Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Potenza

Leo was a fantastic host! Excellent hospitality and helpfulness in suggesting what to do and giving us advice on what to visit. Leo took care of our stay by proactively providing us with all kinds of comforts, really super. The apartment has recently been renovated and offers all kinds of options: equipped kitchen, coffee machine, A/C and a beautiful and quiet veranda where you can relax. The area is very quiet, it is the penultimate apartment on a closed street and 300 meters on foot from 2 very nice beaches. Great apartment and SUPER host!!

Very well finished house, recently renovated, essential but very comfortable, in an excellent location, close to the sea and in the center of Sapri. Saverio was very friendly and helpful; upon arrival, he kept the parking space on the street, on the white stripes, which then gave me up and on the day of check-out, being the house free, he allowed us to leave later, in the afternoon, to take one last swim at the sea, before returning. Recommended.

I found myself in the village where Maria Gerarda's house is by chance: I was looking for a stop to split a trip into two parts. The geography took me to this scenic town on the Bay of Policastro, surrounded by lush woods. The tranquility allows you to "disconnect" from the holiday world of Sapri, not yet 400 meters lower. There is a lot of history here and miraculous events have happened, as evidenced by a Marian sanctuary, a pilgrimage destination. The house is beautiful and large, with its well-kept flower garden, all new and with the last finds of home automation as in the best hotels. You don't need to repeat what others have already said about the qualities of the people who run this property, I can only confirm them in full. I was sorry to have to leave... among other things, if you go there in September, you could take part in a very special rite of devotion that I don't anticipate anything, so you can find out in person.

Fabio was such a fabulous and responsive host during our stay at Sound of the Sea! The location was very walkable and while many places are closed in September, there was still plenty to do. The area felt very safe and perfect for families with young children. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy for the most part, just a little confusion which key and button went to what door, but we figured it out pretty quickly and with Fabio’s help. We look forward to future stays at Sound of the Sea!

We absolutely loved our stay at Vincenzo's place. Not only is the house clean and well appointed, but Vincenzo is the warmest host we have had the privilege of meeting on our trip thus far. Accommodation matching the description, immersed in a quiet and peaceful place. All the essentials (sheets, towels, soap, etc.) are provided for both the bedroom and the bathroom and kitchen that allow you to stay without further purchases. Ideal for those who want to combine both mountain and sea vacations. I recommend it.

Marco is a really impeccable host, he immediately welcomed us making us feel at home. Perfectly matching the description, very clean and extremely functional equipped with all comforts, a terrace equipped with a really beautiful shower where you can relax in the evening or sunbathe during the day. Covered car parking and beach within 5 minutes walking distance as well as supermarket and bar. Since we stayed for two weeks Marco offered us a half-day boat ride, even here we really felt as if we were spending a day with friends, Marco and Margherita made themselves available to satisfy all our daughter's requests and to let us visit all the coves nearby. What can I say, a wonderful stay that will surely be repeated in the future.

I had booked this house with a group of 7 people in order to visit family in a nearby village. With 7 people, we wanted something with at least 2 bathrooms and enough space to not be on top of each other. In addition, I always look for a place we can 'gather' after a long day and relax, the roof deck of this place is absolutely beautiful and thew views are stunning. The pictures 100% represent what the property is. Clean, updated/modern with just about every amenity you would need. Irsina is a quiet town, it seems many Americans and other nationalities are buying properties within the old village and fixing them up. At night, there are a few restaurants walking distance right outside the ancient town 'doors'. We did not eat in them as we spent most days and meals with cousins nearby. Our host, Christa, communicated with us in advance in order to coordinate our arrival time. One tip is to NOT follow your GPS to the exact address and meet at the Cathedral

We had a very short but wonderful stay at Giuseppinas place. She’s an incredibly nice person and helped us in whatever we needed. The house is lovely, it feels like you’re in a fairytale :) beautiful nature around, and especially well equipped apartment! We wish we could have stayed longer 🤗

I enjoyed staying at Michele's place very much. The house is large, comfortable, and located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by vegetation. It also has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Policastro. Inside the house there is everything needed for a long stay. Michele is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming and ready to address any questions or needs. He ordered for me some delicious produce from local farmers (ricotta, mozzarella de bufala, honey). He also took me for a ride on his boat along the Tyrrhenian Sea coast. He is very knowledgeable of the local history and traditions and will share a lot of interesting facts about this part of Campania. I also met his wonderful family and shared a fantastic meal with them at a seafood restaurant he recommended. I had an amazing experience during my stay and would recommend Michele as a host and his house to everyone!

Alessandro's accommodation is impeccable in every respect. clean, comfortable, quiet, nothing is missing. This house is tastefully decorated with pretty antique and restored furniture. It feels good. The terrace for breakfast is a real plus Thank you Alessandro for this welcome. you can go there with your eyes closed.

Nice apartment, functional, in a quiet area. Accommodation close to a small shop, the historic district and the castle are within walking distance. It is possible to park easily nearby in the street. I recommend

The house is very spacious and the view from the terrace is beautiful. The village is very small but in case of need there is a small supermarket, post office and a pharmacy within walking distance. We preferred it to the chaos of Marina di Camerota in August, which is still a few kilometers away. Overall it was a very positive experience and Maria Antonietta was super helpful:) Thank you!

Organizing a last-minute vacation and finding yourself in a paradise. We chose the house captured in the photos and as rarely happens, reality has exceeded expectations. The house is in the hilly area and the first thing that strikes when entering through the gate is the beautiful view of Marina di Camerota,melancholy at sunset when the voices of people who linger on the beach. The apartment is as pictured, equipped with all comforts and really very clean;the outdoor space with table,deck chairs and umbrella is very well cared for. The location is very convenient because it is far from the chaos,but at the same time in a few minutes you can reach the village and the nearest beach. The stay will also remain unforgettable and above all for the welcome of Rosalia and Franco, two extraordinary people, very kind, present but at the same time very discreet. The description and photos of the apartment match perfectly. Spacious and comfortable house. The apartment is located about 5 minutes by car from the beautiful sea of Marina di Camerota and at the same time benefits from the cool and tranquility of its hillside location, just outside the center of the village. Recommended!

Roberta and Maurizio are very nice and friendly people. Very calm, always smiling and very easy to contact. The whole facility is very new and super clean. The pool was very nice. You will definitely need a car, as the place is located on top of a hill, but parking spots are available directly at the facility. We had a nice stay.
