Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Marilleva 1400

Best accommodation in a long time, Renata and Franco were super accommodating, friendly and helpful. The chalet was equipped with useful everyday items, which we really appreciated. We would come back anytime and highly recommend it! Many thanks again. :-)

The four of us spent a nice holiday week in this great newly renovated very stylish house. There are many excursion destinations that can be hiked directly from the house. The hostess was very friendly and easy to reach. She provided us with tips on the location and special opportunities. Thank you - we will be happy to come back.

Apartment is located on the ground floor with parking view. This is in building 6. You need to go with Your ski equipment 100m go up the hill to the ski lift. But still is not far. I can fully recommend this apartment if You are looking for place to stay during ski trip.

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and, of course, exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for it and you can enjoy the beautiful big house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and it worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into the city. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We were on the road a lot, but we also enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! From start to finish, the communication with Alex was great. Short, fast paths at eye level. Alex is trying very hard to make things work out well. The house is highly recommended. Everything you need is available or easily and quickly accessible. We also loved the architecture of the house. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Great place and great host , sure will visit again

This place is an absolute gem! It's a lovely excursion into luxury and class while also leaving you feeling relaxed and comfortable. The hot tub and sauna room really makes this place stand out! The bed was comfortable and so was the couch in the living room. It has a HUGE TV for your down time relaxing between dips in the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked, easy to use and lovely for both take out and home cooking. The place was really easy to find and in a tiny neighborhood close to all of the Lake Garda and Ledro attractions while also isolated for peace. There's a cow farm 300 meters away to get your fresh dairy from and 2 close grocery stores. The closest being a 1 min drive, you pass on the way into the property. All of the appliances are new and the place has clearly recently been remodeled. No expense was spared on this design. Book it! It's worth it!

We loved at our stay. Barbara met us immediately and went over everything in the house, gave us perfect recommendations of things to do, and continued throughout our stay to ensure we were good. The house is awesome and the views simply amazing. A top notch host and a top notch home.

We had a great stay. The property is very suitable for family and friend gatherings. There are many beautiful nature experiences within walking distance, so you have the best mix of relaxation and activity. The only really minor criticism is that the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with crockery and cutlery.

The check in was easy, the owners were super helpful and accommodating. The apartment is very spacious, felt brand new and the whole block was very quiet considering there were loads of residents. The city bikes (which there are loads of) were a great addition to our holiday making it easy for our 7 and 9 year olds to make the short cycle into Riva and out to Limone and Torbole. Missing Italia already!

We spent 12 magical days at the tablà. A unique experience. The cabin is a dream for anyone looking for that mountain flavor that only the Alps can offer. The property is comfortable, clean and exceptionally equipped. The location and view are nothing short of breathtaking. Check-in is accurate and the host was available with helpful suggestions throughout the stay. At Grandma Constanza's board, it feels like home, if it was in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Alps.

We had a wonderful long weekend to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday, along with 12 other friends. The common areas are spacious, the professional kitchen allows you to indulge, and the wellness area is truly a nice plus. Since the house is in a very isolated area, once you have done a good shopping, you will not feel the need to do any activity outside the Chalet Cormignano. Thanks Martino!

a very wonderful place to be

My husband with 5 runner friends here for the Brenta Dolomiti Trail we decide to take this place that turned out to be a real gem! Tastefully furnished, clean and in the middle of the super silent forest accompanied only by the noise of the waterfall where we at least immersed our feet after the cryotherapy effect race given the water temperature...! Alessia is super helpful, great interactive. We will be back for the next race, which was beautiful by the way! 💪💪

This place to stay is a great place to stay. You can really relax here and enjoy the great view and the sauna/hot tub. Of course, no excessive luxury in this accommodation, but that has its charm. Silvia was a wonderful host. She was quick to respond and we made great use of her tips. In addition to arranging delicious honey for us from a local beekeeper, we also got a few delicious pizzas👍. This listing and host are definitely recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Chalet Sozzine! Our group of 7 adults plus a 1-year-old baby arrived to a dreamlike setting, surrounded by fresh snow. From the start, check-in was quick and smooth, and the host was welcoming, answering every question we had. The chalet itself was perfect, warm, and functional. The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook for a large group. The location was excellent for skiing: while you can't ski in or out directly, it's just a short 3-5 minute walk to the slopes, which was manageable and well worth it. If I had to mention one small issue, it would be the lack of enough places to hang coats, especially near the entrance. But that’s a minor detail in an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended.

Emiliano’s place was everything we could’ve asked for: there were no issues whatsoever with the house or installations, which where extremely beautiful and peaceful; Emiliano was very welcoming and flexible with our check-in and check-out; the little restaurant right next to the house was beautiful and very good; the wellness area was small but very cosy and had everything we needed. Considering the price, the location was amazing: stunning views all around; modern, clean and stylish house; peaceful retreat between the mountains. There is probably too much to say to fit everything in this review, and it wouldn’t do the place justice anyways, so we’ll just say that Emiliano’s place was a 10/10 for us and we absolutely recommend you check it out.
