A wonderful experience to stay a few days in the apartment 'Two seas'. Everything was to our liking and the surroundings are fantastic. The bistro set on the balcony is of course very cozy, but it would also be nice if you could grab some more comfortable chairs with cushions after a long walk. Furthermore, everything was perfectly arranged.

Arturo was very friendly and accommodating. He picked us up from the station and showed us the area. He also explained the surroundings to us and gave us good travel tips. Even on the last day, he picked us up on time and in person. He drove us back to the train station. The stay was wonderful and the support from Arturo was great. Always happy to come back.

Magical place to stay!

We felt comfortable in the historic house and the extensive olive grove all around. You have the estate completely to yourself and can enjoy peace and nature accordingly. The location is perfect. You can quickly reach the towns of Camaiore, Pietrasante and Viareggio by car. Gianluca provided us with valuable tips and hints for excursions and local specialties in a humorous and warm way.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

We were greeted by Massimo, a very kind and generous person, who cares about the well-being of his guests and who is available to respond to requests. The single-storey house is spacious, very clean, nicely furnished. Lots of charm.. Very well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook. The small terrace in the extension of the kitchen was very popular. The geographical location, very convenient for visiting Liguria and part of Tuscany... And then Massimo has good addresses to share... We had a very good stay and we highly recommend this house. Thanks again to Massimo for his kind welcome.

Italian hospitality at it's best. Nothing was too much and the most important thing to them was that we had a relaxing and enjoyable holiday, which we did. From there we were easily able to visit Lucca, Barga, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena, Panzano and the beach. The location and the view from the porch instantly relaxes you. On the last evening we sat on the porch, switched the lights off and watched the fire flies while drinking wine with our meats and cheeses collected from our trips. Do it, just book it.

Gloria's home was delightful! With a picturesque hill town outside the bedroom window, well-maintained gardens amongst the olive trees, and a delicious restaurant, this was a peaceful location for a vacation. Gloria was quick to communicate when we had questions and provided a flexible check-in/out when our travel plans changed. It was a great place to spend a few nights.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Very pleasant 2 night stay in Ricco di Golfo. The accommodation is cozy and very cute, and the hostess is very welcoming and kind. La Spezia is 10 minutes away and Pisa is not far. We recommend the place!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay with Matteo. We had the best welcome of our entire stay in Italy: we had a late arrival (9:30 p.m.) and it was Matteo's mother and father who showed us around the accommodation, explaining how everything worked. Even better: we had everything we needed to make our first dinner and breakfast. It was really the highlight of our stay. It's also very close to everything, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a little problem and Matteo called his mother who arrived in less than 5 minutes. Wow, that's service :)! Here is a quick list of our impressions. Pros: - Incredible welcome +++ - Air conditioning throughout the accommodation - Very functional kitchen - Very spacious - Accessible everywhere on foot Cons: - the shower door may need to be repaired. It's the Airbnb that really makes us feel "home away from home"! Thank you ++++

Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. We recommend this place where the train station, the buses, the port are easily accessible and allow you to discover this beautiful region. Grazie mille!
