Holiday rentals with a patio in Marina di Cecina

The apartment is part of a charming stacked building. It was a beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Tuscan sun. We loved spending time outdoors by the pool, dining in the garden with the barbecue grill, and relaxing on the lounge chairs. When it got too hot outside, the air conditioning was a huge help. The layout of the apartment was just right for our family of four, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. Since the building is stacked, there were other guests in neighboring units below or beside us, but each garden area is nicely separated by hedges, giving everyone plenty of privacy. The host family was very welcoming and gracious, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Very central location, apartment was very modern and clean. Enjoyed our stay but would highlight that the apartment is hard to access with large luggage and/or elderly guests, otherwise would highly recommend.

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Wir hatten als Paar einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa Reinai. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, großzügig und sauber. Die Gastgeber Melina und Carlos waren immer gut erreichbar. Soweit man bereit ist, das Geld auszugeben, kann man für den halben Tag (30€) E-Bikes mieten, um die Gegend zu erkunden - das bietet sich insbesondere für einen Besuch in San Gimigano an. An der sog. Honesty Bar (jederzeit geöffnet, Selbstbedienung) gab es alkoholische und nicht alkoholische gekühlte Getränke zu guten Preisen - es wäre vielleicht nett gewesen, wenn der Kaffee mit im Preis für die Zimmer inbegriffen gewesen wäre. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Truly loved staying here! Federico's mother, Cristiana, was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. The location is near public transportation, which takes you easily to places of interest. The place is neat and clean. I highly recommend!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage mit grossem Garten/Pool und super Lage für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto (u.a. San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena) sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants in der Umgebung (z.B. in San Gimignano). Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten für einige Tage Aufenthalt ausgestattet (auch Küche, Bad). Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Einziger Punkt: hat man das Appartement im Haus des Gastgebers gebucht, muss man die Ringhörigkeit des Hauses (auch mitten in der Nacht) akzeptieren können.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche hier. Das Haus war perfekt ausgestattet, die Küche ein wirklicher Traum, die Aussicht und Ruhe einfach perfekt für eine Auszeit. Jeder Raum war mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet und wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und es jedem empfehlen!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

We loved staying here! the views out of the terrace and even the bathroom window were something I’ve never seen before, right out of a movie. About a 15 minute drive to the closest city, San Miniato, which has great restaurants. This was such a charming & peaceful place to stay in Tuscany, and the visits from the neighborhood cats on the terrace was a bonus! :)

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. We had a great stay with our friends and made some great memories. would recommend the accommodation, as well as the hosts, and would definitely stay again. Kind Regards, Boyd and Naomi

Cudowne miejsce, życzliwi ludzie, piękne widoki. Byliśmy 4 osobową rodziną. W tym miejscu wypoczniesz, zrelaksujesz się, pomyślisz i na chwile przystaniesz. Poczujesz się jak w raju. Tu znajdziesz coś dla siebie i dziecka. Bardzo duży, czysty basen, jacuzzi, leżaki, parasole. Piękny sad olwiny. Można pograć w piłkę nożną, w ping ponga. W sadzie zrobisz grilla, a rano jak wstaniesz wypijesz kawe na tarasie z pięknym widokiem. Apartament wyposażony rewelacyjnie. Bardzo czysto we wszystkich pomieszczeniach. Do miasta 5 min drogi autem. W miescie różnorodność sklepów. Znajdziesz wszystko co chcesz. Stąd dojedziesz w wiele innych ciekawych miejsc. **Bewertung für Daniele und Familie** Wir hatten eine wunderbare und erholsame Zeit bei Daniele und seiner Familie. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst großzügig und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Bei kleinen Problemen oder Fragen erhielten wir schnell und unkompliziert Hilfe. Die Unterkunft war einfach traumhaft – sie bot alles, was man braucht. Die ruhige Lage sorgt für eine perfekte Entspannung, besonders am Pool, wo wir viele entspannte Stunden verbringen konnten. Lieber Daniele und Familie, vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Villino Isotta è un alloggio che lascia senza fiato, super in ogni aspetto: posizione, pulizia, tutte le camere da letto sono climatizzate, le cucine ed i bagni ampiamente accessoriati, a pochi passi parcheggio gratuito e un caffè aperto fino a tarda sera. All'esterno un patio con vista sulle colline e poi il barbecue, e infine piscina dotata di ogni confort (doccia calda, vasca idromassaggio, lettini, wifi, ecc ecc). Ultimo ma non ultimo l'host Andrea, che ringrazio per l'incredibile e costante attenzione nei riguardi dei suoi ospiti dal primo istante (accogliendoci con un aperitivo di benvenuto) fino all'ultimo. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, sempre disponibile con consigli per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile, una persona dal cuore immenso che gestisce con passione e serietà questo alloggio. E' stata dura tornare a casa, ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

I took this trip with my sister to San Gimignano and it was absolutely incredible! The views from Egizia’s house were just stunning and breathtaking! From the beginning Egizia was very easy to get into contact with about any questions that I had. She gave wonderful recommendations and booked everything for me! We went to a winery that she had suggested and it was great! The Pilates instructor Giulia was also amazing! And with the hills as our scenery it was such a cool and incredible experience! My sister and I had so much fun! This was an unforgettable trip! We’ll definitely have to come back again!

Der Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch! Andrea war super nett und herzlich – man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht und der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, es war wirklich alles da, was man zum Kochen braucht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders ins Herz geschlossen haben wir Ava, die Hündin von Andrea. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment of Daniele and Laura is a very good choice for an overnight stay in Follonica. The furniture and decoration is nice and the kitchen fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay!

Downstairs bedroom can be damp, dehumidifier must be used and reservoir emptied often (make sure drain plug is secure on back of unit). Had issues with hot water, which impacted the showers/sinks, radiators, and towel warmers. Once reported, Dennis was on top of the problem to get it resolved. He offered compensation or the ability to find another place. The problem was fixed for our stay. We would definitely stay again.

Es war einfach toll bei Kety. In dieser Wohnung stimmt alles. Ein Juwel und Bijoux, mit viel Herz und liebe eingerichtet, liegt ruhig und wunderschön mit Sicht aufs Meer, Weinberge und Olivenfelder. Auch hat es viele Restaurants, Shops und Celaterias. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment whilst visiting Volterra and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. The apartment has a fantastic walk and it is super spacious and clean. The hosts were really helpful and we visited the wine bar and restaurants our lovely hosts suggested which were great. The roof terrace was lush! Definitely recommend

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Susies AirBnb was a lovely place to stay at, I loved the wooden furniture in the apartment, the kitchen is just big enough, has everything that you need and in general the apartment is tidy and spotless. The surrounding area is very scenic, a very quiet place perfect for relaxing by the pool. Susie and her husband were very nice hosts, very friendly and happy to help out when we needed something. They also gave us recommendations for the area. Lari is definitely worth a visit for a walk around, ice cream(!) and food. The people we met in Lari were the friendliest we met on our vacation in Italy and we felt very comfortable.

Francesco is an excellent host. Podere Cupiano is a fantastic estate. The views are to die for. Sopratutto, the pool is amazing. Montieri is a super cute and friendly town nearby with great restaurants. You should also visit the restaurant at VIN Hotel, a ten minute walk away.
