Holiday rentals with a patio in Maratea

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect, with both mountains and the sea nearby — an ideal combination for nature lovers. The beach with Kvasovye rocks was a real gem, such a beautiful spot. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Getting here by train was very convenient, which was a pleasant surprise. Margareth and her husband were incredibly hospitable and kind. They were always quick to respond and ready to help with any questions, making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their attention to detail and care made us feel truly welcomed. The November weather was warm, and we even managed to swim in the sea a couple of times! It was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the hosts for their warm hospitality — we’ll definitely come back!

Beautiful place! We had a very comfortable and private stay with great views. The place was really clean and had all the necessities. Michele was really helpful, suggesting restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved it!

The apartment was great, large, clean and especially the terrace is very nice for your breakfast in the morning. Location very good, walking distance from beach, shops, and restaurants. Cozy decor, everything present. Bedroom for something noisy but not so crazy when you are in the middle of the city center. Perfect base to discover the Amalfi coast by boat. Great place to stay, especially if you are travelling by train. It was perfect for us as we were taking the ferries to explore the Amalfi Coast. The two bathrooms were a luxury.

This was by far the best air bnb experience I’ve ever had, the hosts go above and beyond to make sure you have a safe and wonderful stay. They even prepare a list of places to eat and places to see and give you amazing advice about Salerno. The outdoor terrace is so nice we absolutely loved it, they are always there if you need to text them about anything. I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who is coming to Salerno! We loved it!

Luigi and Cristina immediately proved themselves helpful and kind hosts, traveling by motorcycle I asked them if it was possible to leave it inside the property and so it was. Very bright and well cared for. Highly recommended.

My family and I had an absolute blast at Franco's place! The outdoor area with the pool, bbq, fire pit, and large yard was perfect for us. We will absolutely try and book again!

This was a perfect spot for my children. We really enjoyed eating our meals outside on the table and the bbq. There were even two children’s sized bikes that we got working and used every day. Renata was immediately responsive to any requests we had. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We stayed at Mayerlin for a few days. The photos match the listing description, and it's very clean and big! The accommodation is a 20-25 walk from the center of Salerno with all the shops/restaurants, on the other hand the return is sloping! Quite tiring after a long day, but it's quiet. There is a washing machine available. We were not very comfortable with the camera which is located on the small terrace in front, with the impression of being monitored. Attention: A tourist tax is charged even after financing the accommodation. The tax is not very expensive (€1.50 per person/day), but we found it annoying to be notified on the day of our arrival because we have to pay in cash (which we did not necessarily have on us) and leave it when we left. The apartment is still very pleasant for a stay in Salerno.

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Had a great time here. On the way out we arrived in the dark and therefore had some trouble finding the house. A property in front of the house is somewhat blocking the view, but nevertheless fantastic stay. Lovely garden, large rooms, house full of comforts and a nice center nearby. We had rented a car so easily accessible for us. Nice and nice food in the shopping street of Scalea near Vularie Siciliane, very affordable too! Recommended, sandy beach at lido de Azzuro, beautiful bay, beautifully surrounded by mountains. Accessible via a (spicy) set of stairs. Sylwia gave a lot of nice tips. We had a truly wonderful stay at Carmine’s place. The view over the hills and the sea was absolutely stunning, and the beautiful sea-salt swimming pool made our days even more special. Carmine and his wife are exceptionally kind and welcoming, always making sure we felt comfortable and completely at home. The region itself is breathtaking, with beautiful beaches, hidden bays, and countless opportunities for hiking and exploring nature. It’s the perfect place to relax and discover the beauty of the surroundings. Thank you, Carmine, for hosting us so wonderfully — we hope to return one day!

Perfect! The house is as pictured, infact,better!It's really hard to get a flaw. Kitchen equipped with all new appliances, including the bathroom. Very clean apartment with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Car parking is located below the house and from the terrace there is a beautiful view "sea and mountains". We thank Simone and Ralf for their hospitality,they are wonderful people and they made us feel at home. Super-recommended!

Very clean and nice place.

Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with. He was super friendly and provided us with lots of great information. He was very communicative and kept us in touch the entire time and gave us excellent directions to meet him personally and give us a tour of the place as we checked in. We could not have asked more from a host and enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed at Lucie's place for a few nights to explore the area as we headed back up to Naples, and we really enjoyed it. The apartment is clean, comfy, and well-equipped. The view from the condo of the ocean is beautiful. I'd definitely recommend having a car, though. Lucie is a great host and quick with communication. If you're looking for a nice place in this area to explore, I'd recommend Lucie's.

Once you get there, you immediately feel at home. A project that goes beyond just renting apartments. Convenient location 10 minutes by car from the sea and the city center, a quiet place, a comfortable parking space. An exquisite person with whom you can chat quietly,ready to solve every problem The only downside is the slightly old house with some attention to cleanliness. But to go back many times .

The place is beautiful with great tiles and very spacious. Slightly hard to find because it is in a pedestrian street but if you follow the instructions, you will be fine. Everything was clean and the flat was quiet at night. We asked for an iron and it seems they got us a new iron and ironing board so we were very grateful! There is a good amount of storage space in the flat. The balcony is nice, just be aware the view is of a small parking lot (covered by a net, so no-one can see you) and other buildings but the buildings are pretty, so it’s not a problem.

My family of four had a great stay! Very gracious and friendly host who was quick to respond to all of my questions. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It is in great location. We were able to park our car on a nearby street and easily find the apartment. There are great markets, restaurants, bars, and cute souvenir shops around the apartment. It was really nice to be able to walk everywhere, including the beach. One thing to know is, like many other Italian Coastal towns, there are hills and stairs everywhere you go. You need to climb a few steps to get to the apartment. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to visit again!
