Sehr coole Unterkunft! Die Tiefgarage war auch super. In die Stadt haben wir 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad gebraucht.

Kati is a great host of a great place. The place is well located, extremely clean and nice, close to underground and plenty of supermarkets; it has everything you need to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, in der man sich wirklich sehr wohl fühlt. Zwei Balkone, die Quadratmeter wurden optimal ausgenutzt, die Wohnung kommt einem größer vor, als sie ist. Wirklich tolle Lage zum Prater und zur U-Bahn.

Check-in was easy, and the self check-in instructions were very clear. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. The kitchen, in particular, is very cute. It’s on an elevated ground floor. The neighborhood is very quiet, the metro is about a 250-meter walk away, and you can reach the city center in 15–20 minutes. I'm deducting one point for cleanliness, as it could have been better. Other than that, I was satisfied and would recommend it.

Really streamlined process that helps check in and check out go smoothly. Place was very clean and exactly as described. Locker storage is very user-friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Alles top top. Sehr freundlich, super Lage und gute Ausstattung. Leider hatte unsere Sitzeck viele unappetitliche Flecken. Im Badezimmer sind die Ecken schmutzig und die Duschkabine ist oxidiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder Vielen Dank

The apartment is well located - close enough to everything yet far enough to be extremely quiet. The apartment is very stylish but not the most practical. The bedroom is located on a loft that is not easy to access and the ceiling height from the loft floor is about 1800mm - it's fine if you stoop a little and remember not to stand straight each morning. Our experience in Vienna was certainly enhanced by the accomodation and the building manager. It was an enjoyable experience.

Alloggio essenziale ma comodo e ottimo per un soggiorno a Vienna. Nonostante si trovi davanti alla stazione è molto silenzioso e poco trafficato. Molto comodo il servizio alla hall che permette di usufruire di preparazioni di caffè Nespresso al solo costo della cialda. Consigliatissimo anche per i collegamenti sia metro che bus.

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά! Αν ψάχνετε για τη διαμονή σας στη Βιέννη το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα είναι το ιδανικότερο για να μείνετε! Το κατάλυμα είναι πανέμορφο, ζεστό, πολύ καθαρό, διαθέτει αρκετό εξοπλισμό για να φροντίσετε τη καθημερινότητα σας, πολύ άνετο και πολύ ήσυχο! Βρίσκεται 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το πλησιέστερο μετρό της πόλης και απέχει μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο! Θα ξανά επιστρέψω 100% σε αυτό το κατάλυμα και θα το προτείνω σε κάθε δικό μου γνωστό άτομο!!

Wir waren mit 7 Mädels bei Jochen in der Penthouse Wohnung. Der Check-in lief problemlos. Wir konnten sogar vorab schon unsere Koffer in der Wohnung abstellen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage ist super. Das Wasser, ein Supermarkt und die u-Bahn sind in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert sind die zwei großen dachterrassen der Penthouse Wohnung auf der man gut gemeinsam frühstücken und Abendessen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Jochen war ebenfalls super. Wir gaben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen. Ein Superhost in Wien 🤩

Prima verblijf; wel veel luidruchtige Turkse overburen. Genoten van het mooie apartement en het handig binnenkomen. Vraag 1 koekenpan ( grijs) geeft F als je hem op de inductieplaat zet; de andere pan deed het wel. Makkelijk openbaar vervoer om te bereiken op korte loopafstand en Interspar op 12 minuten lopen.
