A very nice accommodation, where you really feel very comfortable. Two balconies, the square meters were optimally used, the apartment seems larger than it is. Really great location for the Prater and the subway.

Check-in was easy, and the self check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. The kitchen, in particular, is very cute. It’s on an elevated ground floor. The neighborhood is very quiet, the metro is about a 250-meter walk away, and you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes. I'm deducting one point for cleanliness, as it could have been better. Other than that, I was satisfied and would recommend it.

Really streamlined process that helps check in and check out go smoothly. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Locker storage is very user-friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Everything top. Very friendly, great location and good facilities. Unfortunately, our seating area had a lot of unappetizing stains. In the bathroom, the corners are dirty and the shower cubicle is oxidized. We will be happy to come back. Thank you

The apartment is well located - close enough to everything yet far enough to be extremely quiet. The apartment is very stylish but not the most practical. The bedroom is located on a loft that is not easy to access and the ceiling height from the loft floor is about 1800mm - it's fine if you stoop a little and remember not to stand straight each morning. Our experience in Vienna was certainly enhanced by the accomodation and the building manager. It was an enjoyable experience.

Essential but comfortable and great place to stay in Vienna. Although it is in front of the station, it is very quiet and not very busy. Very convenient service to the lobby that allows you to enjoy Nespresso coffee preparations at only the cost of waffle. Also highly recommended for metro and bus connections.

Words are superfluous! If you're looking for your stay in Vienna, this home is the perfect place to stay! The accommodation is beautiful, warm, very clean, has enough equipment to take care of your everyday life, very comfortable and very quiet! It is located 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro in the city and is only 10 minutes away from the center! I will 100% come back to this stay and recommend it to any known person of mine!!

We were with 7 girls at Jochen's penthouse apartment. Check-in went smoothly. We were even able to leave our suitcases in the apartment in advance. The apartment is spacious and very modernly decorated. There is everything you need. The location is great. The water, a supermarket and the subway are within a few minutes' walk. Particularly noteworthy are the two large roof terraces of the penthouse apartment, where you can have breakfast and dinner together. Communication with Jochen was also great. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the apartment. A Superhost in Vienna 🤩

Excellent stay; many noisy Turkish neighbors across the street. Enjoyed the beautiful apartment and the convenient entry. Ask 1 frying pan ( grey) gives F if you put it on the induction plate; the other pan worked. Easy public transport to reach within a short walking distance and Interspar is a 12-minute walk away.
