Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.

If you are looking for a tranquil Catskills escape, look no further. Jennifer’s home is cozy, tastefully appointed, spotlessly clean, and has the perfect mix of privacy plus proximity to restaurants, shops, and things to do. I’ve been on Airbnb for about 10 years now and never have a I seen a more thorough guidebook of local places to try. It ended up raining for most of our stay, but no matter - we enjoyed peaceful mornings having coffee and reading in the breakfast nook, playing board games in the sun room, watching wild bunnies frolic around the front yard, and drinking in the beautiful mountain and lake views. 10/10, we will be back!!

We had a wonderful two-day stay at this cozy getaway home with our kids. The decor was tastefully done, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The home was exceptionally well-equipped, with more amenities available than we even required, which made our stay extremely comfortable. It was an ideal setting for a relaxing family retreat. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a peaceful and well-appointed getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s beautifully designed and comfortable home. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed stunning views from the back patio and side porch. We easily explored Andes, which was a quick drive away, as well as Margaretville, Bovina, and Delhi. We also went on several different scenic hikes that were very near to the home. Jennifer was very friendly and responsive. We were sad to leave and would love to come back. We highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Victoria's house. The pictures of the house are accurate and Victoria was a very responsive /helpful host. The land and particularly the stream are much more beautiful and expansive in person than we were expecting. Do yourself a favor and go explore the grounds. The setting is private, serene, and a great way to recharge your battery. I would highly recommend this property if you like the outdoors and wants to have a quiet and relaxing trip where you can reconnect with nature.
