Die Unterkunft von Laura ist sehr schön und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Wir waren zu viert als Familie dort und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand, ca 5 Minuten ist genial. Außerdem ist es ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, z. B nach Pisa. Laura ist eine sehr freundliche Person, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Appartamento molto carino ristrutturato di recente, situato in posizione perfetta per fare tutto a piedi. Ampi spazi per una famiglia di 4 persone. Serena è stata molto gentile, ci ha accolto personalmente dandoci indicazioni utili e anche quando c'è stato un piccolo intoppo è stata pronta e disponibile per risolvere. Unica pecca ma che assolutamente non ha inciso sul soggiorno, l'appartamento non ha un balcone da usare per stendere gli asciugamani, togliere la sabbia ecc ecc.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf das Meer ist der Hammer. Die Wohnung war für meinen Mann und mich genügend gross. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und was wir sehr schätzen (Mikrowelle, Nespresso Maschine, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine und Tumbler, genügend Geschirr und Besteck). Nur der Grill auf der Terrasse wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Der private Parkplatz ist perfekt. San Vincenzo ist überschaubar, mit vielen Restaurants und es gibt auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Zutritt zur Wohnung mit der Schlüsselbox ist perfekt. Davide hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Video im Voraus mit allen Infos fanden wir super. Schöne moderne Wohnung zentral gelegen und fußläufig zum Strand. Wir waren knapp eine Woche da und haben von dort Ausflüge in unternommen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und reichlich Platz in Bad und Schränken. Auf jeden Fall zu Empfehlen. Danke Maria und Lorenzo

Appartamento tranquillo, confortevole e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno di passaggio o anche una vacanza. Host sempre pronto e disponibile anche a soddisfare esigenze organizzative.

Alessandro fue muy amable, nuestro tren se retrasó y no hubo ningún problema con el check in, nos recibió personalmente y nos dio todas las instrucciones sobre el lugar. El sitio es muy bonito y organizado y tiene todas las comodidades y servicios del anuncio, está ubicado en un barrio lindo para recorrer. Es un muy buen hospedaje. Recomendado.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

Un piccolo angolo di relax e quiete a due passi dalla bellissima e tranquilla spiaggia di Nisportino. Ideale per chi cerca relax immerso nella natura. Umberto è davvero una persona disponibilissima e amichevole, sempre pronto a dispensare consigli sui luoghi e sulle attività disponibili all'Elba. Persona generosa, Umberto è socievole sia con i grandi che con i più piccoli, sa trasmettere un sacco di informazioni sulle piante e sugli animali che popolano la zona senza dimenticare la parte storica. L'appartamento gode di una vista spettacolare e regala tramonti mozzafiato nel silenzio della sera, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort. Chi cerca pace, tranquillità e natura non può perdersi questa piccola perla! Assolutamente consigliato!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Lorella, Giuseppe i co-host di Jacopo sono due persone fantastiche!!! Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa!!! Come omaggio di benvenuto c era una crostata buonissima fatta da Lorella, durante il nostro breve soggiorno ci hanno offerto frutta, caffè, e una splendida e super grigliata, abbiamo passato serate in loro compagnia come amici di sempre!!! E poi Camilla la splendida e simpatica cagnolina sempre pronta a farti le feste e a ricevere tante coccole ci ha robato il cuore!!! La casa Campo albo è ottima per una coppia, confortevole e fresca, super la doccia all esterno ottima per togliere la sabbia e la calura prima di entrare in casa, fantastica la veranda con un bel tavolo per pranzi e cene all aperto!!! La casa è veramente a due passi dal mare cristallino e dalla spiaggia poco affollata e tranquilla..... Un grazie gigante a Lorella e Giuseppe per la loro ospitalità, cordialità e consigli che ci hanno mostrato!!! La consiglio a tutti quelli che vogliono passare una vacanza al top!!!

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Das Haus ist wirklich traumhaft und wie beschrieben. Der Check-in mit David war sehr unkompliziert und mega nett! Wir kommen gerne wieder ☺️

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit schönen Aussensitzplätzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine schöne Aussicht aus Meer und ruhig gelegen. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Appartamento meraviglioso, pulito e ben studiato. Posizionato a pochissimi passi dal mare, comunicazione impeccabile, host pazientissimo e gentile nonostante il ritardo di 6 ore dovuto ad un guasto meccanico. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie mille. Ottimo soggiorno. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Luana und Antonio sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Von der Buchung über den Check-in, die sehr schnelle Kommunikation ein gelungener Urlaub. Luana und Antonio sind definitiv als Gastgeber zu empfehlen. Zur Wohnung kann man nur sagen, dass sie sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet ist. Es fehlt an nichts. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, ruhige Plätze genauso wie solche, wo das Leben pulsiert. Het appartment was supschoon en can alle gemakken voorzien! De host is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Top locatie. Bushalte voor de deur waar je overal gemakkelijk kunt komen. De moeder van de eigenaar ontmoet. Een fantastische lieve vrouw!

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

We stayed a few days at Diego’s place in San Vincenzo and really enjoyed the location — just 50 meters from a beautiful, quiet public beach with calm water and few people. The apartment is simple but spacious. The bed was quite soft, we would have prefered a firmer matress, but it was fine for a short stay. It’s within walking distance of the town center, and there’s a lovely little garden area shared with Diego, although we didn’t use it. Diego was very kind, gave us helpful local tips, and even helped us rent a bike. Thank you!

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Die Unterkunft ist ruhig und bietet sehr viel Platz. Man ist schnell am Meer und umgeben von guten Restaurants. Die Kommunikation mit Nataliya war super. Eine tolle Wohnung für einen Aufenthalt in Livorno!
