Family-friendly holiday rentals in Marche

This was a really lovely airbnb stay. The home is on a tiny pedestrian square in a quiet town with beautiful views nearby of the surrounding countryside. A great perk to have the local swimming pool available to use on hot days.

Fantastic place and fantastic hosts. We spent a month here with our baby and it could not have been better. Pietro and Christina are friendly, helpful and warm. Strongly recommend to those who are looking for a peaceful and charming place in the middle of Umbria

Had a super 8 night stay here. Paola, the host, is everything you can hope for from an Airbnb host. Super communicative, welcoming and helpful. Her and her husband helped me with a medical issue, which was so kind and appreciated. Wow! Just wow! The apartment is quiet and I slept good at night. It has every amenity that I needed. It is clean and in a safe location. They really put love and attention into this place and it shows. Highly recommended.

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

this place is really a hidden gem. it's on the top of a mountain, very private, very quiet. the house itself is very clean, very well equiped and even better then in the pictures. if you are looking for rest, peace and quiet, go there. the pool, the garden, the terasses, are perfect. Also valentina and family are extremely friendly and fast to help with anything. would definitly recomend

Un havre de paix. Superbe maison divisée en quelques appartements sur un terrain entièrement clos. De nombreux jeux sont prévus sur place pour les enfants (fléchettes, baby-foot, table de ping-pong, multitude d'accessoires pour la piscine) sans oublier les hamacs et autres commodités extérieures. La piscine est très agréable et parée d'un jacuzzi. Le logement est très propre et très fonctionnel pour 2 à 3 personnes. La communication avec Paola est très simple. Un guide des environs et ses nombreuses recommandations facilitent les premiers pas dans la région. Une vraie et belle expérience touristique. Merci mille fois.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom riesigen, eingezäunten Garten, in dem unser Hund rumspringen konnte – ein echtes Hundeparadies! Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und hat uns sogar ein paar Kleinigkeiten in den Kühlschrank gestellt – eine schöne Geste! Die Küchenausstattung war top, es war wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Ein Highlight waren auch die Hühner – frische Eier zum Frühstück direkt aus dem Garten, sobald sie welche gelegt haben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, es gibt in der Umgebung viel zu unternehmen, und gute Restaurants sind ebenfalls nicht weit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Ottima esperienza! La terrazza offre una meraviglia vista su Assisi. L’appartamento è in una delle vie centrali, facile da raggiungere.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Marina e Paola per due notti con la nostra cagnolona e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La posizione è ottima, la casa stupenda e Marina ci ha dato tantissimi consigli utili! Torneremo sicuramente.

wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, traumhafte Lage, man hat das Cetrum von Assisi fast für sich alleine und bis zum Basilika San Francesco mit seine abendliche kostenlose Conserten ist es nur ein Steinwurf. Auch die Anfahrt mit dem Auto, die Gebührenfreie Parkplätze, und den Weg zur Wohnung, war Dank der sehr gute Beschreibung von Fernandino kein Problem, trotz unsere vielen Koffer und unser Alter von 63 Jahren, war es gut zu schaffen. Wir haben die Tagen rundum genossen und werden wieder kommen. Liebe Grüße Monika und Carolus

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Logement très calme dans une magnifique campagne d’Ombrie avec seulement les oiseaux et le soleil pour vous réveiller le matin. Beaucoup de superbes villages à proximité et bien entendu Perouse et Assise! Hugues a aussi plein d’endroits chouettes à vous recommander!

It is such a glorious place. We were stunned, and so happy and calm for the three days we had there. The landscape around the house, and the waterfall, was breathtaking. Thank you Ella and all the family!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We had a realy nice time at Casa Aurora. It is wonderfull place with a beautiful surrounding. Thank You to Wim and Alma for your worm welcome and your tips throughout the week.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön. Man hat dort alles was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber und klimatisiert. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist sehr abgelegen, weshalb man zum nächst größeren Supermarkt einige Minuten fahren muss. Dafür ist es aber sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und die Eltern von ihnen auch. Sie haben einen super lieben Hund, der bei Bedarf aber auch nicht in den Hof gelassen wird. Es wird super viel Rücksicht auf die Gäste genommen und es wurde mehrfach sicher gegangen, dass uns nichts fehlt.
