Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

The studio is super cozy and clean! It is a short time walking from the center and the beach, and it is a very quiet street to walk. The parking spaces, even if they are open on the street, have several cameras, which reassures the security. Everything in the studio was clean and fully matches the announcement! Tamie was super kind and helped us in what we needed, always responding quickly!! We love it!

Saulo and Sr Francisco were extremely attentive and the only problem we had with a shower, they solved instantly! Is already one of our favorite places and we will definitely be back more often!

I stayed with my family in Maria's place, we loved the apartment, which is super cozy, and the condominium is super nice. The beach that is super close. The experience was very worthwhile, we will definitely return with more time.

Location of the very good flat, close to the passage to the beach of Mareias in the corner of Moreira, being very quiet this side of the beach. The flat is very well decorated and modern, tasteful and with good accommodation for 4 people, we were in 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was very clean and organized! Everything in the flat works well, good kitchen, stove and fridge, in addition to the very good shower too! It has chairs and beach camping with parasol. Secure indoor parking. The condominium has a very good pool!

I stayed at the apartment in Juquehy and it was an excellent experience! The apartment is super cozy, with two well-equipped and comfortable en-suite bedrooms. The barbecue area is a highlight in itself — perfect for gathering friends or relaxing in the evening. The apartment is very well structured and comfortable, with everything working perfectly. The location is also a strong point: close to the beach and local shops, you can do everything on foot without having to take the car out of the garage, unless you want to explore other beaches in the region. The self check-in system is modern and practical, with digital locks that work very well and provide a lot of autonomy. I really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back. I highly recommend it!
