Questa casetta, ristrutturata con garbo, si trova al centro (praticamente al di sotto del Municipio e a breve distanza dalla piazza princiale) del magico borgo di Aieta. dove gentilezza e genuinità ti avvolgono e ti fanno sentire appagato e sereno. Alloggiare nella casa di Antonio per noi (io, il mio compagno e il nostro cane Selly) è stata una esperienza rilassante e gioiosa. È fresca, silenziosa, e c'è tutto ciò che serve. Grazie ad Antonio e a suo padre, entrambi squisiti. Da tornarci!

The house is very nice, in the middle of the mountains, it has a little garden, if you travel with kids is great, and for us, we had breakfast outside. Bedrooms comfortable and Andrea was always helpful. Thanks!

Overall, a good stay. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication easy. The place looked like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. A solid option for travelers looking for a simple and convenient stay.

Ottimo alloggio, ben posizionato nel centro di Villapiana lido, dotato di tutto il necessario e molto pulito. Ci si sposta a piedi comodamente sia per ristoranti che per il mare. È presente un passaggio pedonale non segnalato dai vari navigatori per raggiungere la spiaggia, ci si mette circa 3 minuti a piedi. Idem per le passeggiate serali sul lungomare. Servizi come bar,ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Come da descrizione è presente il parcheggio privato, nella nostra permanenza (1 settimana) non abbiamo mai usato l’ auto. Giuliano è un Host molto attivo, ogni nostra domanda ha avuto risposta pressoché immediata. Sarà sicuramente un posto in cui tornare.

Very responsive host! Flexible and accommodating! I really like his apartment because it is in a very old establishment. The internet connection wasn’t the best. The host had wine, water and juice waiting for us in the fridge! - that was a nice touch! We had a great time at his place

We stayed 10 days with my girlfriend at Tiffany's home and we felt really welcomed by her family, they picked us to the Casolare and shown us around. The place it's big, cozy and it was spotless when we arrived. Tiffany's family were super nice and eager to help and answer all the questions we came up with. If you wanna have a rent big house with a nice view to the Calabrian sea and live a full italian experience this place may be perfect for you.

We had a great time at Civita. The apartment has everything you need for a few days. Great bed, great bathroom and to sit ouside under the olive trees is simply one of the great delights in life. I would say it is easiest to have your own car to get around. We strolled through the village, drove to the beach and up into the mountains, ate some great food and just enjoyed ourselves. Very relaxing. Communication went smooth as well. Ticks all the boxes

La tana del riccio ė un posto incantevole, siamo stati benissimo immersi in un bosco di castagni, di pomeriggio siamo andati al mare che si trova a mezz'ora. Claudia ė stata sempre disponibile, e a ferragosto ci ha invitati a pranzo con la sua splendida famiglia. Consiglio questo alloggio a chi vuole stare tranquillo, noi ci siamo portati i nostri cani. Insomma comodo e bello.

Wir waren sehr happy! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool, Lounge, Pinpong-Tisch und Outdoorgym ist ein mehr als toll! Die Aussicht ein Traum! Gemäss Beschreibung gingen wir davon aus, dass wir die gesamte Unterkunft zur Verfügung hatten (4 Zimmer mit 4 Bäder) was zuerst nicht der Fall war. Als wir Giuseppe darauf angesprochen haben hat er aber direkt reagiert und uns sofort wie gewüscht 4 separate Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt, es war kein Problem. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch viel schöner. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir fühlten uns wohl. Nur 5min. Fussweg entfernt ist ein feines Restaurant. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Danke Giuseppe für diese schöne Woche und deine Gastfreundschaft!

Emplacement très très agréable et très joli, au milieu des Olivers et des pins. logement simple mais tout à fait agréable Piscine très bien entretenue et très calme. Un petit Havre de paix que nous avons quitté avec regret. Salvatore toujours réactif. La dame et son mari qui évolue sur la propriété sont très gentils. Au plaisir de pouvoir revenir un jour. Nous recommandons sans soucis.

Wir durften eine Woche in dieser schönen Villa verbringen Die Aussicht aufs mehr ist unfassbar schön. Die Besitzer und Antonio der den Check in übernahm waren immer ansprechbar und haben uns tolle Tipps was Strände Restaurants etc. betrifft Lg Familie König

Annalisa's place was very comfortable with plenty of room for our family to feel relaxed and each of us having private space in the house. The view is beautiful of the sea and it's great that there are decks on both bedrooms on the second floor. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed all of the amenities of the home. It was difficult for us to find the place initially. If you visit know that you must drive all the way up to the top of the hill to find the development. The easy access to the pool was great and when we visited the pool it felt like we had our own private pool. Thank you very much Annalisa for hosting us!

Das war auf jeden Fall einer der schönsten (!) Plätze die wir in 12 Jahren AirBnB erlebt haben. Der Ort ist einfach magisch! Du bist umgeben von der schönsten Natur, alles ist so friedlich und umarmt dich und du entspannst sobald du den Weg durch die Olivenhaine dorthin fährst. Alles ist so unglaublich liebevoll arrangiert und durchdacht und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl. Die Zelte sind komfortabel und super gemütlich . Wir haben alle wie die Babys geschlafen. Jedes Zelt hat einen eigenen Essbereich. Dort haben wir abends im Kerzenschein das Essen genossen, was dort Family-made frisch zubereitet wird. Das solltet ihr euch wirklich nicht entgehen lassen. Madre mia! Für uns Food-Lover war das ein Moment der Glückseligkeit. Und dann die Gastgeber: Es sind die herzallerliebsten Menschen! Unser Auto hatte eine Panne und die ganze Familie hat uns dabei geholfen, dass wir bei einer Werkstatt alles in Ordnung bringen lassen und rechtzeitig weiterfahren konnten. Wir kommen wieder! Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤

Monica x problemi familiari nn era presente nell’ alloggio, però dietro di lei a persone di tutto rispetto sua cugina e il compagno. Persone veramente chiare e si mettono a disposizione su tutto, il giorno che dovevo uscire dall alloggio il compagno mi a offerto un’ altra giornata. Niente da dire eccezionale veramente.

Súper anfitrión, re amable y dispuesto siempre a ayudarte , el departamento es tal cual lo muestran en las fotos, quizás le falte mejorar algunas cosas como los mosquiteros o utensilios de cocina, pero al final hemos pasado una estancia tranquila .

Felicito a los Anfitriones por su dedicación para con el turista. Destaco él presente que aportan como leí en otros comentarios, El Vinito clásico de la región. Y por último el traslado hacia el departamento desde estación de tren ida y vuelta. Gracias Andrea Volveremos!!!!!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt 🤗 die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, alles war blitzsauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sogar Kaffee stand bereit ☺️ Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, ein Highlight ist die Aussendusche und das Kochen unter freiem Himmel. Der Strand ist nicht so schön, es lohnt sich aber defenitiv weiter südlich zu fahren. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr schnell. Mario hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Danke für diese schöne Woche, absolut zu empfehlen 👍🏽

Great location in the old, historic village of Paola (& ultimately well worth the uphill climb from the train station with our suitcases!) . If you love an old italian village in an historic, pretty location then this is the place for you. Easy days walking, exploring, sitting & watching the daily activities of residents. The apartment is well equipped to cook in (which we did) with an adorable garden setting that enjoys the local sounds of life. And with loads of great bars, cafes & restaurants very close by, as well as a large conad supermarket. We'd def stay again in Maria/Guilia's place. Amazing hosts! Thank you!

Staying at the castle was a memorable experience. The view from the terrace is unforgettable. Olga was a very good host, always present when we needed her. She prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also helped us to spend an unforgettable evening on my birthday in the company of Chef Vincenzo who not only prepared a special dinner for us but also taught us how to prepare traditional calabrian food. Overall, we spent extremely pleasant days at the castle and enjoyed some spectacular sunsets from the main terrace.

Michela à été très amicale et le logement correspond parfaitement aux photos. C'est calme et facilement accessible avec parking ce qui est un plus. Belle terrasse avec vue pour dîner.

This is a very beautiful, top floor, private space with a lovely view from the patio. Bruna and her daughter were wonderful hosts, making sure we had all the basics as well as breakfast and beverages. They prepared recommendations of nearby restaurants and it turns out the restaurant suggested "A Cantina Cosentina" was our favorite meal of the trip. There is an electric gate for the parking area and we felt very secure. There are 3 rooms, each with its own private bathroom and shower. One of the many extras that we really enjoyed.… Bruna encouraged us to pick lemons from the tree downstairs. It was the freshest and sweetest lemonade ever! We would highly recommend Bruna's place if you need a nice place to stay in the Cosenza area.

Un logement très propre, pratique et bien équipés. La vue sur la terrasse est très sympa. Giuseppe répond rapidement à nos interrogations.

L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale molto comoda: per noi è stata la base dalla quale partire per visitare diversi posti, molti consigliati dalla signora Rosanna, che ci ha accolto con molto calore e si è dimostrata sin da subito estremamente gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande, vissuto, ma ben curato. Particolarmente apprezzati, al nostro arrivo, la limonata fresca per noi in compagnia della signora Rosanna e un biscottino per il nostro cane :)
