Well-equipped, modern and beautiful cottage. Close to the fjord with good opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Family-friendly, and with the large garden, which just invites you to lots of fun and coziness. Cozy Vordingborg, with the walking tower right nearby, and with beach and nature close by. Our lovely summerhouse was built in 2005 as a family project between two brothers and our respective families. The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Amazing 180 ˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy summerhouse is located. Here you come back to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can surf/stream from the net. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a trampoline and fire pit. There is a carport on the driveway. The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Light and Nordic inspired studio located close to Vordingborg center and marina. Quiet area, free parking and both nature and town outside the door. Our basement apartment offers everything you need for a 2 persons stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for small meals, there is a smaller dining area in the room, along with a double bed. Toilet separate from the bathroom and laundry facilities in connection with the bathroom. Private entrance with key box in case we are not home to greet you.

During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.
 The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.

Cottage 10 meters from the water and fantastic panoramic views of Stege Bay towards Lindholm, Møn and Stege. From the house, it is 200 meters to the public bathing pier and cozy Kalvehave Harbor with pleasure boats and summer atmosphere. Enjoy quiet mornings with sunrise over the water and lovely barbecue evenings on the large wooden terrace. The house is perfectly located for lots of nearby excursions, e.g. Møns Klint, the unique village of Nyord, cozy Stege or BonBon-land.

Absolutely NOT suitable for parties with music noise , as consideration must be given to the surrounding neighbors in the neighborhood. We want to maintain good neighbourly relations. The house is full of opportunities for relaxation and well-being for the small family with children or for the couple who wants some time away from the city's busy life.
