Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Maragondon

We had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made the whole experience seamless. If we could suggest one minor improvement, it would be to switch the wooden sofa to a more comfy one for lounging, and maybe add a dish drainer in the kitchen for added convenience. But overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely book again!

Cha’s place saved our trip to Pico de Loro. As my niece and nephew described their experience - “the inside is better than the outside “ and “you come for the lodging not the food”. There were a few hiccups but everything was sorted out due to Cha’s responsiveness and hospitality. The view of the man made lagoon/lake from the balcony is great! Would highly recommend this place if you plan to go to Pico de Loro.

Good bang for buck, place is rly clean and perfect for 4 guests. Wish the host listed in the listing itself the other ameneties that were available in the Airbnb like water, sugar, oil, etc. bc we werent sure whether we should bring or not, but overall a good stay. Near Ayala Malls Solenad so it’s convenient for restaurants, etc. Host was also very kind and accommodating to let us check-out later than 12nn. Would book again! :)

Our huge family had a wonderful time swimming, singing karaoke, playing games, and spending a couple of nights in this spacious, clean, and hotel-like accommodation. The photos and description were accurate, the hosts were gracious and responsive, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The free pandesal every morning was a nice touch. It was an overall great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

The place is spacious and can easily accommodate a big group. There were 12 of us and we felt very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking, big rooms, and the kitchen has everything we needed. The pool was also a good size for our group. Just a heads up: since it’s in the province, there are quite a few insects around the pool area, which is expected. But overall, the amenities were great, especially the karaoke. It was a perfect spot for bonding with family and friends.

We loved our stay! The place is so beautiful, peaceful and private. The caretakers were so helpful and respectful as well. We will surely go back. Thank you for accommodating my family.

We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

5 Stars - Recommended! We had a great stay! The host was very responsive and accommodating — even allowing us to do an ocular visit beforehand, which we really appreciated. The caretakers on-site were warm, always smiling, and willing to help with anything we needed. The house itself was clean, cozy, and felt very homey. One of the highlights for us was the pool — it’s non-chlorinated and was freshly filled upon our arrival, which was a nice touch. The only minor issue we encountered was a leak in the second room during a particularly strong rain. We mentioned it to the caretaker, and they were quick to acknowledge it and committed to addressing it right away. This didn’t affect the overall quality of our stay at all. Overall, we had a lovely experience and our family is already looking forward to our next visit!

Our stay at Ms. Ana’s place was wonderful! She was very kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us to bring our pets without any additional charge—as long as we acted as responsible pet owners, which we truly appreciated. She welcomed us with a warm smile and was always quick to respond to any of our questions. The space was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The place is peaceful and relaxing. A great place for a get away from cities and work related stress. Such an awesome experience we had in the place. The children and adults enjoy the pool

We booked this unit because we wanted to have a break from the city. and it didn't disappoint. The view was breathtaking, we love the PS5 and the board games, the unit also has unlimited movies. It was truly the break we need. Sir Dhon is also very responsive to all our questions. Thank you very much for letting us stay despite of short notice. 😊

Nice and clean space. Accessible and close to Vermosa and other establishments.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

The check-in process was smooth, and the location was perfect—close to restaurants, coffee shops, and some great sightseeing spots.
