Lovely place! Amazing roof terrace that we really enjoyed. The local beach restaurant where you get a small discount served excellent food.

Beautiful modern apartment centrally located and within walking distance to the beach. We were there for almost a week and took excursions from there. The apartment offers everything you need and plenty of space in the bathroom and closets. Definetly recommend. Thank you Maria and Lorenzo

The apartment is in a top location, everything is within walking distance, very well-maintained house, apartment sparkling clean and very modern and funny furnishings!!! We felt very comfortable and would book exactly there again at any time!!! Great!!!

Great stay in a wonderfully quiet place. The swimming pool is great and the apartment itself is very spacious. Cristina is very attentive and responds quickly. I would definitely recommend this!

Stunning location, local shop for great quality fresh food. Only a short walk into the old town and the train station for excursions further out.

Great accommodation for those who want to relax and stay away from the noise of the city. Even with bad weather, we still relaxed thanks to the garden in the apartment. The sea is really a stone's throw away, so much so that sometimes you can hear the waves from the house. Precise host, responsive and present if you need anything. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time at Poggio! The location is perfect for daytrips and we especially enjoyed the pool which is only to be shared with a few other guests. The view is one of a kind. The apartment is equipped simple, but sufficient as one doesn’t spend too much time there anyways.

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. The communication was also great and Marianna always answered us quickly.

We enjoyed our stay very much - the tranquility and seclusion in the midst of idyllic nature was exactly as described. The house is lovingly and high-quality furnished, co-host Eva friendly, super accessible and top reliable. We were a little shocked by the very steep, winding and rough access road. We'd be happy to come back

We had an extremely wonderful holiday in this apartment. The communication and booking process were pleasant and very quick. All my questions were answered quickly in advance. A beautiful apartment with a great terrace overlooking the sea. Everything you need is there. You can enjoy peace and quiet here. Down in the bay, there is a small jetty and a cosy bar. There are many hiking trails nearby. Bread and other small items are available in the next village (1.5 km away). It is recommended to have a car (parking spaces are available). I can only say ‘thank you’ for the great, relaxing holiday. We and our dogs had a lot of fun.

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

We had a wonderful vacation time in this very nice apartment. The location in the small village up in the hills of Tuscany is so authentic and typically Italian. The pool and the view are a dream. The rooms are very clean, large and nicely furnished. The bed was amazing. I haven't slept this well in a long time. The kitchen is well equipped. The only thing missing was a nice salad bowl and a toaster. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The well-known white beaches can be reached in 20 minutes by car. Parking is available everywhere. Shopping is possible in the small village at the bakery and in the corner shop or down in the city at Lidl and Coop, etc. Restaurants are within walking distance. We loved the snack bar opposite the butcher's shop in the village. You sit idyllically in the square in the middle of the village. Thank you for the nice time.

We had a great stay at Lorenzo and Francesca's, in a small peaceful village where the locals are friendly. The accommodation is atypical with all the appropriate comforts. A change of scenery is guaranteed, with a magnificent sunset and a region with sublime landscapes... Thanks to Francesca and Lorenzo for their good advice. The villa is delicious, tastefully furnished and really equipped with everything , it feels like it's at home The garden and terrace are beautiful , the enchanting view and ranges from Corsica ( you can see the sunset every night) to the island of Elba to the coasts of Italy The countless tables and lounge chairs make you enjoy every corner of the garden in a different way, the fence is very comfortable for those who have dogs ... mine had a great time and enjoyed the stay running and playing and it was very relaxing to know them safely Nearby there is a small grocery store and a bakery , Sant'Andrea is a very small village with a beautiful beach The caretaker and host are always available A truly memorable experience Thanks to the owners of the Villa who really thought of everything :)

A wonderful place to stay - unique artwork, spotless, excellent AC in each room, great and friendly communication, and close to the train station for an enjoyable ride to Florence! Would highly recommend!

It was just great at Kety's. Everything is right in this apartment. A jewel and bijoux, furnished with a lot of heart and love, is quiet and beautiful with a view of the sea, vineyards and olive fields. It also has many restaurants, shops and celaterias. We will be back and will be sure to recommend it.

We had a wonderful time staying at Claudio’s accommodation! The house itself is very nice, well-equipped with everything necessary to make our stay comfortable. The large garden is a real highlight, with a lovely outdoor dining area, plenty of space to relax, and a barbecue. The pool is fantastic and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape—perfect for a peaceful afternoon. The location is also ideal. It’s just a 20-30 minute drive to the sea and beautiful beaches, and many of Tuscany’s top cities like Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, and Volterra are only 1-2 hours away by car. It made for great day trips to explore the region. We really enjoyed our time. Grazie Mille, Claudio!

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

Great welcome from hostess Gisella. Great view of the cathedral, Duomo di San Martino from the apartment. Bright, cozy, clean, neat apartment full of loving details. Gisella waited for us with cold water (almost entering summer) and something to eat. Very good idea on her part!!!! He also prepared a personalized map for us to know about places like restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, markets and bike rentals. Map that we use all the time next to the cell phone. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially the city within the wall, full of flowers and lime trees where you can walk, rest and refresh in summer.

Perfect , perfect place to stay !! It’s lovely a lovely space, right in the centre of town. The views are amazing and it’s a great place to sleep!! 100% would recommend. Ausilia was a great host - super attentive and quick to respond. Definitely will return.

Francesco was a great host. He was there for us when we needed him and gave very nice advice on what to do. It really felt like our home for a week!
