Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Marco Beach

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at David’s house, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials plus a few delightful extras! The bedrooms were very spacious with comfy mattresses and soft linens. Kitchen had brand new appliances and living/dining rooms had ample seating arrangements. The pool was top notch - squeaky clean and quite refreshing to get a break from hot Florida summer. It was also nice to have all the beach accessories included to have the every day Tigertail beach trip a lot more pleasant. Fishing from the dock was good, too. We didn't catch any trophy fish, but there was plenty of snappers and catfish to make it fun. The location was perfect—close enough to all the go to attractions (beaches, restaurants, fishing etc.) yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. I would recommend to use a car/bike to get around. Communication with the host was great

Beautiful house with a very peaceful neighborhood. Having the pool was amazing and being able to fish right in the back yard. The house is minutes from everything on the island! Will definitely be recommending people to stay here if they will be visiting Marco Island.

Check in/arrival was easy. House was clean and had good supplies. The pool and hot tub were great! The lanai area around pool was nice - clean and heated well. The dock on the canal was fun. Garage had lots of good supplies for the beach and outings in general (fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, bikes). (My only complaint is that it had glade plug-ins going when we arrived, which was overwhelming. But after I removed them it was fine within a few hours. Probably not a big deal to most people.) Would definitely recommend this Airbnb for Marco Island!

Great place to stay. Pool and hot tub were great. Had a couple of minor problems that were quickly resolved even on Sunday. would recommend and plan to stay there again.

An overall great experience and lovely home after a rough start to our vacation and having to find new accommodations at the very last minute. Sarah was very responsive from the start from pre-booking questions to questions throughout the stay.

There’s a little slice of heaven on Earth, and it’s tucked away at 1432 Jamaica Road, Marco Island. I can't praise this home enough—though I fear that by doing so, I might just make it more popular and harder to book... but honestly, this house deserves to be shared with as many people as possible! It’s like being wrapped in a warm hug every time you step inside. It has everything you need, plus an extra dose of charm and coziness. Don’t hesitate to book this place. After staying at so many different homes over the years, this one stands out as our absolute favorite—thanks to its fantastic amenities, prime location, and the wonderful owners. It truly feels like home.

This condo was such a vibe! The location couldn’t be better — literally 5 minutes to everything you need: beach, shopping and amazing restaurants. The beds were so comfy, it was hard to leave! Parking was a breeze, and super appreciated. And the pool? Total cherry on top. It made the whole stay feel like a mini resort getaway. Zero complaints here — I’d 1000% come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of home .

This place has become our go to place for a staycation. We keep coming back every year. Love the location, the convenience and Pamela is always so great at accommodating our family. Can’t wait to be back.

Great communication, easy check in

Stella was so friendly and she could teach a class on how to host an air bnb. She had drinks and snacks for us plus everything that you would need in the bathroom area..even nail polish remover. I know without a doubt we would book Stella's place again...thanks for a wonderful vacation! Tammy n Kevin

What a perfect spot! We were so impressed with this condo. It’s in such a charming location on the north side of the island in Olde Town. We could walk to restaurants and a cute little bakery for coffee. The host is so accommodating and great with communication and questions. They also have a private beach access which is a short drive away and we took advantage of it both days. So amazing, free parking. The condo has been renovated top to bottom and it’s gorgeous. This is an end unit in the building so we loved the extra large outdoor patio! We ate most of our meals and had coffee out there everyday. We highly recommend this place! Planning to come back in May!

My husband and I had an excellent experience at David’s paradise. The listing accurately describes the property, including the cleanliness, good maintenance, peaceful environment, convenient location, amenities, and that it’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach. David is a welcoming, attentive, and helpful host. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Our hosts greeted us upon our arrival and welcomed us to Bare Necessities. Their cozy accommodation, although small, was filled with amenities and conveniences that made our stay enjoyable. They made sure to provide everything you need even including honey 🍯 We were 40 mins from Clam Pass beach and 11 mins from Ave Maria University.

We loved our stay here! Definitely recommend. We loved having all of the beach supplies - chairs, cooler, large towels, wagon, etc. It’s close to the beach which is a huge plus. We also used the bikes every single night to get places. We really enjoyed that they were available. Also appreciated having the guest information book. It provides information and pictures of everything you could possibly need and many recommendations for restaurants or things to do in the area.

Wow! Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at thus far. The hosts had everything imaginable you need as far as amenities & snacks down to beach equipment. Nice and quiet area as well, definitely a clean space. This place is exactly as described if not better once we arrived. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would 100% stay here again in the future. Excellent job.

Wow, where do I begin?! My son and I had the most wonderful week stay at Nathalie's place! The condo was easy to find, spotless clean and all the comforts of home. Having the 3 balconies was also amazing. I would relax on the top balcony overlooking the bay each morning with my coffee. We had family here staying down the street and she generously allowed them to use the pool and fish off the dock as well! The parking pass for South Beach was much appreciated. The perfect spot for a white sand beach and crystal clear water. We saw 2 manatees and dolphins while swimming there. She was the best host I've ever had on air bnb! Anything I needed, she was on it! Great local recommendations as well. I enjoyed listening to the live music from The Snook Inn off the balcony at night. We also walked over and ate there one evening. Highly recommend. We cannot wait to come back Nathalie!!!

I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment. From the beginning, the instructions were very clear. The location is spectacular, just minutes from the beach. The apartment is very clean and organized, with all the necessary amenities for a fantastic stay. The community is very quiet. Mary was an excellent host. Definitely highly recommended.

Loved this place! Beautiful views, you can get to the beach after an elevator ride and two minutes of walking, and Kevin was super helpful in helping us get set up with a very late check in. Wish we could have stayed longer, and would definitely book this place again if we ever wanted to spend another weekend in Marco Island!

Mary was friendly, warm and kind and I'm so glad we were able to meet her in person! We were missing a pan and she graciously brought one over the next morning! We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as pictured and so quaint. We used the pull out couch and that was comfortable, too! Great location and we were able to easily walk to the JW Marriot, where our friends were staying. She had towels and a cooler that we used for a breakfast on the beach. We had the pool almost to ourselves later in the afternoon. It offered both shade and sun. I hope to be back again!

Inga-Lill is a friendly, gracious, responsive host. The apartment is well-positioned on the top floor of a high-rise building; truly wonderful views of Gulf, Tigertail Beach, natural preserve. The pool was a nice bonus and the complex and building were generally very quiet. Inga-Lill even provided a closet full of games, puzzles, everything needed for the beach, including a cart. We would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for Father's Day and it was perfect. We have a pretty demanding life with a toddler so I booked this trip with rest and relaxation in mind and this home did not disappoint. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. You can even see the sunrise. The host's were great. They offered us a early check-in and late check-out. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of this but it was so sweet of them to offer. BEST airbnb I've ever stayed in. Go ahead and book!

the accommodation is large, with really home feeling, very good towels, large balcony, top floor with birds chirping near, beach with white sand and shells… same ease of check in as with hotel. Fred was adapting my last minute check-in and went beyond generosity. felt very safe. top class promotion of Airbnb philosophy.
