Maria Rosaria is a lovely host and her place corresponds to the description given. Welcoming, clean, close to the seaside. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the apartment works perfectly. We stayed during winter and the heating was spot on. We have a little baby and Maria Rosaria also arranged a travel bed for her, which worked great. Both Maria Rosaria and her son are very responsive and present through the chats, the communication is extremely easy. The flexible checkout was also appreciated! I absolutely recommend, especially for families!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft überzeugt nicht nur wegen der tollen Lage und Umgebung, sie war auch wunderbar eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Ranieri. Er war stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

It would be simply impossible to overstate how fantastic our stay here was. We're a well travelled family worldwide, and can honestly say we've never experienced anything quite like this week. The property is a hidden gem nestled in the side of the beautiful ancient village of Peccioli, surrounded by rolling hills of olive groves and vineyards as far as the eye can see. Enjoy breakfast/coffee in the private courtyard & gardens with morning sun pouring over you, or settle in for an evening listening to wildlife with a glass of Tuscan wine. The property is well equipped and boasts clean, tasteful sleeping area which my girls greatly enjoyed sleeping in the ceiling/mezzanine space! However, the big differentiator is Elena herself. You would be lucky to meet such a beautiful, warm, kind and sincere lady. She helped us enormously with local knowledge & advice about places we'd never have found, and can now say we'll never forget. Elena made this stay amazing, and we'll be coming back!!

What a fantastic place and location. Tranquil, stunning views, located perfectly to explore the local area. Lots of character; quaint and quirky. As hosts Isabella and Claudio were amazing. Always helpful, friendly and very responsive when we asked them about places to go to. Apartment was located at the very top of the village and provided us with stunning views whenever we ate outside. Fabulous BBQ area and a great choice of outdoor seating. Highly recommended.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

Alloggiare in questo appartamento è stato meraviglioso. Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato due notti immersi nella campagna toscana in un piccolo appartamento accogliente, pulitissimo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Il giardino è bellissimo, ricco di alberi da frutto e gatti dolcissimi che arricchiscono il soggiorno. Torneremo presto a trovare Sheila nella sua carinissima casa in campagna.

Alloggio corrispondente alla descrizione, posizione buona rispetto al mare ed alle molte destinazioni da visitare in Toscana. Molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. Host molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliato :)

L’appartamento di Lisa è splendido! Vicino a tanti servizi utili: gastronomia, cocktail bar, caffetteria, ristoranti ed alimentari. Con una passeggiata di qualche minuto si raggiunge la spiaggia libera vicina oppure si può optare per ombrellone e sdraio di uno dei tanti lidi presenti. La casa è bellissima, curata nei dettagli e pulitissima. Esternamente il gazebo e le sdraio permettono momenti di relax ad ogni ora del giorno. Inoltre Lisa è stata presente per ogni necessità e ci ha permesso un check-out tardivo. Dulcis in fundo, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato due omaggi. Una bottiglia di prosecco ed un cesto di limoni sotto al gazebo. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di tutto!

Wir waren begeistert von Manuela und Massimos Unterkunft, welche in einer sehr guten Lage nähe Casole d'Elsa in der wunderschönen Toskana liegt. Es war wie im Bilderbuch! Die Wohnung war super sauber und gut eingerichtet. Manuela war stets hilfsbereit und hat bei Fragen in wenigen Minuten geantwortet und sehr gute Tipps gegeben. Der hauseigene Pool war bei den Temperaturen besonders erfrischend und wurde jeden Morgen, selbst am Wochenende, von Massimo sehr sauber gemacht. Besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die Geschenke von den beiden. Sei es selbst hergestelltes Öl, Untersetzer oder einen leckeren Wein. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay, thank you for your hospitality, to all the staff and family. First class, recommended restaurants plus made reservations for us, which were needed, and recommended sites to visit. Rooms were spacious and clean, grounds were beautiful, wine tasting and Stephan’s knowledge of wine making made the tour. We also had breakfast every morning, and one evening had a dinner, recommended. A beautiful couple, so glad we meet them. Hopefully we will be back again.

Wunderbare Unterkunft an top Lage! für Leute mit Hunden ideal, man kann die Hunde vom Meer aus auf der Terrasse sehen, sehr gemütlich und privat. Toller Strand, schöne Atmosphäre. Marina ist sehr herzlich und hat alles gegeben damit wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Wau Beach extra für Hunde in der Nähe.

Everything was exactly as described, the place was modern, clean and very spacious! The amazing view from the balcony was what initially sold us and it did not dissapoint! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. This place is definitely recommendable!

Simona was very helpful and kind. She helped with any questions that we had around the area and made sure that we knew the best places to go. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and right beside the beach. Everything was neat and clean, kitchen and bathroom had everything that was needed. Some local snacks were placed in the kitchen for us to try which added a homey feel to the area. Overall I would definitely go back and can’t recommend the place enough, very very friendly host and a lovely community to be surrounded by.

We used this as a home base to spend time in Tuscany. We were able to make a lot of day trips from here. We went to Florence a couple of times, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Livorno, Volterra, Cinque Terre, so much. We had three weeks to explore. It was the end of October so the beach area of Cecina was pretty quiet, not at all crowded. The apartment itself is as described. Clean and comfortable and cozy. The internet worked well, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We did not actually meet our hosts in person, but they were very responsive and answered our questions immediately.

Donatella ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin und hat auf jede Nachricht schnell und sehr freundlich reagiert. Auch Francesco, der uns am Ankunftsort empfangen und bei der Abreise verabschiedet hat, ist ein unglaublich herzlicher Mensch – man fühlt sich sofort wie zuhause. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen bekommen, die Nachbarn waren sehr freundlich, und die Unterkunft war wirklich schön – selbst an heißen Tagen war es drinnen wie draußen angenehm. Insgesamt eine großartige Unterkunft, die wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden!

Giulia was really responsive and gave clear instructions. The Airbnb was lovely, very clean and we settled in very quickly! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pisa!

Pietro ist immer sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr authentisch, gut ausgestattet und auch mit guten nützlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Meine Söhne und ich sind begeistert, die Stadt , der Bahnhof, sogar der Flughafen fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Mille Grazie!

We had a quick stop in Pisa so Pauline’s place was perfect. Good walk from train station and to the Tower. Pizzeria just across from the outside door was spectacular. Very friendly and close when you are just beat from a day of travel. Pauline’s apartment was clean and ready for us. AC was great for the little heat wave we had. Slept great. Tutto impeccabile! Proprietaria estremamente gentile e disponibile: ha anticipato il check-in di qualche ora e ci ha permesso di rimanere oltre l’orario di check-out. Ci ha accolti davanti all’appartamento, mostrandoci casa e dandoci ottimi consigli anche per visitare la zona. La casa era pulitissima, in cucina non mancava nulla: da utensili, piatti, olio, sale, caffe..disponeva di ogni cosa! Appartamento spazio, balcone grande e molto accogliente! Consiglierò questa soluzione a tutti quelli che passeranno per Poggibonsi!

Diese Unterkunft kann man wirklich nur weiterempfehlen! Alles entspricht wie auf den Fotos. Die Wohnung ist super geräumig, einfallsreich und mit Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Alessandro ist ein super sympathischer Gastgeber.

Beautiful place, great location super CLEAN! And with all the appliances and welll equipped kitchen, bathroom shower excellent. Location its ideal 100 steps from the beach and nice restaurants on the way. Carlos was by far one of the best Host I have ever meet
