HISTORY SERENITY AND LUXURY A STONE 'S THROW FROM VENICE We welcome you in an apartment of new renovation, in a building intended for tourist rental with luxury and vintage finishes, located inside the original park of a Villa Veneta, in a beautiful monumental area of Mestre, quiet, safe and rich in greenery in a context that inspires meditation and serenity, a luxurious alternative to hotel excitement and tourist chaos. The historic center of Venice is easily reached by public transport in 20 minutes. Bus and train stops are 1-7 minutes walk from the apartment. Venice airport can be reached in 40 minutes by bus or in 13 minutes by car . The central station of Mestre can be reached in 9 minutes by car and in 16 minutes by bus. The motorway network can be reached in 5 minutes. The apartment is an excellent base for visiting all the places of historical and landscape interest of the Veneto Region. The centers of Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona, are easily reachable by train. Cortina D'Ampezzo can be reached by car in about 2 hours. The Riviera del Brenta can be reached by car in 30 minutes. The city center of Mestre can also be reached on foot in 20 minutes; about 7 minutes walk you will find shops, restaurants and all the services you may need. Less than 10 minutes walk away is the commercial area of the city with supermarkets and meganegocios. Villa Salus Hospital is a 14-minute walk away. The apartment of about 52 square meters of useful surface is on the ground floor, very bright, with access to a garden with porphyry pavement, flowerbeds and English lawn. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. It has an entrance, a large living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, with hob, traditional oven and microwave, fridge, sink, cutting board, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. The living room is furnished with: an original Luigi Filippo fireplace in marble (which is not allowed to use), a two-step ladder with antique wrought iron parapet, a large round extendable wooden table, n. 5 chairs, a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, a sideboard with TV, a stem lamp, a laptop station, set of two round tables, a trolley. Bohemian crystal chandelier and Mesmeri wall lamp by Artemide, antique white lacquered doors with glass. Floors in “cemenine” Fioranese. In the entrance there is a large mirror on the wall and an umbrella holder. The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed padded with a container, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe with chest of drawers and two-door mirrors, a wall bookcase with doors, a crystal bedside table, a suitcase bench in oak stripe, a Mesmeri wall lamp and a chandelier ground in Bohemian crystal. The bathroom with French window is furnished: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower with shower head and shower, lacquered furniture with shelves, object trolley, ironing board with iron, clothesline and hygiene accessories. The lighting is ensured by recessed spotlights and a spotlight on the mirror. The apartment is air-conditioned with air conditioning and underfloor heating. The safety windows are from the company Schuco with glazing and built-in electrified Venetian curtain. The windows are equipped with wooden shutters. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in is scheduled from 3.30 pm to 8.00 pm. The timetable must be communicated in advance, at least one day before. After 20.00 it is necessary to agree the arrival time and a refund of €20.00 will be applied. After 22.00 there is a refund of €50. Before 15.30 it is possible to take possession of the apartment if there are no guests departing and if the time is agreed in advance. The guest must sign a rental agreement at the time of booking confirmation and must present an identity document at check-in. You must also pay in cash the amount provided for the tourist tax imposed by law by the Municipality of Venice; the host will be responsible for paying it to the treasury. Any access during the stay by the employees to the technical rooms inside the apartment will be notified in advance. At the time of reception, the staff will present the apartment to the guests and check with them the integrity of the equipment provided. Overnight stay entails the payment of the tourist tax due to the Municipality of Venice, which is not included in the price of the accommodation. The 2019 rate from the first of February amounts to € 4.00 per person/day for the first 5 days - from 10 to 16 years of age the amount is € 2.00 - from 0 to 10 years of age the tourist tax is not due - as established by the Tax Office of the Municipality of Venice -. Tourist tax must be paid at check-in. The accommodation must be left free at the time to be agreed and in any case by 10.00 am on the day of departure. Guests are invited to leave the kitchen tidy, the dishes clean and the garbage packed. Upon return, the person in charge of the check-out will check with the guest the integrity of the equipment provided. In the case of breakages or subtractions, an amount equal to the repair cost or the value of the subtracted objects will be charged. Minimum stay is 2 nights Smoking is prohibited inside the premises Pets are not allowed The apartment cannot be used for parties and convivial parties. REFUND IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION If the guest cancels up to 15 days before the booked date, they will get a full refund. If the cancellation takes place up to 7 days before, the refund will be 50% of the nights and all costs. If it occurs within 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival there is no refund. Villa Marina by Interhome

Have been rebooked because it's not a season yet. The place was a little closer to the beach, had its own parking space. The apartment had to be ventilated properly, but it was super clean. Otherwise ample kitchen equipment, good location and very good and committed service for questions. Only that there is no Wi-Fi (which is also transparent in the description) is a pity, but it is also clear in advance:) Definitely recommended for a vacation!

We are very happy that we chose this apartment. Excellent location, city center, near the central street, the sea is 3-4 minutes walk. The house is in a quiet place. The apartment itself had everything you need for your stay, household appliances worked properly. The air conditioner is perfectly cooled. A large terrace on the balloon. We lived on the 4th floor, always a free and impeccably working elevator made it easier for us to get into the apartment. The house is in a quiet place, a serene sleep at night did not bother. The host responded quickly to our questions via email. We are glad we chose this apartment. Thank you Alessandra-Interhome.

All good, in general we found the place very comfortable! Only thing, we had to wash some dishes to use them because they were dirty ( surely some were not used for a long time so we don't blame anyone) . We had also booked for 4 beds and 3 bathrooms and instead we found ourselves with 3 beds and two bathrooms. Two guys had to share a double, we adapted but let's say we would have preferred to know certain host choices in advance. Other than that, the place is beautiful, the beds comfortable and the house is really very cozy! Thank you!

Our stay in early November was great. In Karigador it is very quiet at this time, which we very much enjoyed except for the closed bars. The house is great, has plenty of space and luxury (pool, hot tub, lots of cozy seats outside). Shopping: many by car. In Novigrad is a great small market for fresh vegetables and fresh fish. The kitchen is quite well equipped. Our bed was very comfortable. I would be shown the light use outside briefly at check-in. We had our dog with us, through the walls/fence around the grounds he was able to freely run around. We highly recommend the house.

This is a perfect holiday resort for families located secluded and undisturbed in a small cozy village. In addition to the main floor, there is also a separate apartment in the basement which makes this perfect for 2 families to share. The house was tidy, clean and nicely furnished. It had all the appliances and equipment you will need. In the nice weather, we still spent almost all of our time outside in the fantastic outdoor room, which had an outdoor kitchen with a large dining area and a gas bbq plate. Both hot tub and swimming pool were clean and were professionally maintained. Marina was the world's nicest host and contributed to a wonderful stay.

The little cottage is small and very cosy! A lot of parts are kept in its original beauty but of course renovated. Because of its originality it’s very little isolated which meant that it was rather cold inside (especially the floor). Which in summer is probably a major advantage. End of September not so much (colder weather as usual). Absolutely stunning is the incredibly big garden, with a huge pool, ponds, vegetable garden, many seating areas, it’s a place for the kids to run and play, a little kids playground. A paradise for birds, a place of tranquility. The garden is made with lots of love and cared for. The only minor drawback for us was the very punctual (but also very kind) cleaning lady that nocked on our door at the exact checkout time, 10am. We can still absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone but especially for families with small kids.
