir waren mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby für vier Tage in Dinos Haus. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind wundervoll und das Haus hat alles, was es für uns braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Dino war toll, er hat sich von sich aus gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und ob alles ok ist und hat auch auf unsere Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Wir waren mit einem Ford Transit unterwegs, größer bzw breiter sollte euer Auto nicht sein, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind.

Alloggio stupendo e posizione ottima! Vicino sia agli stabilimenti balneari che alla spiaggia pubblica! Alloggio perfetto per visitare Viareggio! Ve lo consiglio!

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub mit Kleinkind: die Lage ist perfekt, denn der Strand sowie viele gute Restaurants sind fussläufig. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt ausgestattet und hat mehr als genug Platz für Kinder zum Spielen und entdecken - sowohl im Haus als auch draußen im Garten. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage und werden definitiv wiederkommen. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich wärmsten empfehlen 😊

Luana und Antonio sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Von der Buchung über den Check-in, die sehr schnelle Kommunikation ein gelungener Urlaub. Luana und Antonio sind definitiv als Gastgeber zu empfehlen. Zur Wohnung kann man nur sagen, dass sie sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, ruhige Plätze genauso wie solche, wo das Leben pulsiert. We had a great 1 week stay at this very spacious apartment with a great view of the marina. There is a great bakery, vegetable & fruit shop, and a small store with local specialties at 200m from the apartment. There are also several great restaurants. The place is a great base to visit nearby Portovenere and the Cinque Terre. We did several hikes from the apartment. If you don't wanna drive there is a frequent bus to Portovenere and La Spezia. The local people are very wekcoming and super friendly. We were very pleased with our stay and communication with the host was easy and quick. I only have 1 remark/tip please explain beforehand the recycle bins because they were not marked and we didn't put the stuff in the correct bins

Very cute appartement! Conveniently located, close to a big supermarket and not far from both the train station and the city center. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. She also provided us with some toiletries and towels! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Appartement sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten (Waschmittel, genug Decken, gut ausgestattete Küche). Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuss sind viele schöne Strände erreichbar, wie auch ein grosser Einkaufsladen und viele Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. 😃

We had a great stay at this apartement. There were some good restaurant recommendations by the host. The host was thoughtful about our stay. It was just cleaned when we arrived, because it smelled amazing inside. The location was awesome. And we also got a tip about the ongoing festival in the city, which was also great. We loved the apartment and the city, I would definitely recommend.

Attico davvero insolito!!!! Posizione comoda, molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare, si può ammirare il tramonto in modo splendido. L'interno dell'attico è molto suggestivo, ci sono molte cose interessanti e perfino un giradischi (si possono ascoltare i Beatles, dischi e molti altri artisti famosi). L'ascensore arriva direttamente all'attico, è molto comodo!!!

We had a wonderful stay in Giuliana's flat. It's a place that doesn't feel like a holiday rental, but a real home. All the rooms are well furnished and there's really nothing missing. You feel right at home. The location is ideal and the car park in front of the house is a real plus. About 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and the beach, but there are two free shuttle buses that can take you there and to other nearby towns such as Lerici. San Terenzo is quiet and less touristy than other towns in the area, so if you prefer less crowded places this is the one for you!
