The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Direkte ladning 8-22 og ladning natten over! Surfe, padle, cykle og gå/løbeture i dejlig natur. Medbring cykler. Nysted by/havn med havbad i gå afstand med gode handelsmuligheder samt restaurant/ pizza. Netto og Brugsen . 1/2 times kørsel til Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig.

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child-friendly, with plenty of room to play and ball games. The house is located about 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzaria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated by heat pump, wood stove and electricity, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The TV in the house is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromcast in the TV.
