La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

First stop of our trip to Italy and we dealt with flight cancellations and major delays but Laura was a helpful and flexible host. She waited for us to arrive late, let us in and toured us around. Her space is exactly as described and in a great location to tour San Vincenzo, only wish we had more time! Thank you.

consigliatissimo!! Ilaria offre un alloggio spazioso con terrazza e lavanderia esclusiva. Vicino a tutti i servizi, ovvero spiaggia, ristoranti , centro di Marina di Cecina. Persona deliziosa e super simpatica, pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza e richiesta. Personalmente,avendo un neonato di 6 mesi, ha fatto trovare nell'alloggio tutto l'occorrente. Di più non potevo chiedere. Casa molto spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. Torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è una chicca: arredato in modo impeccabile, ambiente luminoso, accogliente, confortevolee dotato di ogni comfort. La posizione è ottima con ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, negozio di souvenir, farmacia, un parco e il mare a 2 minuti a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato con la nostra cagnolona e c'è una spiaggetta perfetta per portarla a nuotare senza disturbare i bagnanti. Spero di tornare presto da Alessio.

L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung von Lorena verbracht. Die vorzügliche Gastfreundschaft von Lorena hat uns gleich bei der Ankunft sehr beeindruckt; dazu kam auch die spezielle Liebe zu Tieren. Wir selbst durften unser kleines sanftmütiges Haustier problemlos mitnehmen. Aber auch vor Ort hatten wir die angenehme Gesellschaft von den lieben Gastgeberkatzen. Die äusserst saubere und bis ins Detail gepflegte Wohnung mit grosser, sonniger Terrasse und wunderschönem Panorama hat uns sehr wohl fühlen lassen und hat uns ein idyllisches und romantisches Empfinden vermittelt. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausfüge hat das Chalet eine gute Lage. Man kommt gut zum Meer, zu schönen Spazierwegen und in wenigen Minuten nach Capoliveri, wo eine zahlreiche Auswahl an guten Restaurants angeboten wird.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und den Blick von der großen Terrasse auf die Marina genossen. Zwei Liegen, Sonnenschirm und großer Esstisch vorhanden. Es gibt auch noch eine kleine überdachte Terrasse

Rossella è una persona di una disponibilità meravigliosa. La sua mission è metterti a tuo agio, aiutarti e venirti incontro. Ceck (in-out) al top. L'annuncio rispecchia quello che troverai, ma non abbastanza. Quando arrivi su quella terrazza entri in un angolo di Paradiso, ti immergi nella natura (in città), il mare ti avvolge completamente (in casa e fuori), il suo suono è un sottofondo continuo. E' stata un’esperienza unica e privilegiata, non posso che consigliarla vivamente. PS: ottima anche per lavorare. Grazie di cuore a Rossella & Family.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Unsere Unterkunft in Calambrone bei Christine war ausgezeichnet. Wir hatten das große Glück, diese schöne Wohnung für fünf Nächte gefunden zu haben. Christine war sehr sympathisch und freundlich. Sie hat extra auf uns gewartet und uns bei der Ankunft alles in Ruhe gezeigt. Die Lage der Wohnung – und des Ortes insgesamt – ist zentral. Man erreicht alles schnell. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt mit allem, was man braucht, und eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten – wirklich ideal! Das war mit Abstand die beste Unterkunft, die wir bisher über Airbnb gebucht haben. Auch der Abschied war herzlich – Christine hat uns persönlich verabschiedet. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wieder einmal bei Christine wohnen zu dürfen. Nochmals vielen herzlichen Dank, Christine! Wir wünschen dir alles erdenklich Gute.

L’appartamento si trova in un residence tranquillo, curato e con molto verde. A due passi dal mare, si raggiunge con una piacevole camminata nella pineta. Supermercato, pescheria, farmacia proprio di fronte. Diversi noleggi bici e ristoranti. L’appartamento è pulito, ordinato e con tutto il necessario Letto molto comodo Debora gentile e sempre disponibile Grazie!

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Fantastic house . During our stay we have really felt like we are at home. Close to the city center. Very peacefull environment. Large rooms. Nice furniture and modern design. On top of all great house owner. Always ready to communicate and ready to help if needed. I strongly recommend Eva as owner and her house to stay. Looking forward to stay again.

Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen, mit Blick aufs Meer! In der Anlage gibt es auch mehrere Pools, die aber erst ab 1.Juni zugänglich sind, war kein Problem….wir sind ins Meer gegangen. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, man kann gut kleine Mahlzeiten herrichten.

Everything was just as described. The host was communicative and helpful. The place was quiet and pleasant – I really liked it.

Appartamento molto carino ristrutturato di recente, situato in posizione perfetta per fare tutto a piedi. Ampi spazi per una famiglia di 4 persone. Serena è stata molto gentile, ci ha accolto personalmente dandoci indicazioni utili e anche quando c'è stato un piccolo intoppo è stata pronta e disponibile per risolvere. Unica pecca ma che assolutamente non ha inciso sul soggiorno, l'appartamento non ha un balcone da usare per stendere gli asciugamani, togliere la sabbia ecc ecc.

Ho prenotato per due miei amici, i quali sono rimasti soddisfatti della pulizia, del confort e della posizione dell'alloggio.

Marina und Sara sind großartige Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, liegt direkt am Meer und ist perfekt eingerichtet. Über Badehandtücher, Sonnenschirme und Stühle für den Strand ist noch vieles mehr für einen perfekten Urlaub am Strand vorhanden. Marina hat und sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Direkt neben der Wohnung liegt ein öffentliches Freibad und das nächste Lebensmittelgeschäft findet man auf der anderen Straßenseite. Restaurants sind ebenfalls fussläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns bei Marina sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Cinque stelle! In der Unterkunft von Maria hat für uns einfach alles gepasst! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet (wirklich an jedes kleinste Detail wurde gedacht!) und liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Besonders geschätzt haben wir Marias herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Wir haben unsere Ferien in San Vincenzo sehr genossen!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in der sehr gut eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist umwerfend, direkt am Meer/Stand und wenn man früh genug aufsteht, genießt man einen wunderbaren Sonnenaufgang. Letizia war immer erreichbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort für Abhilfe gesorgt. Vielen Dank

Great place and Samuele is a great host. Extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, 5 mins from the beach and the marina. The outdoor balcony is small - as described - but given the beach is a few steps away, one doesn’t miss out on anything. Great beach clubs around and Samuele is also connected to one which was very helpful. Overall, great stay and thanks to the hosts.

Esperienza molto piacevole! L'appartamento è situato in una posizione invidiabile, vicino al centro, a tutti i servizi, ai collegamenti e soprattutto al mare. L'unità è dorata di tutti i comfort necessari, ed anche di più, è spaziosa, ben arredata e fornita di ogni cosa necessaria per il soggiorno. Daniela ed il suo staff sono stati davvero cordiali, simpatici e gentili! Sicuramente da consigliare.....e da tornarci!

Ho alloggiato in questo appartamento per una sola notte dal 31 maggio al primo giugno. l'appartamento è piccolino ma ben curato e dotato di tutto il necessario, compresi asciugamani, carta igenica e phon; anche di cibo lasciato dalla proprietaria per la colozione. proprietaria molto carina e gentile e disponibile per ogni evenienza. posizione eccellente, a due passi dal mare, dalla stazione e dal centro. se volete alloggiare a Follonica questo appartamento è super consigliato.
