Holiday rentals with breakfast in Margate Beach

We had such a lovely weekend at Kelly’s beach house - our first weekend away as a four made all the more special thanks to the glorious space we had! Loads of room for the kids to race about, beautifully finished everywhere you looked, round the corner from the beach, and the joys of Whitstable on your doorstep. We had so much fun, and we’ll definitely be heading back.

Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

I visited Canterbury with 6 of my friends. It was the perfect get away. Lewis’ place was exactly like the images and was walking distance from the city centre. It was also close to a park and a supermarket which made the stay even more convenient. We had a wonderful time. Lewis was also really accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had :)

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

Lovely spacious cottage matching description and photos. Town centre so easily walkable to the beach, high street and Deal’s many restaurants and bars. Janey’s cottage has everything you’d need if you want to cook, and the back garden is a lovely private sheltered space to spend time outdoors. Communication from Janey was friendly and helpful and it was easy to check in via the lockbox.

The house is lovely and has been imaginatively and attractively modernised to create a stylish and comfortable home. Access to a sauna and outside bath is an amazing addition, and the summer house at the bottom of the garden is a considerable bonus. The street and its surroundings are unexceptional but the beach is just a fifteen minutes walk away. We managed to park outside the house whenever we wanted to, but there are a lot of cars in the street and considerable manoeuvring is required to get in and out. I would certainly return.

Wonderful cottage, great location near the nature reserve. Really comfy beds and wonderful hosts who looked after us with welcome milk/bread and all the baby cot and highchair set up for our arrival. We’ll come back for sure!

We were a group of 8 friends celebrating a 60th birthday together. It is a charming and quirky property in the most adorable location. We were blessed with great spring weather and even managed a couple of icy swims! The owners could not have been more helpful. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Beautifully decorated and really well stocked. So many thoughtful touches from breakfast things to ear plugs! Lovely location a short walk from the beach. Would love to stay again! Debi was friendly and responsive to messages. Cannot rave about this enough!

lovely friendly hosts, felt right at home. The bed was very comfy and private and a great location for what we needed and the cat is just the cutest.

We had another wonderful long weekend in this beautiful bungalow with the most gorgeous surroundings and views. Our hosts were absolutely amazing, providing a well stocked hamper, an incredibly clean and comfortable home from home. Such a treat in a peaceful location, just lovely - thanks so much.

A really beautiful, clean and centrally located apartment. The hosts had thought about every little detail and made such an effort to welcome us. The kitchen had everything imaginable and the courtyard was a delightful place to sit and drink coffee or have a glass of wine. Details such as Sky tv and Alexa meant we could relax in the evening after a busy day out; the perfect base for a short break away. Thank you, Peter and Janet, we had a wonderful time.

Perfect destination for a long weekend 😀 Super clean, beautifully decorated flat literally 5 mins walk to the sea. Whitstable around a 25 minute flat walk along the coast road with ice cream parlours en route. Owners very helpful and left a lovely selection of treats including wine and a selection of baked goods. Everything thought of including toiletries, charging cables and cushions on the outdoor furniture. High quality of fixtures and fittings throughout. Absolutely loved the enclosed private garden with flowers and chirping sparrows. Close to restaurants, take aways or a nice M&S for eating in. Would recommend to anyone.

Staying with Niki was like visiting a long time friend. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt at home. She shared stories and recommendations and then left us to it. She cooked us amazing breakfasts, and was a pleasure to come back to after our days out. The place was really tidy and decorated beautifully, the bed was super comfy, and she made it extra special as she knew it was for our birthdays. We would absolutely recommend staying with Niki (and cheeky little Benji)!!

I was very happy with my stay at Nicolas - it was as described, clean and comfortable. Nicola was very friendly and helpful. I was familiar with the area and her place was a great location.

The place is beautiful and near food establishments. Also, the house is clean and well-ventilated. The host always takes care of us and our needs.

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

Sonia and her husband we're wonderful hosts who made me feel right at home. The short time I spent with them they we're friendly and accommodating to my dietary requirements. I felt safe and secure, the home was lovely and clean.

A lovely cottage, we have enjoyed our stay very much. There are lots of nice touches in a good thought for the comfort of guests. Warm house in every room by the time of our arrival; milk, juice, home made jam (delicious!), bread, cereals avalible; little messages that welcome and guide through the house. There are actually 3 bathrooms. All is spotless clean and fresh. We wish to return :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Ann’s place! She kindly accepted our booking at the very last minute, which we were incredibly grateful for. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home—welcoming us with a lovely glass of wine. Her home was absolutely spotless, offering the perfect mix of comfort and privacy. We truly appreciated how respectful and attentive Ann was throughout our stay—always available if needed, but never intrusive. The setting was incredibly quiet, which made for a peaceful and restful night. And the breakfast she prepared for us in the morning? Absolutely divine. Highly recommend staying with Ann—she’s a thoughtful, gracious host and her place is a real gem!
