We much enjoyed Yen’s place. Very quiet and tranquil setting with beautiful view which we especially enjoyed with our morning coffee. Yen communications were prompt and helpful. We would stay again.

The location was right in the middle of Tagaytay and you are right next to the Serin Mall which was very convenient for shopping as needed. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed including hot water showers, a nice living room, and a smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime, etc. The best part of this place was the huge balcony with amazing views of Lake Taal and the surrounding landscape. Finally, the Host April was very responsive with helping out with anything that you required to make your stay more comfortable.

The place is not just pretty—it’s fully equipped too. I had everything I needed for a comfy stay: complete kitchen essentials, fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, hot shower, aircon that cools fast, and even small touches that made the place feel extra homey. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into making the unit not just beautiful, but functional too. We had a fantastic stay here! The house was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with strong WiFi and plenty of TVs to keep everyone entertained. Having three bathrooms was a total game-changer for our group. The neighborhood was peaceful, secure, and quiet—perfect for relaxing. What really stood out was the host, Jennelyn. She was incredibly kind, patient, and communicative, even replying late at night when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here—we’ll definitely be back if we’re in the area again!

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Our family had an exceptional stay and it was truly our favorite outing! What made our experience even better, aside from the amenities, was the outstanding staff. We were a large group of 28, and they were incredibly helpful with everything, including food, cleanliness, and assistance. Although our trip was short, just three days and two nights, we managed to make the most of the facilities. Everything was so wonderful that everyone wished they could extend their stay. A huge thank you to Bernardo for making our trip memorable! My grandfather had a full-circle moment with him, which added to the joy of our visit. :)

Launcelot is always the most accommodating host we have encountered, allowed for early check in and late check out. The place has a unforgettable view with access to a private balcony from the bedroom and living room, 15min walk (HUGE incline but fun) to restaurants and market or you can request a tricycle at the main desk which costs P100 and takes about 3mins. 100% recommend this place, great memories and great unit.

The unit was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed—comfy bed, working kitchen, and that ice-cold aircon that saved me from the Manila heat. The condo was at a great location, close to lots of restaurants and malls. Host was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. He made sure we were comfortable. Only downside were the rooms were a little smaller than expected. Definitely a bit cramped for more than 6 people.

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

It was indeed a great stay, accessible to the stores, clean rooms, complete toiletries, quite nite, able to cook and air conditioning was awesome. Safety wise love it ❤️there’s security in the premises and in the entrance, prior to the building, highly recommend this place. Definitely will stay here again.
