Quiet 1 bedroom fully furnished apartment surrounded by trees. Self check in, farm fresh eggs when available. 2 minutes from 690, 10 minutes from NY state fairgrounds!!! and 15 minutes from the Syracuse hospitals. Also 15 minutes from cross lake, and Weedsport racetrack. We are right next to the state trails for snowmobiling. DOGS on approval basis ONLY, with an extra 150$ pet cleaning fee. Free WiFi 😊 Early check in, late Disclosure- we do have surveillance cameras installed on the property

SYR second floor studio and first floor book nook in detached carriage house next to owner occupied home. Private. Modern. Authentic. Near SU, downtown, and hospitals. House backs up to beautiful Elmwood park and our family garden. Perfect for 1 or 2 (potentially 3). Great for coffee, book, and nature lovers. Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. We do allow early checkin and late checkout. Please ask !!! Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Michael's place was exactly as described! It was a perfect spot for my husband and I, when visiting family in Camillus/Syracuse for a few days. Small, quaint, and clean. Only note is that the complex is located right on a major highway, so you need to be okay with trucks, noises, etc. Be careful when turning in and out of driveway, as it is kind of hard to see/hidden.

My family stayed here for my grad weekend at SU and we absolutely loved how serenely peaceful this house was. Michael was very helpful and communicative when we had a small bump getting into the house and was extremely efficient. This is a great stay for a family with children as there are bunkbeds and the main bedroom is a comfortable queen. Thank you Michael!

Ellen’s listing was a such cute and peaceful place for me and my girlfriends to spend a few nights. Skaneateles has such cute shops and wonderful restaurants and the show at the Rev theatre in Auburn was beyond fantastic. Definitely will be staying at this place every summer.

Franks place was super cute! I never met, saw, or communicated with him but he had help living on the property who were amazing and kind. The space was very cozy and the property itself was beautiful. The only thing we didnt like was that there wasn’t a sponge in the kitchen and a lot of the dishes were dusty and sitting for a while or not clean from the last person. That is super minor though. Overall 5 stars for sure and would visit again.
