Terrific apartment in a quiet part of Venice but only a 10-15 min walk from lots to do. The hosts are very attentive and kind and communication was great as we resolved a few minor issues. Highly recommended!!

Recommended! Very nice accommodation, completely renovated and only recently opened. Accommodation is run by a friendly family, beautiful family business. Nice concept with the apartments, where you can use the swimming pool. In addition, they also have a bistro where you can go for breakfast, lunch and dinner (great menu). Stella also provided us with good tips for the region (outings and restaurants). Very helpful and good communication Tip, ask for the museum on the property. Worth taking a look.

A very nice apartment with a very large terrace and a fantastic view of the sea. Nothing was missing. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The apartment makes a very neat impression and was very clean. A private parking lot and a private beach were still a great addition. Linda was always helpful and supported us. We enjoyed every day in the apartment.

Tanja and Darko welcomed us in a loving way. Smiling and always available, they gave us all the useful information to explore the area and pampered us by offering us products from their territory and an excellent snack prepared by Tanja. The accommodation is extremely well-kept and very clean, with air conditioning, mosquito nets, parking and a small fenced garden perfect for traveling with your dog. Located in a quiet and convenient area, just a few minutes' walk from the sea. A convenience store, bakery and restaurant are also within walking distance. Highly recommended! We can't wait to come back!!

We liked it very much. Small but nice. Great bed, in the kitchen everything necessary was available, only the stove was a bit strange, it only worked with a lot of persuasion. Patrik is a very nice host who immediately invited us to a homemade nut liqueur. On the first morning, the mother served us cherry strudel. The location is perfect. Close to Koper and not far from many beautiful cities, e.g. Piran etc. All in all highly recommended.

The accommodation is very nicely located, you are within 15 minutes by bus in Venice, which stops virtually at the door, and the airport is also very quick to reach. The accommodation is quiet, very new and clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The hosts are very friendly and help you quickly if you have questions or a concern. Lovely home! The “smart home” made everything very easy to use. We were offered a key but never used it because the smart locks worked so well. The hosts thought of every little detail, there was even a treat for us waiting the first evening. We felt right at home. It was a great stay and will be our first choice for future trips in the area.

Christian is a great host we have spent some spectacular days in his apartment, very clean and the terrace is the best, and very close to Piazza San Marco, I would definitely not hesitate to stay next time.

Great place to stay in a quiet part of Venice, which is not something you hear too often. Wi-Fi was a little bit slow so streamers beware. That being said it’s important to give this place a five star rating because the stay was amazing. We’re just snobs about Wi-Fi.
