We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Bryan and Sara! Reaching the accommodation requires a short hike, but you’re rewarded with stunning views – and the luggage is conveniently brought up by a small tractor. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house, garden, and pool are absolutely beautiful – a true little paradise. Everything was clean and lovingly maintained. Bryan and Sara are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts who do everything they can to make your stay special. Since we arrived late, Sara kindly offered to prepare a lovely dinner for us, and Bryan gave us a little pizza-making class – such a great experience! Their helpfulness and kindness, combined with the magical charm of the accommodation, made our stay truly unique and unforgettable. Thanks a lot :)

A very well-kept structure with attention to detail! In addition to complete cleaning. The directions were clear and the location is good for traveling by car between Liguria and Tuscany. Street parking in front of the entrance gate, quiet area with the charm of the river. The description of the structure is accurate, so the only thing I would point out is that it may not be very suitable for those who have problems climbing stairs, as it is arranged on three levels.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thank You!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We were there from May 31 to June 13, 2025. A great stay in a beautiful authentic house, with a swimming pool in the spacious garden. Car was inside the lockable gate. That's nice. Stefania is a friendly and warm host. She responds very quickly when you send a message. Thank you for that. There is nothing to complain about for us, highly recommended! Maddie and Peter

We had a wonderful time at this amazing Place in the middle of nowhere! The hosts are most welcoming and take care of everything you need. The house, the huge garden -it‘s like a fairytale! Our kids loved the space and discovered something new everyday.

We had a wonderful stay at Francesco's place in Carrara. We particularly liked the large garden and the quiet location. We were able to walk to the beach within 20 minutes without any problems. The rooms are all nicely furnished and can accommodate 4 people. Communication went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely perfect stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in an ideal location. Carolina was super responsive and kind. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

The apartment is very comfortable and modern. It is possible to find markets totally close of it and the best thing that is is possible to do every rides by train.

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

We had a wonderful five days at Maria Grazia's! The place is beautiful and the view dazzling. It's very peaceful and sleeps very well. Maria Grazia is very attentive and responsive. We were perfectly welcomed. The garden is nice for everyone, including our dog. We really enjoyed the outdoor pizza oven! The location is both quiet and close to Lerici on foot. Lerici and the surrounding villages have nothing to envy to the Cinque Terre as they are beautiful and far from the crowds;) We would totally recommend this listing.

Cristian was an immaculate host and this space was beyond impressive. Pictures truly didn’t do the space justice and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality, responsiveness when arriving and finding our way around, and general needs. Would absolutely love to be back!

Great location and very nice helpful host. Vernazza is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed including beach towels, an awesome shower, comfy bed, mini fridge and private terrace. You will be climbing up a lot of stairs to get into the apartment so not for anyone that can’t handle that. Pack backpacks for Cinque Terre not suitcases. You are in a busy area right next to a restaurant so while there is some noise it wasn’t bad. I would stay again.

stay at Andréa's place very well Andrea very welcoming and available if needed the scenery is beautiful a little sporty access to the accommodation but it's worth it i recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Lucas' house. His warm mother Virginia and Luca himself are excellent hosts – friendly, attentive and always helpful. (And of course Dora🥰, the dog, not to forget) Everything was very clean and well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The garden with the lemon and olive trees is an absolute dream - ideal for relaxing and enjoying. It is also particularly nice that you can do a lot of things due to the location between mountains and sea. There are numerous attractions in the area that can be reached quickly, or you can just chill by the sea.🏖 We can recommend this house at any time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable stay. Fantastic location with fantastic views from the balcony over the village, mountains and forests. A typical old Tuscan house, modern inside and newly renovated. Great excursion tips, adapted to the temperature and family with dog. On the first arrival, we would recommend buying one before, as it takes about 20 minutes to drive to the next larger store. Curvy narrow mountain road but tarred and little traffic. Roby is very like a breath of fresh air - super friendly, always ready to help, and never pushy. House and location highly recommended. A place where you can forget the time. We will definitely come back again.

Emanuela's house is very tidy and clean. I really appreciate that she, like us, cares about waste separation. Everything was as in the photos, very nice terrace, very clean rooms and bathroom

This house was amazing. It is beautiful and fully equipped. We had many BBQs with a beautiful view. The neighbors were so friendly, they gave us fresh grapes to eat while they were harvesting them. The road is very steep and narrow, we were able to drive up and down with our cars though. I recommend following Torild’s instruction to avoid difficult circumstances. Barbara, the house keeper, was so kind and friendly too. I definitely recommend this place and I will also come back again sometime.

Thank you Giorgio and Andrea for our 2 1/2 weeks in your wonderful house. What a fantastic location in beautiful Lunigiana and a what a comfortable, well equipped house. We have been using AirB&B for years and in all honesty this is one of, if not the best stay we have ever had. The beds are really comfortable too!
