It is located on a large nature plot with Denmark's best beach just 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and soak up the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood-burning stove, which can be set up in the garden. Note: Guests are asked to bring bed linen, towels, etc. And electricity is charged upon departure.

Lovely holiday home in the heart of Marielyst.

Lovely holiday home close to the square in Marielyst, with a short walking distance to lovely sandy beach. If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great choice. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe for an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late checkout at 11 am, as well as check-in from 3 pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Genuine summerhouse atmosphere

If you go for real summerhouse atmosphere, you get an authentic charming summerhouse that has just been renovated. The summerhouse is located on a lovely hilly and enclosed plot with terraces, where the sun comes in from early morning to late evening and only 150 meters to the water and wide sandy beach. The house has an outdoor shower with hot water which is something special to start your day with a bath under the open sky or rinse yourself after a trip in the Baltic Sea. Nearest restaurant and grocery store are only 400m away

Romantic annex in the heart of Marielyst

Nice annex in romantic style. The house is 36 sqm. Kitchen, living room, dining area and bedroom in one, in addition, there is a bathroom with shower. Terrace with outdoor furniture. The house is located in scenic area in the part called "old Marielyst" One of Denmark's best beaches is only 300 meters away. It takes 5 minutes to walk to Marielyst square, where there are lovely shops and good eateries. Electricity is charged on site. In 2023 new windows and doors as well as a heat pump. Newly renovated cottage of 82 sqm, ideal for 2-4 people. The house has two double bedrooms, a cozy living room with dining area and sofa group as well as a covered terrace – perfect for relaxing. Outside, you can enjoy a wilderness bath and a solar heated outdoor shower. Only 800 meters from Denmark's best beach, close to golf course, Bøtøskoven and shopping. Located on an enclosed plot with room for a dog, it is ideal for a holiday in tranquility and nature. There are bikes, free electricity, water, firewood, etc.

Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

The house is located 100m from the beach and has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large kitchen-all-room. It is suitable for up to 6 people (2 people live in the main house and 4 in the adjoining building). The house is located on a large, cozy natural plot that is fenced. Enjoy our Spa (hot tub) under the open sky. Dogs can be brought along. There is WiFi, Cromecast, a table tennis table, a campfire site, a swing and a cozy playhouse for children.

Summerhouse 100 meters to the beach

We enjoyed our stay here! The garden was great for the kids. The beach nearby is beautiful and is only a 2 minute walk. It was very quiet and relaxing, and we were surprised to see so many deers, squirrels and birds around the house. We would love to come back someday. A washing machine would have been great, especially with 4 kids, but we managed. The kitchen is very well equipped. We had a great time!

We felt "at home" from the beginning. That says it all. The accommodation exceeded our expectations. Great, lovingly designed furnishings with lots of small details, everything you need for a relaxing getaway and a super quiet yet central location. The communication with Camilla & Mikkel was always friendly, courteous and timely. Thank you for everything - we'll be back!

I spent 3 days with my kids in Marielyst. Marielyst is always worth a visit. Lise's cottage was very nicely decorated and was completely sufficient for us. Check-in and checkout were super easy. We will definitely come back if we want to relax for a few days in Marielyst and enjoy the Danish flair.

Absolutely amazing cottage, perfect for our big family. Beautifully decorated - nothing was left to chance. Super cozy covered outdoor lounge, with the most beautiful fire table. Luxury loft with large skylight windows. Large delicious dining table and a TV in the living room, so large that we almost felt we were at the stadium when we saw the Champions League final... Two ovens that were used diligently for home baking. Thank you very much for the loan from a very happy family who enjoyed an extended weekend in a nice setting.
