Joe was an outstanding host! 😊 We had a little bit of a noise concern and Joe came right over and tended to it immediately. I was extremely impressed. I was there for a Snowsports conference which was at the JW Marriott. The distance was perfect! Oh and the view was evvverrything! I would sit on the patio deck and relax while writing my book. It was perfect! Initially, I thought I could enter the condo from the front but it is on the side or the back. Either way, I figured it out! 😊 Most definitely, recommend! Keep in mind it's coastal living (I.e., someone mentioned the furniture), thus the furniture aligned with the theme. Considering Miami is normally my stomping ground, this was a nice change of pace! Enjoy! 😊

Joshua is a great host. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. I don't believe better views of the gulf exist than can be seen from this balcony. Being a corner unit makes the view panoramic and spectacular! We will definitely visit Marco Island again and I hope to be able to stay in this exact same property.

Loved our weekend at this adorable studio. The view is outstanding and the building is in a prime location. The apartment is well equipt and has all you need for a great beach vacation. Our Hosts were very responsive. We had an issue with the AC and the speed with which Kevin responded and got someone out to fix it was amazing. We look forward to seeing the renovations they will be doing this summer and coming back here when we return to Marco Island.

Home Review: Great condo on the beach, perfect for two adults. It is small, but exactly as described and pictured. Super clean, fun decor (beachy and modern). Bed was comfortable, nice linens and towels provided. A special thank you for including a beach tote with the chairs and umbrella. Wi-fi didn't consistently reach all the way out to patio when the door was closed, but it wasn't a big deal. Well equipped kitchen. Complex Review: It's a bit complicated at first at check in - there's a lot of information they give to you. It is a two key facility - one key for front door, beach access, elevator access and one for home access, but that's standard and a good security process. Reserved parking spot was a nice bonus. The bar/grill in building serves a GREAT cocktail and better than average bar food. Host: Easy communication, clear instructions, clear paperwork. We've been to Marco many times, both hotel and rental....would return here!

Mary was friendly, warm and kind and I'm so glad we were able to meet her in person! We were missing a pan and she graciously brought one over the next morning! We had a wonderful stay! Everything was just as pictured and so quaint. We used the pull out couch and that was comfortable, too! Great location and we were able to easily walk to the JW Marriot, where our friends were staying. She had towels and a cooler that we used for a breakfast on the beach. We had the pool almost to ourselves later in the afternoon. It offered both shade and sun. I hope to be back again!

Dan, The condo was beautiful, clean and modern. The condo is located at the best end of the island near a lot of restaurants. The beach and pool access is right there. All and all my wife and I had a great experience. In my experience this was much better than Hilton Head or Naples. I would give it 5 stars out of 5.

The apartment it’s beautiful, clean and with everything you might need. Sarah and Kevin were always super kind, nice and helpful. 100% recommended!!!! I hope I can go back soon :)

Condo was very nice and well furnished. Dan and Sandy were very responsive and helpful. Only regret is the distance to the beach/ocean. It was a very long walk one way or thru lagoon and mangroves. The beach is gorgeous once you are there. We actually drove to South Beach Public Access. The walk was better and nice beach.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Lisa was an excellent host. She was quick to respond and very helpful acclimating to the area. The Airbnb is located conveniently to many area activities. We stayed for a month and never ran out of things to do. The pool was a nice plus for Florida weather. Overall, we would highly recommend Lisa’s place to anyone who wants a quality place to stay in the Fort Meyers area.

Christopher's condo is modern, well-organized, clean, accessible to golfing, and full of other amenities. We love the beautiful view of the lighted, water fountain in the courtyard from the balcony. It was a wonderful weekend getaway for us to enjoy Naples and Marco Island. Highly recommended for those visiting the area!

We liked this spot! The flat was clean, neat and had everything one could need to cook and cater at home. It was just my wife and I so plenty of space for us. We liked the marina, pool was great! Also the location was perfect for our needs, near enough to Naples and Marco Island, but a much more relaxed and peaceful setting! Also nice and near to Everglades adventures that we were mainly interested in!

We had a great stay in the condo! There was Champagne to welcome us, and the unit was stocked with toiletries from shampoo and conditioner to sun tan lotion. Linens, towels and all the kitchen equipment appeared brand new. Thank you Andrew!!

Thank you so much for everything Sarah and Wesley, we had a wonderful time. The condo has everything you need for a nice vacation, we especially liked the good beach equipment and the possibility to play free rounds of golf. The pool area is also absolutely fantastic. The beach can be reached in 25 minutes and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We all felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week in Sanibel and are already looking forward to returning! Chris was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and full of great local recommendations that helped make our trip even better. The condo was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean and stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the extras for beach days: plenty of chairs, sand toys, shovels, and even a beach umbrella. We loved grabbing ice cream at The Shack and had some fantastic meals at The Lighthouse Café and Gramma Dot’s. Jerry’s made grocery shopping a breeze with their easy online ordering and pickup. All in all, it was a fantastic stay. Thank you, Chris, for making our vacation so comfortable and memorable!

Wonderful stay. Unit was sooo very clean and had everything we needed for 5 days. Comfy bed, great sunsets. Easy access to the beach. Having the restaurant in the building was a plus. We hope to return.

We’ve stayed at Mario’s place for several years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The unit is lovely—well-equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. Mario is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond—he even found Easter activities for our kids when we stayed during the holiday. We keep coming back for a reason and look forward to many more years and memories here.

Karen’s place was perfect for our stay on Marco Island. The bed was very comfortable and I liked the bedding so much Karen sent me the links to where I can buy them online. Watching the sunrise on the lanai was so peaceful. There were only a few people periodically at the pool area for the entire 4 day stay which made it feel like we had the resort to ourselves. The entire experience was relaxing and felt like home. We were sad to leave and definitely recommend anyone looking for a quiet, laid back getaway to Marco Island to book this place. Our favorite meal was the grouper sandwich at the island gypsy. We loved the Bargain Basket Thrift Shop right down the street. If you forget to pack something, check this place out for high quality second hand items for amazing prices.

I’ve never experienced a more helpful and easy going host- wow! She drove miles away to a bar my friend and I were at to give us in person instructions, beach passes and keys. Everything was perfect, super comfy beds, clean and walking distance to restaurant and bar next door that was a blast. We even got to see a mama manatee and a baby right in the little canal outside our door. We had a little car trouble and she was more than gracious to let it stay there until it could be picked up and even included a late check out. Townhouse furnished with all you need. I’m definitely coming back here- Nathalie is awesome!

Jens home was stunning. Bed was very comfortable 😌 The home and decor was lovely and pristine. Jennifer gave us great dinner recommendations!! DO NOT MISS Snooks next door - some of the best food we've ever had!

We loved our time at Kj’s place. She had everything you could need for the kitchen, beach, and sleeping, including lots of hangers for our clothes! Kj was very responsive and the condo has the best ocean views. We will definitely be back.

We loved this condo! Everything was just like in the pictures, and even nicer! The place feels brand new, is beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated, and a perfect stay for a relaxing getaway for 2 or a family of 4 with stunning views and lots of daylight. The property, pool and waterfront area is nicely updated and very well maintained by friendly staff. The host Allison was so very nice and great in communicating with us, every question and inquiry was promptly replied to, many tips and suggestions provided for our first visit to SW Florida. We were sad to leave, but will definitely be back! Marco Island itself is also a beautiful location, especially where this condo was situated in Old Marco as it was quieter with great walking/biking opportunities, yet had authentic and relaxing restaurants and stores nearby. A gem of a place, one of our best AirBnB experiences!
