Raúl is a fantastic host, even before we had arrived he asked us if we needed anything fetching from the shops as we had a late arrival. He was super helpful and friendly and responsive to any questions we had. The house is lovely, spacious and within walking distance to all amenities and the beach! The hot tub is an added bonus and value for money at €60 per week. It was a stressful time for as we had just made the permanent move to Spain but we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome! Thank you! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fresca .. con aire acondicionado y ventiladores ! Televisión … equipadisima !. Super limpia ..La piscina con un tamaño perfecto ! La atención de Emilio genial , atento y siempre pendiente .! Alquilamos el apartamento de Mercedes por una semana y en general la experiencia fue muy buena. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con preciosas vistas y todo muy limpio. Cada vez que necesitábamos un utensilio o aparato x, lo encontrábamos sin problema. Nos sorprendió gratamente que no entrasen mosquitos ni con las ventanas abiertas por la noche, aún así, disponíamos de enchufes y sprays antimosquitos, lo cual se agradece. Sin embargo, hubo un par de detalles que nos habría gustado saber de antemano: no se nos avisó de que la piscina estaría en obras toda la semana. Fue una pena, ya que era un servicio (incluido en el total) que en su día valorábamos mucho a la hora de escoger alojamiento y que, finalmente, no pudimos disfrutar. Además, el ventilador de techo no funcionaba correctamente con el mando: se podía encender la luz, pero no conseguimos que llegara a dar aire. A pesar de estos aspectos, es un muy buen apartamento para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y cómodas.

A lovely apartment and location. The apartment is stunning, and really a great and flexible space to enjoy yourself whatever the weather. It had everything we needed and having cooked most nights a good selection of pans and utensils to get things ready. On the sunny days we really enjoyed the pool (it was a bit cold for me - our boys loved it) and we relaxed upstairs on the solarium. The lake was having some renovation work during our stay, so we did not use it, it still looked beautiful. We made the most of exploring the local area, Los Alcazares, is a 5 minute drive away, with beaches and a great promenade for walks. It also has all you need in terms of supermarkets, shops and eateries. The resort is well located, close to key arterial roads. We took trips to Cartagena and Murcia. Murcia is a lovely city with a great mix of history as well as modern retail. Thank you for a lovely place for our first family holiday. We loved it.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Todo perfecto, la zona de terraza con la barbacoa las hamacas y las sombrillas, la casa siempre fresquita con los aires acondicionados y completamente equipada, a 2 minutos de la playa, zona muy tranquila, recomendable 100%

We were very pleased to stay at Victor's place as we wanted to explore the area to see if it was part of Costa Calida we could spend longer during the winter months. Victor's place was really close to the beach and the promenade and was excellent for us for walking and cycling most days of our stay. There is plenty to see and do and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. There were lots of extra bits and pieces in the apartment to make our stay more pleasurable and we enjoyed being able to use the Netflix facility. It would have been brilliant to have some access to English TV. The underground parking space for our hire car was really good. Local food shops were close by and it was great to have Mercadona, Aldi and Lidl within a mile of the property.

Ich habe 3 Monate in der sehr schönen Wohnung von Mateo verbracht. Es ist eine sehr moderne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung. Alles war blitzsauber. Mateo war immer erreichbar und hat sehr schnell reagiert, wenn ich eine Frage oder Bitte hatte. Die Wohnung liegt nur 100 m vom Strand und der schönen Strandpromenade entfernt. Eine große Dachterrasse, die exklusiv zu dieser Wohnung gehört, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Mateo empfehlen.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Tuvimos una experiencia excelente en este Airbnb. La amabilidad de Oleg hizo toda la diferencia: siempre estuvo pendiente y atento a cualquier requerimiento o consulta, respondiendo con rapidez y disposición. La ubicación es inmejorable, con fácil acceso a todo lo que necesitábamos, y la vista desde el alojamiento es simplemente espectacular. Además, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, lo que nos hizo sentir muy cómodos desde el primer momento. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería sin pensarlo.

Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

Het appartement was, door de uitleg van Sander, makkelijk te vinden. Er was een uitstekend contact en we voelden ons direct welkom.Het appartement was brandschoon en is modern ingericht. Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving. Helaas was het nog te koud om te zwemmen. Mooi uitzicht aan beide kanten. Ook heerlijk zijn de schuifdeuren naar een mooi groot en goed ingericht terras met een leuk uitzicht op de golfbaan en omgeving. Heerlijke bedden, complete keuken, uitstekende wifi en het golf resort is goed beveiligd en mooi verzorgd. Vanuit het resort zijn stranden en steden makkelijk bereikbaar. We waren hier 4 weken. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Todo genial, la casa está a un minuto caminando de la playa, bares supermercados, chiringuitos y parada de taxi. dentro, no falta de nada para que tu estancia sea lo más agradable posible, contando con el gran jardín en el que reina la tranquilidad y parece que estás totalmente alejado del bullicio de la playa. Nuestra anfitriona genial, muy agradable y siempre pendiente de nosotros.

Wir haben unsere anfängliche Buchung von einer Woche auf drei Wochen verlängert. Das sagt eigentlich alles. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines sehr stilvollen Komplexes mit wunderschönem Pool in sehr ruhiger Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Antonio ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der in jedem Fall mit Hilfestellung zur Seite ist. Wir können diese Wohnung jedem vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen und danken herzlich für die Gelegenheit, hier wohnen zu dürfen.

Det var lätt att hitta, och nyckeln var lättåtkomlig. Rent och fint i lägenheten. Värden hörde av sig flera gånger och undrade om allt var bra. Det var väldigt bra, och vi kan tänka oss att återkomma. Vi rekommenderar det till våra vänner
