It’s a good place to stay The only draw back is the construction noise at 7 am 2 doors down

We loved this Villa!! Was perfect for us and the dogs. Bed was comfy, the whole place was extremely clean, and we loved how we are able to access the Langham pool and hotel. Chris was an amazing host and responded super fast and was so helpful. Would love to stay there again.

Simple and clean with spacious rooms! Well worth it

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

This is one of the more amazing places I've stayed! The views are amazing, the house is incredible and Dessie was a great host! It's high up and out of the city you can almost forget you're in LA. I couldn't to anything but take in the view. We have a great stay, and we'll definitely be back!

Great house, private, spacious, modern, and walkable to everything you need (unique for LA) was perfect for our family of 6. The hosts (Tyler) and the owner were very friendly and responsive and made sure we were super comfortable. It's a definite repeat for us.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely house tucked away in the canyon. I particularly appreciated being so close to beautiful hiking trails while only a short drive down to shops and restaurants. The place was clean and very well equipped and the host was responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful home in a great area and upscale neighborhood near Redondo Beach Pier and Marina with great restaurants and shopping in palm tree lined streets. Spacious kitchen and huge en suite with large sitting area, walk- in closet, large bathtub and separate shower, two sinks with lots of counter space and vanity area. All bedrooms have nice attached bathrooms, plus’s there’s a half bath guest bathroom, great for privacy.

Very helpful host anything we needed she was right there

This home was perfect for my family, visiting the LA area and so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel. The kitchen had anything we would ever need, although with so many great restaurants around we didn’t cook much of anything there. We loved spending time in the backyard. The host was extremely responsive, the home was super clean and felt like our own. We were very comfortable. We stayed a week and do not think that when we visit LA again we would want to stay anywhere else. Thank you for opening your home to us. See you next time.

My family needed a place nearby to UCLA to attend a special graduation. Bobby’s place was a perfect fit. It was nice to discover major shopping within 10 minutes, and this proved very handy and made it feel like we were at home. The house is ideal for hosting, with a tropical and inviting pool area. Walking it, it felt welcoming. The kitchen was spotless and the cleanliness throughout was evident and appreciated. We were very happy and touched by the friendly neighbor who noticed us unloading the car and greeted us. He wished us a pleasant stay and together with the singing of the mockingbirds 24/7, it was a magical stay.

Responsive and helpful host

I have to say Shawn was one of the best host I have ever dealt with. He was so friendly he responded on time. I didn’t feel like I was being watched or violated. I mean, if I could give Shawn 10 stars I would. He really made us feel so comfortable and at home. The house so beautiful and really clean!!!! The house was immaculately clean—you could tell it had been professionally prepared before our arrival. The kitchen, bathrooms, and even the windows were spotless. The host was incredibly responsive and kind, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. We spent most of our time exploring the local dining scene, which was just a few minutes away—tons of options for foodies! Would absolutely stay again.

Greg and Maylen’s home is gorgeous, and perfect for large groups. We had plenty of space to spend time together in groups and also plenty of privacy with many private bedrooms - all extremely comfortable and clean! The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and the hosts were very responsive and friendly - couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would not hesitate to come back! Thank you so much!

I don’t even know where to begin. From the initial inquiry to checkout, Maylen has been easy to communicate with. We had an amazing time staying at Maylen and Greg’s place. We came in late at night and it was hard to find the house bc it was dark but Maylen replied right away with directions as to how to get to the house (we were a few houses up). The house is beautiful and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The pool and hot tub was used daily, to the point that my nephews preferred to stay home to swim vs go out and sight see. The game room was a plus too. Maylen and Greg were always available and they always informed us if someone was to come to the house to check on things. If there was something we needed in the house, they were quick to provide it. The area is very quiet and it’s close to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. I definitely recommend staying at their house. It was home away from home and we look forward to coming back!
