On a total of 210 m2 space you can live comfortably and explore the extraordinary sights of Vienna.

Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

The Mödlinger Au immediately behind the house invites you to take a walk towards the monastery garden. Authentic Heurige (wine makers) invite you to taste their famous wines.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location.
