If you want to stay secluded yet in the middle of the city's vibrant life, with restaurants, shops and holiday atmosphere, plenty of opportunity for activities, walks and pure coziness, this home is a great choice. Book it as a holiday home during the high season or maybe for an extended weekend for coziness and relaxation. Please note late checkout at 11 am, as well as check-in from 3 pm. Not rented to youth groups and artisan groups.

The apartment is located in the center of Nykøbing Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. Nykøbing F station is 10 min. walk away. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. If necessary, we can arrange for an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is located on the first floor. There's no elevator, free parking.

Located on an enclosed plot with room for a dog, it is ideal for a holiday in tranquility and nature. There are bikes, free electricity, water, firewood, etc.

The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.
