Holiday rentals with breakfast in Marche

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

This was an amazing place to stay! The house is very close to everything in Assisi. The rooms were spacious and private and very comfortable. Fabio and his mom were very friendly and covered the check-in in detail with lots of suggestions in the area and making sure we were taken care of well.

L’alloggio di Tiziana è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare se si cerca pace, silenzio e immersione nella natura. Vicinissimo alla casa un sentiero vi porta ad una cascata e in 5 km di salita si arriva all’Eremo di Carpegna. Altrimenti se ci si sposta con la macchina vi sono molti luoghi naturali e storici di interesse a pochi km di distanza. Se ci capita di tornare nella zona saremo felici di essere ospitati di nuovo da Tiziana.

Appartamento di fronte alla spiaggia sia libera che attrezzata, lungomare ciclabile e pedonale e a 5 minuti di macchina si arriva in centro a Senigallia . Tutto come nella descrizione , torneremo

Heerlijk verblijf gehad met het beste zwembad (diep om te duiken), een prieel met schaduw en mooi uitzicht. Binnen blijft het koel. Verblijf is op de eerste verdieping, flinke trap op en in het huis ook maar dat houd je in beweging :). Eigenaren spreken een klein beetje Engels maar met google translate kom je ver. Aardige verhuurders. Er is een trouwlocatie en dan hoor je wat muziek. Dat vonden wij wel leuk. De meeste keren is het op tijd stil. All met al een leuk verblijf.

Unsere beiden Gastgeber waren sehr nett, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Unterkunft ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um die umliegenden Städte wie Assisi und Spello zu erkunden.

L’alloggio è a pochi km da Urbino, immerso nella pace e tranquillità. L’appartamento è carinissimo e fornito di ogni comfort!!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

The apartment is right at the main entrance to Assisi. It is quiet, clean, and just the right size for my wife and teenage daughter. The kitchen was clean and had some croissants to eat. Coffee and Moka to make it available. One large bottle of water in the fridge was a relief to have on arrival. While there is no air conditioning, the big stone house stayed cool enough despite 90 degree weather. The fans helped keep it cool enough to sleep. The beds were comfortable enough for us. The bathroom was clean with a rather large shower by Italian standards. Barbara’s dinner recommendations were excellent…we ate at one of them two nights in a row! The apartment is walking distance to every in the centro storico. Overall a clean, private and convenient place to stay whilst in Assisi!

Ascoli e dintorni molto belli. Rispetto al cibo poca alternativa per chi non mangia carne. Ma questo l'avevamo messo in conto. L' appartamento super bello e a due passi dal centro.

Ecco una possibile recensione: Appartamento perfetto per la nostra famiglia con due bambini piccoli. La posizione centrale e la pulizia impeccabile hanno reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole durante l'evento della Befana. La casa è ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo!

Maria is an amazing host! Her friendly welcoming nature made us feel at ease from the very start. Her attention to detail was amazing and her apartment was beautifully decorated. We had a few hiccups with transport and eSIMs which didn’t work, but Maria sorted everything out for us. We will be staying there again and next time we will stay for much more than just 3 days! Thank you Maria!!

Wonderful apartment to stay at, location is perfect as it is close to the historic center but removed enough that it’s quiet. Easy to get to, we came via train and getting from the station with the minimetro to the apartment was quick and easy. The apartment itself is stunning, very roomy and the views are incredible. Everything looked just like the description. Mauro was very kind and attentive and helped with bags up the stairs. The snack bar and bottle of prosecco was a nice touch that was greatly appreciated and enjoyed. Would absolutely stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking to stay in Perugia.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Vesna war total herzlich und hat sich richtig Mühe gegeben – sie hat sogar organisiert, dass wir gut vom Flughafen zur Wohnung und zurück kommen. Direkt am Anfang hat sie uns auf einen Kaffee und ein Croissant eingeladen, was super nett war. Außerdem hatten wir durch ihre Tipps echt schöne Erlebnisse in Ancona. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Würden sofort wiederkommen – danke für alles!

Had the most beautiful and lovely time with Carmen and Max in their family home. The grandparents, parents and sons are all so warm, welcoming and inviting and I felt so at home with them. Carmen makes delicious cakes and it’s like a buffet for breakfast! They will take very good care of you the whole time - giving recommendations, making sure you get home safely and chatting to you even if you don’t speak Italian. This was the best time, thank you Carmen and Max!!!!

I had a wonderful week in Foligno. The apartment is charming and comfortable, well equipped with everything you might need for your stay. The lovely host, Sonia and her genial husband, were helpful, kind and welcoming. I highly recommend Foligno as a town, too. Most guidebooks describe it a great base for exploring Umbria, which it is, but it is also an attractive and pleasant place in its own right.

This stay was one of the highlights of our Italy trip. Eddie lived in the US which made communication for us a snap. He maintains this property meticulously and was promptly available to address any concerns we had. Unit had A/C in both bedrooms and fans as well. Heat in Italy was extreme during our stay and issue with 1 unit was promptly fixed. He was happy to help us start the dishwasher no issue just needed to have him show us how to. He is available without being intrusive. Recommendations on activities were appreciated we loved the Baci chocolate factory tour in Perugia. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. We enjoyed the kitties. Would absolutely recommend this place to others and stay again. Location is easy access to Assisi but a nice oasis from being stuck in the city and allows you to enjoy the peaceful countryside.

Alloggio bellissimo che io e la mia ragazza abbiamo usato come appoggio per un weekend a Sirolo. Vicinissimo allo stadio del Conero e a 10’ dalle spiagge di Sirolo è Numara. Stefano è stato un host gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione buonissima. Super consigliato!

Vania ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Märchen und ist einfach nur verzaubert. Das Frühstück haben wir jeden Tag genossen. Es war liebevoll und köstlich zubereitet. Bei Abreise hatten wir ein tränendes, aber zugleich auch ein lachendes Auge, denn wir wollen auf jedenfall wiederkommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B per due notti. Il posto è magnifico con una vista spettacolare su Perugia e le colline circostanti. Lamberto e Francesca sono gentilissimi e molto simpatici, ci hanno deliziati con una colazione ricca e curata, con una vista pazzesca. La casa è magnifica e la nostra camera era pulitissima e molto carina. È stato un bellissimo soggiorno e se ritorneremo in zona pernotteremo di nuovo qui. Un grazie di cuore a Lamberto e Francesca per averci ospitati nella loro casa, non vediamo l’ora di tornare!
