Holiday rentals with a balcony in Marche

This holiday home was perfect for us. We had our own small terrace where we watched the sun set every evening over the Umbrian hillside and a lovely pool to cool off in during the day. There is a sofa bed in the living room for our daughter and the bathroom and kitchen are both well equipped and with everything we needed. There are lots of villages and towns to explore within an easy drive and it is only an hour or so away from Montepulciano and Assisi. Lake Trasimeno is particularly beautiful and the village of San Feliciano has been very well restored and cocktail bar on the water (only open evenings). Take your own pool towel and there is no oven or grill here but a hob and microwave if you want to cook for yourselves. But there is a great bbq outside.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt und genau wie beschrieben. Kein WLAN, kein Herd – sollte man wissen, hat uns aber letztlich nicht gestört. Die Türgriffe quietschen recht laut, besonders nachts etwas störend – ansonsten alles top. In allen drei Wohn-/Schlafzimmern gibt’s Klimaanlagen und Rollos, jedes Zimmer hat einen Balkon, plus ein überdachter Gemeinschaftsbalkon – perfekt zum Frühstücken. Die Lage ist super, in ca. 8 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und dank Video mit Bild und Ton gut erklärt. Der Kontakt war freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen, wenn es uns nochmal in die Gegend verschlägt. :)

we had an absolutely amazing stay here. the airbnb was very spacious, very clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. the outdoor spaces are phenomenal and the views are incredible. the hosts are very friendly, helpful and communicative. it is a very peaceful, relaxing, quiet place. thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Casa molto accogliente, panorama spettacolare

soggiorno perfetto! hosting disponibilissimo, sempre presente e in aiuto a varie problematiche. appartamento perfetto, impeccabile . chi vuole godersi del puro relax e il posto ideale. lo consigliamo a tutti!

Viride mare è un piccolo paradiso di pace e confort...noi abbiamo apprezzato il desing le metratura la vista pazzesca dalla terrazza . Abbiamo avuto 2 piccoli problemi che tempestivamente hanno risolto . Quindi posso solo ringraziare per la cura e l attenzione anche dei piccoli dettagli ...che ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile.

Appartamento pulito, con tutti i comfort come da descrizione, comodo per gli spostamenti in auto e vicino alla fermata dell’autobus. Sicuramente consigliatissimo per una vacanza tra amici o in famiglia in una zona tranquilla :)

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Vietettiin ihana viikko kahdeksan aikuisen ja viiden lapsen kanssa upeassa huvilassa. Paikka on täydellinen tällaiselle isolle seurueelle. Iso uima-allas, jota puhdistettiin päivittäin, paljon auringonottoon sopivia tuoleja. Kaksi isoa pöytää, jossa koko porukka mahtui syömään. Ulkona jääkaappi. Sisällä hyvin huoneita, hyvä äänieristys, jokaisessa oma kylpyhuone. Ravintolan tasoinen keittiö, jossa oli hauskaa laittaa ruokaa ja tiskata tehokkaalla koneella. Ystävällinen, huolehtiva ja vieraanvarainen isäntäperhe, saimme nauttia heidän tekemästä tervetuloa ruuasta , kakuista ja pizzasta. Kaikilla jäi kaipuu paikkaan, suositellaan lämpimästi ja tulemme uudestaan.

Local com uma vista maravilhosa de Assis e região, especialmente do Monte Subasio. A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e sempre disposta a solucionar nossas dúvidas. O imóvel muito organizado e equipado, de modo que atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades. recomendo.

One of the highlights of this property is the beautiful, neatly maintained, vast orchard, which is completely surrounded by rosemary bushes. Cherry-, Mulberry-, Walnut-, Apricot-, and Olive trees, a neat little BBQ grill, a functioning bread/pizza oven and the enormous pool leave nothing to be desired. The house overlooks the valley and is surrounded by vineyards and hazelnut plantations. Peaceful, quiet, the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Lovely place to stay at. Big space, lots of cats and a playground that the kids really enjoyed, nice garden with a private pool and well equipped kitchen. The view over the lake was amazing. Close to supermarkets and sightseeing. Well visited restaurant with great food. You should account for living in the same house as a restaurant will mean some noises and smell from the cooking as well as people talking into midnight. The rooms don’t have air condition. However, the private feeling and fantastic location made us really enjoying the stay and would highly recommend it!

We are one big family (15 people- adults and children). We booked the villa for 1 week and we had a wonderful time. The inside is beautiful, very spacious and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a big dinning table enough for everybody to seat at. There is a big living room, TV room and a decorated library. The rooms are also spacious and each one has its own bathroom. One negative is that the villa doesn't have air condition. However, when we stayed the weather was chilly and there was no need for cooling/heating. The garden is massive. There is a big swimming pool with furniture to relax around it. Although the water was still very cold, the children did not skip the fun of swimming. There is outdoor cooking area near the pool with a big grill. We used it few times to barbiqu. There was also enough space for us to park 4 cars. The hostess and the owner were great. We received a quick response to any question or request. This villa is a great choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico Capodanno in questo splendido appartamento in montagna! La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dallo Zeta Chalet. La casa è grande, accogliente e sempre ben riscaldata, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito, e gli interni rinnovati di recente danno un tocco moderno e confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e abbiamo apprezzato ogni dettaglio. Esperienza da ripetere: torneremo sicuramente!

The owners of the house were very sweet and helpful. Beautiful house with tasteful art and furniture. Huge grounds with friendly cats, chickens, greenhouse full of tomatoes and other vegetables and herbs. Kids had a blast. Also note: the house did contain a crib (pack n play) despite the agency telling us there was not one.
